不同专业有不同的面试方法，以下主要是咨询考上的不同专业学长学姐，资料仅供参考。

笔试是同一时间，上午2个半小时，一般题都做不完，感觉时间紧张。金融：英语与专业课面试一起。

教室里面9个老师，其中一个记分。一个一个进去。

面试10分钟左右。

首先中文自我介绍，汇报成绩，然后抽2个专业课的题目（例如：期货期权的定义、企业并购存在额原因以及如何防止）。再英语老师问2-3个问题（一般英语自我介绍看老师心情），例如：为什么大学生的工资比农民工的高？ 注意：一般抽专业课题的时候，条窄的一般比较难，不知道的千万别乱说。体检记得带小一寸照片。面试的时候可以脸皮厚点咨询收资料的学姐。

国际经济学：英语单独面试。

英语（5分钟左右）：自我介绍，老师提问，相对来说题目有点简单。3个老师，其中一个记分。

专业课（15-20分钟）：3个老师提问，一个关于计量方面、一个关于宏观和西方经济学、另外一个随意。例如：你对房地产有何想法？

西方经济学：英语单独面试。

英语（5分钟）：自我介绍、3个老师提问。例如：你是什么民族的，大学什么专业，家乡情况。

专业课：老师写一个公式出来，再对这个公式提出相关的问题。例如：IS-2M曲线、从三个方面分析美国次贷危机对中国的影响、失业率与通货膨胀的关系。注意：跨专业的不用怕，胆大就行。一般凶的老师都是纸老虎，虽说前面几个女生都是哭着跑出来的。着重复习凯恩斯、流动性陷阱等，因为笔试的时候也会出现。卷子偏向宏观出题，画图也很重要。

会计：分开面试。

英语（5分钟）：简单的说明自己的名字，哪所大学毕业。抽题，读一段关于经济的英语，然后老师挑一句翻译，或者问你个别词是什么意思。3个老师，其中一个记分。

专业课（7-8分钟）：由于人很多，所以分成好几个小组同时面试。所以，不要看你的名字靠后，你就迟点来，那你就倒霉了。

一个一个进去，如果你是会计实务方向的，就从会计和成本管理分别抽一道，（财务管理的话就是会计和财务管理）回答，即可。3个老师态度很好，还会和你聊天缓解你的压力。例如：利得的定义与收入的区别、成本不同分类的定义。注意：条窄的有点难，题目都是题库里面的，运气好的话就能抽到简单的。财政学：先自我介绍，然后老师根据自我介绍随机问几个问题，形式很自由。专业课：什么是公共选择？公共选择理论是谁提出来的》？ZF预算的意义是什么？

关于购买性支出与转移支付的相关问题

英语：（一般没有自我介绍，不过还是要准备以防万一没话说）

保险学：单人抽题，大概两个老师面试，题目和专业课有关，是中文的题目，抽完题后先把题翻译成英文，然后用英文回答，回答完毕老师根据你回答的内容提两个问题。

国际金融学：单人抽题，先简单的自我介绍，然后回答，没有提问。“富人比穷人更快乐”

财政学：单人抽题，然后回答，没有提问。“大学里最有意义的活动”

区域经济学：自我介绍，老师提问，大概十几分钟（自我介绍说的越多老师问的越少）

企业管理：两人一组（老师提前随机分好组），进屋后抽题（英文的）两人用对话的形式自我介绍并回答问题，之后老师再问每个人一个问题，类似于你最喜欢的歌曲或者最喜欢的颜色之类的。

企业管理

1、笔试。大部分都是出自复试所要求的课本里，一定要结合当前的商界的热点去重点复习某些内容。可以下载或者到淘宝购买复试笔试往年的真题来练习一下

2、专业面试。11年的时候是抽三个话题选两个回答。专业面试中的问题不仅出自复试的书本，也有一部分是初试要求的书本中的内容。所以复试前最好适当看一下管理学的笔记，回忆一下。面试时有七八个老师面试你，但也不要紧张，淡定。不记得就按自己的理解说一下。

3、英语口语。11年英语口语复试是采取自由分组面试的形式（包括两个人对话，抽话题进行讨论，然后再回答老师的问题）。

两个人一组，少干一般在后面复试，所以准备的时间比较多。抓紧时间找一个同学和你组成一个小组，现场准备一下对话。通过对话要让对方和老师认识你（可以讲一下个自己的家乡，毕业的学校，爱好等等）。

对话前已经抽了话题，对话完后就要讨论。如果抽到的话题有不懂的词，要学会随机应变，在对话时就问一下搭档，看他懂不懂。不懂的话讨论时那只能乱扯了。复试前最好看一下初试时的一些作文材料，很多句子可以对讨论有帮助。

至于老师问的问题，一般就是和你相关的：如你对北京的印象怎么样？你为什么要选择这个专业等。这些可以在网上找一些研究生复试英语口语资料看一下。

根据教育部有关硕士研究生复试录取文件精神，为深入贯彻落实科学发展观，推进研究生教育结构调整和优化，积极发展专业学位研究生教育，不断改进和完善研究生选拔的模式和办法，现结合我校实际，特制定本办法。

一、基本要求

（一）所有拟录取考生均应通过资格审查、复试及体格检查后方能被录取（推免生已复试不再重复进行）。

（二）在教育部划定的“2010年全国硕士研究生统一入学考试考生进入复试的初试成绩基本要求”基础上，我校根据各招生专业上线生源情况，制定各专业复试总分分数线。复试采取差额复试的办法进行。参加复试的总人数一般为《中央财经大学2010年攻读硕士学位研究生招生专业目录》公布的招生计划的120%左右。

（三）调剂考生的初试成绩必须符合报考专业所属学科门类的“2010年全国硕士研究生统一入学考试考生进入复试的初试成绩基本要求”，申请调剂专业原则上要与其原报考专业所属学科门类相同。具体申请要求详见《关于一志愿报考我校考生申请调剂复试的通知》。

（四）少数民族高层次骨干人才计划硕士研究生参加复试分数线为初试总分240分，单科不限。

二、复试工作的组织和职责

（一）成立学校硕士研究生招生工作领导小组，统一领导硕士研究生的复试录取工作。组长由分管研究生工作的校领导担任，成员由研究生部、校纪检监察部门、各招生学院（含研究院、中心，以下简称学院）负责人组成。

具体工作职责和要求是：

１．贯彻执行国家研究生招生的方针、政策与规定；

２．制定我校硕士研究生复试录取办法；

３．指导各招生学院硕士研究生招生录取工作，负责全校招生录取工作的组织与协调；

４．领导各招生学院建立健全各院的复试组织工作，加强对复试工作的指导，负责组织招生学院制定有关复试教师的遴选办法、复试工作制度要求及培训方案；

５．以校纪委监察部门为主体制定复试监察和复议办法，并选派专人对复试录取工作全程进行全面有效的巡查和监督。

（二）各招生学院根据学科（专业）成立硕士研究生复试工作组和资格审查工作组，负责组织和协调本院复试及录取各项工作，并对本院复试和录取结果负

责。组长由本院党政主要负责人担任，并实行组长负责制。

复试工作组成员由相关专业的学术带头人、学术骨干、硕士生导师、具有副高级以上职称（含副高级）或具有博士学位的教师等组成。资格审查工作组成员由各招生学院负责学生思想政治工作的教师构成，不少于3人。

复试考生较多的专业可成立若干个复试小组，复试小组组长和成员由本学院复试工作组确定，各复试工作组或复试小组成员不少于5人。

复试工作组具体工作职责和要求是：

１．选派经验丰富、业务水平高、公道正派的人员参与复试工作，并对其进行有关复试原则和政策、纪律等方面的培训，规范工作行为，同时制定有关本院复试工作实施办法和准则；

２．负责考生资格审查工作；

３．负责专业课笔试的阅卷工作；

４．负责制定专业课面试实施方案、专业课面试题库命题和组织工作； ５．负责制定外语听说能力测试实施方案、外语听说能力测试题库命题和组织工作；

６．负责考生的专业课面试和外语听说能力测试工作，同一专业各复试小组试题的难易程度、面（测）试要求和成绩评定标准要明确统一，以保持整个面（测）试过程的评分一致性、连贯性和公正性。

外语听说能力测试复试组的成员不少于2名教师。如学院条件许可，可对面（测）试过程进行全程录音；

７．认真填写《2010年硕士研究生入学考试专业课面试记录》和《外语听说能力测试记录》,并须当场给出考生的专业课面试成绩和外语听说能力测试成绩;根据考生的《2010年硕士研究生复试素质和能力考核表》和《2010年硕士研究生复试政审函调表》及考生复试中的举止、表达等给出综合素质考核成绩；

８．负责同等学力考生加试的命题、组考和阅卷工作；

９．填报考生专业课面试成绩、外语听说能力测试成绩、综合素质和能力考核成绩、同等学力考生加试成绩；

１０．建立考生个人复试档案，包括考生资格审查材料和各项复试考试材料，以备核查和存档。

凡有亲属参加复试的教师，不能参加复试工作。

三、复试内容要求和计分办法

（一）复试内容

包括资格审查、专业课笔试、专业课面试、外国语听说能力测试、综合素质和能力考核、体格检查。此外，同等学力考生还需加试。

（二）计分办法及具体要求

１．资格审查考核和体格检查以合格和不合格计；

２．复试总分为100分,其中专业课笔试占50%,专业课面试占40%,外语听说能力测试占10%；

３．专业课笔试、专业课面试和外语听说能力测试均实行百分制；

４．专业课笔试考试时间为2小时｡考试依据《中央财经大学2010年攻读硕士学位研究生招生简章》（以下简称《招生简章》）中公布的专业课复试笔试科目内容进行，参考书目为《招生简章》中所列全日制专业学位硕士研究生复试专业课笔试参考书目、全日制专业学位方向硕士研究生复试专业课笔试参考书目、学术型硕士研究生复试专业课参考书目。本项考试由研究生部统一组织；

５．专业课面试注重对考生专业素质、实践能力及创新精神等方面的考核，每位考生面试时间不少于15分钟，考核成绩的依据和权重是

１）大学阶段学习情况及成绩，占专业课面试成绩的10%；

２）采用题库试题考核方式考核考生对本学科（专业）理论知识和应用技能的掌握程度，利用所学理论发现、分析和解决问题的能力，对本学科发展动态的了解以及在本专业领域发展的潜力，此项考核占专业课面试成绩的80%；

３）参加研究生复试之前实习以及发表论文、参加课题研究等科研情况，占专业课面试成绩的10%。

专业课面试成绩以百分制计。专业课面试时可只对专业课面试中的（２）进行考核，并当场给出成绩。（１）和（３）可于面试前或面试后根据考生提供相关材料进行打分，最后对每位复试小组教师打出的专业课面试成绩加权平均计算该考生的专业课面试成绩。本项考试由招生学院复试工作组负责组织；

６．外语听说能力测试采取测试教师与考生问答或对话的形式进行，每位考生考试时间不少于５分钟。测试重在考查考生运用外语进行交流的能力，主要从发音的正确性、使用语言的准确性、流利程度、理解和判断能力等方面进行测试。测试组每位教师所给成绩加权平均计算后的成绩为考生外语听说能力测试成绩。本项考试由招生学院复试工作组负责组织；

７． 综合素质考核内容包括

（１）思想政治素质和道德品质考核，占综合素质考核的30%；

（２）报考专业以外的学习、科研、社会实践或实际工作表现等方面的情况，占综合素质考核的30%；

（３）事业心、责任感、纪律性、协作性和心理健康等情况，占综合素质考核的20%；

（４）人文素养、举止、表达和礼仪等，占综合素质考核的20%｡综合素质考核以五级记分制(优､良､中､合格､不合格)计分｡综合素质考核中的(4)可于面试时进行考核,其它三项可于面试前或面试后根据考生提供相关材料进行考核，最后四项

汇总后按五级计分制给出考生综合素质考核成绩。本项考试由招生学院复试工作组和资格审查工作组负责组织；

８．同等学力考生复试期间除参加上述各项内容的复试外，还须加试所报考专业的两门本科主干课程｡加试科目不得与初试､复试科目相同｡加试方式为笔试,考试时间为每门3小时,试卷满分为100分。本项考试由招生学院复试工作组负责组织。

四、录取工作

（一）总成绩计算办法

研究生部对考生初试和复试成绩进行加权计算。

学术型硕士研究生考生(含全日制专业学位方向考生)的总成绩满分为600分，计算公式为：总成绩=初试总分×60%+复试总分×300%。

全日制专业学位会计硕士、法律硕士（法学）、法律硕士（非法学）考生的总成绩满分为600分，计算公式为：总成绩＝初试总分×48%+复试总分×360%。

（二）录取原则

不接收调剂考生的专业，根据考生总成绩排序，按招生计划名额择优确定拟录取名单。

接收调剂考生的专业，要对本专业第一志愿考生和参加复试调剂考生的总成绩分别排序，首先从复试合格的本专业第一志愿考生中择优确定拟录取名单，如未达到招生计划名额，再从复试合格的调剂考生中择优确定拟录取名单，录满为止。

参加“大学生志愿服务西部计划”、“三支一扶计划”（支农、支教、支医和扶贫）、“选聘高校毕业生到村任职”和 “农村义务教育阶段学校教师特设岗位计划”等项目（包括经我部批准备案的高校毕业生基层就业项目），完成服务期并考核合格的考生（名单已在中国研究生招生信息网公布，网址为http://yz.chsi.cn或http://yz.chsi.com.cn，以下简称研招网，未在研招网上公布的人员不享受该政策），三年内可享受初试总分加10分并在同等条件下优先录取的政策；2009年以后应征入伍服义务兵役具有高等教育学历的士兵退役后三年内参加全国硕士研究生招生统一入学考试，初试总分加10分。考生在复试前须向研究生招生办公室出具参加相关项目的证明。

复试总分不及格即低于60分者,不予录取｡少数民族高层次骨干人才计划中的汉族考生复试总分低于55分和少数民族考生低于48分者，均不予录取。

考生的综合素质经所在学院研究生招生复试工作组考核不合格的，需提交校研究生招生工作领导小组进行复议，如无异议，则不予录取。

经考生所在学院研究生招生资格审查工作组审查，如有考生不符合报考条件或提供虚假资格审查材料，需提交校研究生招生工作领导小组进行复议，如属实，则不予录取。

同等学力考生任何一门加试科目成绩不合格即低于60分，不予录取；若加试两门成绩均合格，则按照上述办法执行，但加试成绩不计入总成绩。

按照教育部要求，体检工作由招生单位在在复试阶段组织进行。研究生体检工作参照教育部、卫生部、中国残联制订的《普通高等学校招生体检工作指导意见》(教学〔2003〕3号)、人力资源和社会保障部、教育部、卫生部《关于进一步规范入学和就业体检项目维护乙肝表面抗原携带者入学和就业权利的通知》（人社部发〔2010〕12号）及《教育部办公厅 卫生部办公厅关于普通高等学校招生学生入学身体检查取消乙肝项目检测有关问题的通知》（教学厅〔2010〕2号）文件进行。我校对体检要求不做另行规定。如考生体格检查不符合上述文件要求，则不予录取。

少数民族高层次骨干人才计划硕士研究生需于资格审查时提交经省级教育行政部门民教处（高教处）审查通过的《报考2010年少数民族高层次骨干人才计划硕士研究生考生登记表》（在职考生还需经所在单位审批同意）。拟录取的该类考生还需签署并提交《国家定向培养计划少数民族高层次骨干人才攻读硕士学位研究生定向协议书》，否则不予录取。

因特殊原因需保留入学资格的考生须在拟录取名单上报至北京市教育考试院研究生招生办公室之前向我校研究生招生办公室提出申请，审查属实者予与办理。保留入学资格的考生占录取当年的招生指标。全日制专业学位研究生原则上不予办理保留入学资格。

（三）国家计划内、国家计划外录取类别的确定

考取我校2010年的学术型硕士研究生（定向和委托培养除外），第一学年按入学成绩确定国家计划内非定向类别（即公费生）；第二学年至毕业所有学术型研究生（定向和委托培养除外），均需按相应标准缴纳学费，然后根据我校学术型研究生奖助体系办法，依照入学后的学习成绩和科研成果确定不同等级的奖助学金。国家计划内非定向录取类别硕士研究生按照报考本专业第一志愿考生总成绩排序，依次确定。各专业国家计划内非定向名额比例与我校招生计划公布的国家计划内名额比例基本相当。调剂考生录取类别为自筹经费或委托培养。

少数民族高层次骨干人才计划硕士研究生录取类别一律为国家计划内定向。考取我校全日制专业学位方向和全日制专业学位的硕士研究生则按照相应标准缴纳学费，录取类别为自筹经费或委托培养。
