英语是一门需要不断倾听和说话的语言学科。大多数课外学生不能有意识地进行英语听说训练，这将影响学生学习英语效果。聪明开发前三分钟的设计课，前三分钟作为学生展示英语学习成果的时间，开展各种形式的英语活动，活跃的课堂氛围，提高课堂效率，它就像一个美妙的课堂教学音乐一个奇妙的前奏。

英语教学实践，我一直致力于前三分钟的探索，并把它放进课程准备。在探索的过程中，我做了很多尝试，并不断改进。

在研究开始时，我也在课前三分钟就占用了老师，我将根据课程内容设计一些活动，如唱一首歌，诵读，玩游戏等活动动员学生的热情来学习和激发学生的学习兴趣，或审查旧的知识带来新的教训。然而，这样的教室没有让学生成为学习的主人，学生在老师的控制下被动学习，没有学习的主动性。

如何使用课前三分钟，对于学生回到课堂，更好地为学生主动学习服务？我在教学实践中进行了以下尝试和思考。

首先，为前三分钟提供各种形式的展示，提高学生的热情展示。

三分钟前的节目内容丰富多彩，可以进行表演对话，讲故事，唱歌，重复文字等。为了激发学生参加前三分钟的热情的班级，我尝试了各种不同形式的前班三分钟的演出。

为了给每个孩子创造机会说英语，每个学生在每节课开始时开始说话，以便每个学生都有机会每学期讲一次。内容的语音可以是单元组成的内容，它可以是一个小的英语故事。教学，你也可以将学生分成六组，每组在每节课前轮流推荐球员参加演讲。

英语教师很清楚听说读写习惯和技能都应从起始年级培养，因此，调整教学策略，从高一基础和习惯入手，从细节和方法着眼，在这个过程中，惊喜地发现英语学习中许多好的习惯都是在一点一滴中形成的，正如今天笔者想探讨的英语课前3分钟free talk自由演讲，很短的时间，只要坚持，日积月累，终可见大效果。

一、英语课前3分钟free talk的重要作用和意义

英语课前3分钟的free talk是英语课堂教学的一个重要铺垫。这种简单的自由演讲尽管只占很少时间，但对渲染课堂气氛、调动和激发学生英语学习的积极性和创造性、及时复习和巩固课堂学习内容起着不可低估的作用。它可以促使不愿开口说英语的学生开口，让愿意开口的学生得到锻炼和表现的机会。提高学生的口语表达能力、培养学生的综合语言运用能力，是英语教师一直探讨的问题，也是新课程标准提出的培养目标之一，课前3分钟的free talk正是其中一个很好的活动。

1.让学生在准备中提升英语能力

学生的充分准备是做好free talk的前提。无论何种形式的演讲，学生都需要挑选材料、梳理知识进行精心的准备。在学生的准备过程中，分析问题和解决问题的能力逐步得到提高，运用自己的知识来精选准备free talk, 其实就是学生提升综合能力的好机会。

2.让学生在实践中收获知识

通过这样的形式，学生将所学知识展示出来，既锻炼了他们的自信、沉着和应变等能力，还提高了他们的口语水平，其他学生的听力和口语能力也同时得到提高。因此，在3分钟的实践里，学生便以一种很自然的方式收获了知识。

3.让学生在期待中走入课堂

成功而精彩的free talk就是一个好的课堂导入，可以使学生精神饱满、情绪高昂，更

加积极地参与课堂教学，大大提高了课堂效果。形式多样的轮流进行的演讲，会让学生每天都有所期待，在盼望新鲜内容的同时拉开英语课的序幕，潜移默化中对英语课堂形成很重要的促进作用。

二、课前3分钟free talk的形式和内容

要使课前3分钟开展得持久、有效，我们必须不断创新形式，丰富内容，有创新才有生机，有变化才有活力。形式多样、内容精彩的演讲，会提升学生学习英语的兴趣。笔者根据学生不同时期掌握知识的情况，开展了不同的活动，让学生充分展示自己的特色和风采。

1.命题演讲

根据课本教学进度和学习情况，每周给学生一个主题(title)，让学生根据教师的命题，提前做好准备。命题有两个好处：每周都有一个主题，学生能对同一主题发表不同的观点，容易引起共鸣。主题的不断更换，学生就会每周都时刻准备着，就会有不同的写作锻炼的机会。例如：根据我们的英语教学进度，笔者就建议学生利用本单元所学的知识来组织文章。通过演讲，学生能更扎实地巩固知识，并学以致用。

在学习人教版3单元“Travel journal”时，国庆七天长假刚结束，所以，笔者就命题本周的主题是“My National Day Holidays”，把本单元的词汇学以致用；4单元的主题是

“earthquake”，而后笔者又命名为“When an earthquake is happening, what shall we do？What can we do for the disaster—hit areas？让学生学会自救，并且号召同学们为受灾的人们做点事情，献出爱心。第一次考试结束后，笔者又命名“the exam”，让学生反思自己在考试中的得与失，再接再厉。这样，学生觉得自己的英语学习渐渐地与自己的生活密切相连了，能用英语来表达自己的所思、所想正是学生们梦寐以求的！

2.创新演讲

经过两个月紧张的学习，学生逐渐感到了高中每天三点一线的枯燥生活。因此，我们的free talk也改版了，笔者更多地放手给学生自由表现创新的空间。表演人数不限、形式自选，只要是英语就行。

学生们声情并茂的表演生动有趣的小故事；演唱优美动听的英文歌曲，让大家感悟语言与音乐的完美结合；出了不同的英语脑筋急转弯和谜语，培养大家用英语思维去思考。小小的讲台，短短的3分钟，笔者看到了学生的智慧，见证了学生的努力，也真实地感受到了学生们带来的浓厚的英语氛围。同时成功地free talk给了孩子们很好的激励，在英语的各项活动中都信心十足，表现积极。

3.精选试题

高中学习对学生的一生是至关重要的，三年后的高考是人生的转折点。因此在教学任

务紧张的情况下，英语学习需要回归务实。因此，课前3分钟穿插了试题精讲。形式为每天一人一题，题目要精选，要直面高考，要考点明确，并能重点突出地给全班讲解清晰。在这个过程中，笔者惊喜地发现学生在选题的过程中，无形中就多见识了很多的好题，往往是几十道题中才精挑细选出一题，从中受益不少。而其他同学每天也能积累一道好题，何乐而不为之。

4.寓教于乐——英语游戏

高中的学习生活是紧张而又枯燥的，无论教师有多么好的教学方式，天长日久都会令人厌倦的。就像人们每天吃的是山珍海味，时间久了，也品尝不出食物的鲜美味道。因此，笔者在3分钟的演讲和背诵中穿插了游戏，在丰富多彩的游戏中创造性地运用语言，组织学生进行语言实践活动，增添英语学习的乐趣，引发求知欲。例如：楼梯构词的游戏，教师在黑板上写三个单词，要求学生接词。除了第一个字母外，可以允许换上其他的字母。谁写出最后一个单词，谁就获胜。这些游戏可帮助学生安定情绪，将兴趣转向英语课，同时可以复习单词，让学生多记单词。

三、课前3分钟的策略及原则

任何一个活动的顺利开展，都要有其详细的安排和适当的原则规定。而free talk的进行，也是和学生细致商讨，并在实践的过程中不断完善的。其中有几点是值得教师注意的：

1.学生的主体性和教师的主导性要和谐一致

在组织进行课前三分钟活动的时候，教师只是一个“导演”，而“剧本”要学生独立完成，教师的作用只能是引导，把活动的主动权交给学生，就算有错误时，也应该在结束时提醒学生，而绝不可以打断学生的活动。作为教师，一定要在学生准备期间进行指导，帮助学生把关，笔者要求学生演讲的内容一定要提前经过教师的审核，确保难度适当、内容充实。教师的指导，可以帮助学生提高准备效率，同时也促进了师生的交流。

2.鼓励为主和评价恰当的原则

当学生进行完回到座位上时，不可忽视的重要环节是教师的点评，明确指出做得好的地方，这对学生是一种积极的激励和正确的导向。高中生自尊心强，渴望得到鼓励。所以，凡是参加的学生，不论表现如何，应该及时地进行适当的表扬，特别是对基础差的学生，更要善于捕捉其闪光点，对明显的错误，评价时要委婉地提出。要做到过程与结果并重。所以，教师的评价应清楚明确而又客观公平，很好地把握一个“度”。对语言上的错误应及时指出并纠正，但要讲究方法和策略。

3.全员参与的原则

在进行活动时，采用随机抽签的方式。笔者把本班学生的名字放在一个精美的礼物盒子里，每一次演讲同学的名字由上一周的冠军抽取，这样确保每个层次的同学都有机会参加。学生基本上都有争强好胜的心理特点，教师要充分利用好这一点，根据本班的实际情况设计好不同的任务，让各个层次的同学都能充分发挥自己的潜能。

4.对学生进行阶段评比

教师可以采取周评比或小组评比，让学生推选出某阶段最出色的榜样。如最佳话题，最佳表现，最具特色奖等，让学生付出的同时体会成功的喜悦。笔者采用每周五全班举手选举，多数为胜的原则。笔者把自己好的习题集、英语杂志、21st英语报甚至是各种水果，学生喜欢的铅笔、小本子等作为奖励发给获奖的同学。笔者自己还设计了一张奖状，每周五的冠军选举是学生们最开心、最激动的时刻。

课前3分钟的free talk活动，被学生深深地喜爱着，在这里，学生们自由发挥，个性释放；在这里，英语魅力尽显无遗。慢慢的，学生的兴趣浓厚了，英语听、说的能力提高了，英语教学也越来越轻松了。
