1、第一次去雪山有什么感受？有想过再去一次吗？

第一次去雪山是07年跟大灰狼去登姜桑拉姆。说实话，那时候去的时候，目标很单纯，就想在雪山那种极限的条件下挑战一下自己，会是什么样的反应。就单纯的是一种想挑战吧。顺便也想去遥远的西藏，感受一下异域风情。登完山以后，那时候没有登顶，心里还是很遗憾的。后来想再去一次，没有想过，因为我那时候念化学嘛，会专心的从事我的学业，会念研究生，会出国。至少没有想过，会在念书期间再去一次。事实上，又再去了一次，很多故事的特定情节决定了这个结局。

2、有人说，作为会长去带领一支登山队是自己的一个承诺。当你知道自己会担任会长的时候是什么感受？有想过退缩吗？

我想问每一个会长，他都会说这是一个承诺。不管遇到什么困难，都会践行这个承诺。我也一样。不过当时在上一任理事长通知我担任会长的时候，其实是在意料之中的。因为在你接任这个位子之前，他们会或多或少的给你一些提示。专项的培训也罢。你自己会知道自己会走向这个位置。当时，曾经也想要拒绝过。因为自己想要出国去念书，但只是想想，最终······呵呵。还是选择了去践行这个诺言吧，担任队长，再去登一次山。

3、连续三年登山队都没有登顶，对协会有什么影响？对你筹备雪山有什么影响？

协会连续三年没有登顶，对我那年山峰的选择，确实有很大的压力。雪山没有登顶····嗯···至少会有三个方面的影响吧。第一个是对自己的会员，我们是登山协会，有没有登顶，直接反映了你这个协会的实力。如果，协会三年没有登顶，至少让自己的会员，荣誉感或者是归属感大打折扣。会员对于自己协会的管理层给予的压力也会比较大。

第二个是兄弟社团。我记得姜桑拉姆登顶失败以后，北航的凌峰社就有会员说，厦大，怎么，衰败了吗？念青没有登顶，姜桑拉姆也没有登顶。这个厦大登协已经不是以前的那个厦大登协了。所以，来自兄弟社团的压力也很大。

第三个是来自于赞助商的。因为我们去拉赞助，最大的筹码就是登顶，给他做广告。在媒体上有比较高的曝光率。如果你连续三年都没有登顶，你怎么去说服你的赞助商以后再给你赞助呢？

所以，这个对我的雪山压力很大很大。

所以我雪山的第一个考虑的首要要素就是要确保登顶。所以，选择了比较简单的启孜。

但是我当时做策划的时候，是做了双峰连攀。选择了启孜和姜桑拉姆。但是，恰好，那年西藏那里出现了一个，企业家自己去攀登，好像是慕士塔格，遇到了山难，所以，西藏登协规定，高校登山队只能在启孜和姜峰中选一座。慎重考虑，选择了启孜。就算是回到我们梦开始的地方。我们那年刚好是七年，七年之痒嘛，回到初恋的地方。开始协会的另外一轮的发展。

4、在你担任会长那年，支教队、骑行队出发了。登协已经从一个小的协会发展成了一个大登协。你对此有什么看法？

要先开始讲讲我们那年的小背景。我做会长的时候是09年。协会06、07、08攀登失败，三年连续的失败，恰好我当会长的时候，整个协会的氛围是比较微妙的。因为三年登山失败，协会内部的人员也好，不论是普通会员还是管理层，都会反思协会这几年的发展。所以到我们这届的时候，非常深刻的感觉到协会到了一个瓶颈。然后想要打破这个瓶颈的愿望非常强烈。以至于，在我做漳校负责人，兴昊在做会长的时候，大家都显得意见非常的冲突。不像以前那样，一个声音去做。而且，我们06级这届，我觉得比较特殊吧，像大家比较熟悉的······，他们个人能力都很强，都有很多的想法。包括我也和他们一样，有很多自己的想法。所以，我们这届，对协会未来怎么走，都有自己的看法和声音。

大致可以归结为2条。

第一条是走专业型。协会既然是登山协会，就应该把登山做到极致。就是要相当专业才能称得上是一个登山协会。

还有一个是做一个综合型的社团。把登协当成一个平台。去支教也好，去骑行也好，去户外拓展也好，登山也好，只要你有这种志同道合的朋友。

但，就我个人而言。厦大登协走一个综合型的社团。因为但就登山这个来说，处在南方这个，祖国的东南角，又不是在西域，也没有冰雪，很难将登山发挥到极致。我觉得应该因地制宜吧。所以，后来出现骑行也好，支教也好，我都是很赞成的。也很鼓励他们这样去做。哪怕会从另一块消耗协会的人力、物力。但是我觉得这种小的代价是值得的。所以协会那年出了很多新的东西。出现了骑行队，支教队，而且现在都做的有声有色，我想对协会，这也是一个发展吧。

5、之前，有几次，登山队都因为装备而失去了登顶的机会。所以，你曾提议向已毕业的老会员借钱来增加协会的装备。你能简单介绍一下当时的情况吗？

这个想法，直接来源也是前几年因为装备的原因，失去了登顶的机会。比如06年因为路绳而失去了登顶的机会。07年也因为雪锥不合格失去登顶的机会。这是第一个原因。第二个原因，不论是冬训还是去西藏登雪山都要花费一定的资金。而且我们计算过，三次的租金就可以买这样的装备。所以我个人就觉得这是一个很大的损失。还不如向已毕业的老会员，协会成立于02年，原来的老会员已经在社会上打拼了几年，有一定的经济基础了吧，所以有可能会实现这个构想。通过理事会的讨论，各位理事包括已毕业很久的老会员，比如爷爷和阿培的赞成。那年我们向老会员借了3万块钱，买了一些登山靴、两副冰镐和几个冰爪呀，这些装备，增强了协会的硬件。也让我们因为装备失去登顶机会或者因为租金造成的损失小一些吧。所以产生了这个想法。

6、你觉得协会给你最大的触动是什么？或者，你觉得协会的精神是什么？

协会的精神很难用一两句话，或者一两个词来概括。

就我个人而言，协会给我最大的触动就是，一个是梦想。梦想，他不是一个目的，一个为了利益而想去实现的一个想法，比如你去登山，你去结实朋友，见识更多的事件。第二个就是坚持。不论多大的苦难，遇到多大的反对的声音，只要他是正确的，你都应该去坚持。

还有的就是怎么样去做一个管理者。我觉得大学四年，我做了登协的负责人，会长也好，不是一个成功的管理者。毕业了，我现在也是公司的一个小管理者，登协的管理经验，给我留下了宝贵的财富。我可以不断的，反复的去总结。给我现在提供一些指引吧。在怎么就是怎么去爱一个人，或者去接受一个人的爱。因为协会里，你会遇到很多的朋友，也会遇到你喜欢的人。但是，爱这个东西是很复杂的。你需要去实践，需要去爱过，或者被爱过，才会懂的。我觉得这是协会给我的一项财富吧。

（小明）接下来，我再说说我的小小的感悟。这也是我从电影上看来的。

不论好的，坏的，都是你自己的。遇到快乐，你就享受快乐，遇到痛苦，那你就享受痛苦。抓住眼前的，活在当下，不要等到什么特定的条件下再去做，因为到那个时候，心情不在了，或者已经是物是人非了。

1.给我们简单介绍一下银杏湖景区？
