设计的基本理念:根据新课标,培养学生自主、合作、探究精神、突出语言运用能力培养的理念而设计。

一、教材分析

(一)教材的地位和作用

1、教材内容分析

本课时的教材内容主要是以问路和指路为主,问路和指路的常用语句及常用交通工具使用方式的听说读写。

2、教材的地位

本话题以问路、指路为主,贯穿交通规则、交通标志、交通设施等常识性知识,让学生在掌握“问路”这一功能用语时,学会遵守交通法则。

3、教材重点、难点 教材重点:(1)重点词语:

How can I get to…

Go along …turn left at the first street.Could you tell me the way to… Be careful!

(二)教学目标:

1、语言知识目标:

1)掌握并能灵活运用本单元出现的重点词汇 2)掌握问路和指路的重要句型

2、语言技能目标: 通过本课的学习,培养学生良好的“听、说、读、写”的技能,使学生能运用所学知识解决相关情景中的一些类似问题,并能结合所给任务,综合运用新旧知识解决问题,在此基础上鼓励学生大胆运用自己的语言基础能力。

3、情感目标:

1)激发并提高学生的学习兴趣,乐于接受新事物,勇于尝试体现课堂教学“主体者”的身份,积极主动参与教学各环节,成为学习的主人。

2)培养学生良好的问路方式,乐于运用英语知识解决问题、与人沟通。

二、教学策略(Teaching stratages)

本 话题以问路、指路为主,贯穿交通规则、交通标志、交通设施等常识性知识,让学生在掌握“问路”这一功能用语时,学会遵守交通法则。教学内容与学生的生活紧 密相关,能激起学生的兴趣,通过多媒体课件为学生创设更多的语言环境,激发学生主动参与的欲望。因而在课堂教学中巧妙运用教学艺术,适当安排小组讨论,使 学生在轻松愉快的环境中实现更多的信息交流,让学生在做中学,在做中练,在做中巩固,从而有效地提高课堂教学效益,达到事半功倍的效果。

设计思路:复习(Revision)——导入(Lead in)——呈现(Presentation)—— 操练(Practising)——巩固(Consolidation)。

三、学习策略(Learning stratages)

1)课前认真预习,利用网络收集有关如何问路、指路的信息,课后能及时巩固复习和运用。2)上课勤思考、多动脑,掌握所学词汇,热情、积极、主动参与课堂上的各种活动。

将学生分为四个组。

先从第一组中选出一名学生上台抽出一张卡片,并让该生读出卡片上的每个句子,每句读两遍。本组其他同学必须大声打断那位同学读句,并根据真实情况分别说出yes或No。若回答正确,则加一分;若回答错误,则不给分;若该句第二遍读完之后该组还没人回答,这时教师用双手击掌,其他三组学生开始抢答。第一个抢答正确者为所在的组赢得一分。第一句回答完毕,接着读第二句、第三句、第四句……

我所教的本届七年级新生基础很差,由于在小学英语课并未受到足够的重视,学生在写的技能方面基本上没有得到过训练,连音标没讲过,甚至有一半的学生26个字母的拼读都没有掌握好。经过上学期我和学生的不懈努力,他们的基础知识得到了加强,学习态度也有所好转。部分学生有了主动学习的动力,但是整体的惰性还是很强,我要积极主动的帮助他们重新建立学习兴趣。

另外,学生在学习策略方面还存在很多需要进一步体会掌握的地方。很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的,没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流;有些同学在学习中缺乏小组合作意识,不愿和其他学生交流,不能共同完成学习任务;大多数同学不能做好课前预习和课后复习,学习没有计划性,完全在老师的指挥棒之下学习,没能力做到总结语言规律和知识的巩固、积累。这些都是我和学生要长期作战艰苦努力才能解决的问题。我会慢慢给学生们信心去完成这些任务的,急是没有用的。让学生们乐于接受我的教学指导,并找到自成体系的办法才是解决问题的关键。三 具体实施方案

1.要求学生坚持每周一篇日记记述日常生活,每单元一篇与所学内容相仿的作文,并及时批阅让学生及时发现不足加以改进;

2.每天背诵课文中的文章。要求学生背诵并默写,培养语感,掌握语法知识的应用

3、运用多媒体辅助教学,用直观的画面和声音,使书本知识变得生动有趣,以此增强学生的学习兴趣。

四、教学过程:

1、Lead-in 采用兴趣性教学策略,通过一部介绍大熊猫生活的短片,激发学生探索的动机和愿望,以此为新课内容做铺垫。(5 minutes)
