本次由教育局统一组织出卷。在本次考试中，我们感到了教学的不足，现将本次考试进行系统分析。

一、试卷的基本情况分析

本次考试设计总分分，考试时间为分钟。试卷分为主观试卷（选择题，主要考查学生听、读的能力）和客观试卷（非选择题，主要考查学生的读、写能力）。试卷的难易程度定位在面向大多数学生。该试卷紧扣教材，突出重点，注重对基础知识和基本技能的考查，重视语境的创设，强调语言的实践性，突出对语言运用能力的考查。

二、考试情况

七年级一班学生及格率达到了％，分以上的同学有位但是还有一小部分的同学不够理想，两位同学仅仅得了67分，在及格线边缘徘徊，很让人揪心，五位同学在70多分左右。六班情况比较差，100分以上的同学只有1位，90多分的有6位，优秀率60％，情况不容乐观，很令人头疼。

三、存在问题

从考试成绩来看发现以下问题。

1、综合应用语言能力差，学生没有掌握答题技巧和方法。

2、听力能力不够好，也缺乏听力的技巧。

3、部分学生写作能力很差，词不成句，句不成文。

4.学困生的辅导力度不够，低分人数较多

5、两极分化问题凸显。

四、今后英语教学建议

１、英语教学应该立足于基本知识和基本技能，注意学生基本知识的灵活应用能力的培养。２、面向全体学生，加强识记能力和阅读训练，努力提高学生的运用能力，做好防差补差的工作。教师在教学过程中要始终重视抓两头、促中间，努力提高优秀率和及格率。

3、加强听力训练。但是每次的听力训练时间不宜过长，因为听力训练需要学生非常专注，注意力非常集中，过长时间做听力效果不是很好，从听对话和课文入手，最好是天天听一点。

4、对潜能生的关心和辅导要更多一点。

今后我会在备课，上课时做好提优和补差工作，在作业批改中多进行面批，及时发现问题，并且做好学生的思想工作，使其端正学习态度，改变学习方法。
