我校英语教研组在市教研室和学校教务的直接指导下，在全体组员的共同努力下，积极进行教学和教研的尝试，取得了一些成绩，尤其在青年教师的培养方面，我组全体教师配合市教研室重点抓好青年教师的培养工作，取得了明显成绩。

现对半年来工作做以下总结：

一．制定教研教学计划，协调校内外教研教学

每学期开始，按照校教研室和教务处的计划，我组都在第一周内进行教研活动，各备课组统一制订本学期的教研活动的详细内容，并精心制订各备课小组的教学计划，以及培优、辅导和补缺的工作落实。

二．校本教研

校本教研是市教育局和学校重点提倡的活动，但由于教师繁重的教学及辅导工作，此项工作在我校开展的不尽如人意。其中的亮点是两个年级几位老师进行的关于英语阅读的课题研究经过两年的实践，取得了一定的实效并结题；同时一部分教师利用空闲写出许多教学论文及心得，对教学进行反思和总结。

三．青年教师的培养

我校对青年教师的培养投入了极大的精力，新教师一工作，就在本组内指定指导教师，从而做到时刻在教学和班级管理上对青年教师进行指导和培养。另外，要求青年教师每周听一节指导老师的课，指导教师每两周听青年教师一节课，青年教师的教案要有指导教师的意见和评价。学校要求青年教师在教学同时认真落实听课任务，每学期听课任务需在35节以上，有的听课达到50多节。每学期青年教师都要进行若干汇报课活动，之后相互评课，指出优点和不足。

教务处每两周例行检查青年教师的教案，听课记录，作业批改及高考试卷一份。

在教研室杨秀峰老师的组织下，组织青年教师学习共同体，进行相互间的听课，评课及教学交流活动，效果非常明显。

总之经过几年的尝试，在青年教师的培养方面我校取得了一些非常实用的经验极大促进了青年教师的成长。经过近三年的锤炼我校青年教师如鱼得水，茁壮成长。已涌现了像王婉贞、牛丽娟、陈轲静、等一批青年骨干，以完全担负起了教学任务并且能够独当一面，成为我校青年教师队伍中的佼佼者。
