经过上周初赛上来自海洋科学学院的各支代表队间的激烈角逐，经分数统计，已经产生了前四名进入复赛的代表队。他们是：08级海洋渔业科学与技术班、08级海洋管理2班、09级环境工程1班、09级海洋渔业科学与技术班1班。恭喜他们突出重围、脱颖而出进入复赛。根据赛制规定，初赛时总分为第一与第三的队伍为一组，第二与第四的队伍为一组。即08级海渔与09级环工为一组，08级海管2班与09级海渔1班为一组。请各组代表队派代表上台抽签。抽签结果决定各组辩题和出场顺序。
在比赛前，请让我向大家介绍一下比赛规定及流程。

8、在辩论中，为支持本方观点，我们不反对引用名人名言，但我们不提倡引用敏感历史人物及当代现任领导人的讲话，以免引起各种歧义。另外，在举例时，尽量避免敏感的政治人物及政治事件。
9、请发言辩手按时间提示规划好自己的发言，注意计时提醒。

④当一队的发言时间剩30秒钟时，将有一声哨声提示，当该队的发言时间用完时，会有两声哨声提示，该队应立即停止发言。
⑤如果一队的发言时间已经用尽，不能发言，另一队还有剩余时间，则该队的`辩手可以继续发言，直到该队的时间用完为止。
⑥自由辩论是检验一个队整体配合能力以及每一位辩手实力的重要阶段。
辩手应充分利用这段时间，简洁明了地加强自己的论点，机智有力地反驳对方的论点，如果只是空洞无物的攻击或有意回避对方的质询及发言观点，或者出现语误、空场等情形，都将影响该队的成绩。
