高考——万全准备,用平常心对待——梦想
高考“五怕”
每逢高考,总有些人惶恐不已。寝食难安者有之,考场发蒙者有之,考后崩溃乃至轻生者有之。凡此种种,根子都是一个字:怕。
一怕考前失眠。其实“眠”是没法“失”的。所谓失眠不过是白天兴奋不够晚上抑制不足而已。白天加大学习量运动量娱乐量交际量,累得站着想坐着坐着想躺着躺下就想两眼一闭,那样还能失眠?不过有一个例外,大事(大美事大愁事命运攸关事)当前,能做到倒头便睡的人极少,因一夜两夜未睡好而误大事者也不多见。由此推之,高考前夜能睡个好觉固然是好,兴奋得没怎么睡也别大惊小怪。考场上拼搏一天,晚上自然睡了。
二怕监考老师。当年有位高考生,本来是功底深厚,可监考老师一踱到身旁他就思维“短路”,原来这帅哥把监考和监视想到一块儿去了。“监考老师是保护神哪!如果没人监考,别人把你会的都抄去,你岂不是为别人做了嫁衣裳?”听我这么说,他为自己对监考老师的误解悔得直拍大腿。
三怕遇到难题。一见难题就发蒙,不少人忧心于此。可是话说回来,没有难题那叫高考吗?会的题好好答,不会的题认真想,实在想不出来就认账。态度这么老实,至少不会因为碰上难题把容易的也给误了。你不妨预想卷面都是难题,遇着难的以为当然,遇着会的以为“白捡”,那就不容易被难得发蒙。要学会跳题嘛!
四怕心慌手抖。有人一到大考必心惊肉跳,于是不断告诉自己:“千万别紧张!”谁想紧张这东西你越不让紧张它越来劲儿。其实心慌手抖是考场上的正常反应,如果抖得不能答题,可以在吸气时把周身肌肉收紧,坚持片刻,呼气时想象收紧的肌肉缓缓放松。肌肉一放松,心情也随之稳定,所谓肉不跳则心不惊。
五怕名落孙山。谁都不想落榜,这本正常。但有人又怕父母伤心又怕师友耻笑又怕十年白读又怕前程渺茫,结果怕得不敢考了,甚至怕得不敢活了。请切记,考场不相信恐惧,一如莫斯科不相信眼泪。两军相交勇者胜,考场贵在拼搏。做好落榜准备,考他个奋不顾身。
人生是一系列的考试。就把高考作为迎接今后无数大考的热身赛吧。考出一份勤勉与踏实,考出一份勇猛与真情,考出一份智慧与心胸。
考前一周在这几天的时间里,应每天抽出7-8小时复习考试课程,复习的科目与三天高考科目倒过来安排,即后考的科目外语、历史、地理、政治等先复习,以此类推。要重点复习以记忆为主的科目,如历史、政治、外语等。考前一周的复习与
以前的复习不一样,是属于回忆性、浏览过电影式的复习,并不要求再将某些问题钻得很深、很透,要侧重基础记忆,如数学、地理的定理、定义、公式、基本概念、基本运动和空间等;书上的典型的例题;基础知识部分、重点、难点;查缺补漏;找一点习题做一做,活跃一下思维。但要注意,千万别抠难题、偏题,因为这样会降低自信心,影响考前情绪;找错,最好是在老师家长的帮助下,把自己模拟考试以来各科答错的地方再看一看,看一下当初做错的原因。
数学--最后一周就做一件事,树立自信心,此时必须自以为是,而不是“自以为卑”,应把书翻一翻,熟记书中的公式、概念、法则、定理,在脑中过电影。在复习的最后阶段,再做大量题目既无可能亦无必要。建议在归纳总结思想方法的基础上,尽多地“看”一些题目,从中汲取并印证一些好的解题思路,必要时也可“算”一些题目,强化在运算程式较长时的承受力。
语文--最后一周“想”比“做”更重要。尤其多想想作文和前九道基础知识题,看看老师给总结出的基础知识部分(特别是字、词、文学常识)。
外语--最后一周应该把高考词汇表里的单词重点记一下,重点检查一下这些单词的特殊部分,即:书本之外、在纲以内的这部分。练练书面表达,题就不要做了,而应改成翻翻以前的卷子,精看那些错过的地方,争取降低错误率。一句话,最后一周同学们应该在那里轻轻松松翻卷子,查错!
政治--按考试说明复习所有的知识点,复习当年重大的时事,复习重点和热点问题,做/看一遍做过的近两年高考试题,把握答题方向和时间,看看/做做模拟考试试卷上的错题。
历史--最后一周按考试说明/时间表看书最重要。应把五本书在最后一周快速浏览一遍,特别是重点、难点部分和自己没有把握的地方。基本框架结构在脑中过电影,看看模拟试卷,把握一下解题的基本思路。最后一周就以“看书为主”复习历史吧。
地理——最后一周的话看看模板,看看图,做做错题,对于文科综合的三科在时间上认真分析把握一下。都要了解一下解题的基本思路。这六科的复习安排一定要根据自己的具体情况来进行。
综上,最后一周的复习应以记忆为主,因为大脑已处于“饱和”状态,此时复习知识贮存作用很小。另外,考前复习只是掌握的知识的再现和有序的排列,否则,不仅打乱头脑中原有的知识结构,使掌握的知识在大脑中不易唤醒,而且遇见难题会降低自信心,影响考前情绪。
应有意识地调整自己的生活作息和复习节奏,以顺应考试的时间表。考前一周的调整要达到三个目的:
一是缓解大脑疲劳,增加大脑的活力;
二是恢复体质,使体力充沛;
三是消除考前紧张焦虑的不良情绪,使保持良好的竞技状态。
考前一周,每天学习的时间和强度应逐渐减弱。一定要停开“夜车”,严格遵守作息时间制度,形成早晨兴奋点在八九点钟的生物钟。每天最好6-7时起床,洗漱后到室外散步,抽一定时间记语文、历史、政治、地理等课程;12时吃午饭,下午复习一下数学、英语等;晚21时-22时入睡,睡前用温水洗脚和做自我放松训练,提高入睡效果。
自身准备
1.提前1-2天到考点熟悉一下环境情况, 应该仔细考察通往考场所在地的交通线路,选择路程最短、干扰最少、平时最熟悉的路线,还应该考虑如果发生交通堵塞后的应对措施。对考场所在学校、楼层、教室、厕所以及你的座位位置都要亲自查看,做到心中有数,以防止不测事件的发生;并把自己书房的书清理干净,只留少量的必备资料,并且考完一科后就清理一科的所有资料。
2.考试前一天晚上,要认真检查考试时所使用的准考证、文具等,并把它们全部放在文具盒内,以保证第二天不出现慌忙现象;可以比平时提前半小时睡觉,并创造良好安静的睡眠环境;
3.假如易精神紧张,可取大枣3-10枚,百合、桂圆、莲子各10-15克,加水
煮汤或煮粥,加糖量食之,有安神、安眠及滋补作用。一般在考前一星期睡前半小时食用为佳;
4.每科考试时,应提前20分钟左右到达考点为宜;太早了,遇到偶发事件的可能性增大,极易破坏良好的心态;太迟了,来不及安心定神,进入考试角色的心理准备时间太短,有可能导致整个考试在慌乱中度过,造成不必要的失误。
5.假如进考场后心慌意乱,手脚发抖、甚至恶心、呕吐、便意频频,这是正常的“考场焦虑症”,可以采取自然放松法、闭目做深呼吸,先深吸气,再慢慢呼出,连续做几次,如按摩自己的耳廓。
6.考前和考试期间尽量避开不去人多的地方,人多是非多.7.每一科做一份考前备忘。每场进场前看一下.考试日子到了,一觉醒来,精神抖擞,跃跃欲试地想早点进入考场。不过,别性急,时间若还早,不妨再背记一下早已准备好的应考科目的要点,快速游览或回忆一下该门功课的知识框架(看考前备忘),以便自己对这场考试充满自信心。通过把有关的重要概念和观点在考试前匆匆阅过一遍,在进入考场时,你就
会对这些内容记忆犹新。
千万不能忽略早餐。即使你在平时的早餐时总是吃一片面包,喝一杯咖啡,你也要在考试的那天变换些花样。最好吃些更有营养的食品,因为身体得到充足的营养才能保证你顺利进行三个小时以上的高度紧张的脑力劳动。在高考期间你的大脑将比平时任何一天都更活跃,身体也将需要额外的精力储备以便应付或承受可能的过度紧张。如果你在考试前吃得既好又饱(不太可饱,要保持适度的饥饿感)且舒服,就可避免在考场上你的肚子咕噜咕噜响所带来的注意力分散的难堪。如果在考试前你吃得不怎么样,就不可避免地会发生上面这种情况。临出家门前,千万别忘记再一次检查考试时必备的准考证以及规定必须带好的考试工具等。(列一个单子)
身体
1.适量运动,可以看看花,远眺;
2.保护好大脑:连续紧张学习60分钟,最多90分钟,就应休息10-15分钟;
3.保证充足的睡眠:养成定时睡眠的习惯,每天要有7-8小时的睡眠;
饮食
1.要使大脑处于良好灵活状态,必须有足够的营养供给,在饮食中除主食外,还要注意摄入瘦猪肉、鸡、鸭、猪脑、羊脑、鸡蛋、鱼、新鲜蔬菜和水果等对大脑有利的食品;
2.在考试的几天里,饮食不要太油腻,要清淡为主;饮食应做到:精细搭配,荤素结合,品种多样、营养合理,易于消化,清洁卫生;科学用餐,及时到校考生要有充足的用餐时间,最好在考试前一个半小时用餐完毕,否则会导致过多的血液用于消化系统,使大脑相对缺血,影响大脑功能的发挥。饭菜要清淡卫生,可选用高维生素、高热量的食物。
3.口渴时最好喝些开水或具有清火解毒、防暑解渴功效的绿豆汤、菊花茶、大麦茶、酸梅汤等饮料;忌饮浓咖啡、浓茶等具强兴奋作用的饮料。
高考突发情况
①丢失准考证时,有两种情况:考前丢失,本人写申请,中学、街道开证明到区县招办补办准考证;另一种是当天丢失,和考点校老师、带队老师讲清,先考一科,后补办。(对准考证上面的信息要记得)
②忘带准考证时,需向考点校领导说明,下一场考试必须交验。不要回去取,因为迟到15分钟,就不能参加该科考试。
③交通堵塞时,打“的”赶到考场,请成人用自行车带到考场或请民警帮忙。④违反交通规则时,出示准考证求得谅解。
⑤生病时,能坚持考试就尽量坚持考试,请考点校监考老师帮忙,到医务室紧急处理一下病情,争取回来继续考试,考试时间不延长。
⑥考前检查卷子,考试当中发现试卷漏印、答题卡有问题,如不影响答题可不更换,阅卷时市里会处理,如考试进行中换试卷,考生自负(时间不延长)
<迟到十五分钟后不准进入考点参加当科目考试>
去考场的路上。以一个旁观者的心态去欣赏一些特殊的现象和事情,比如交通管制、横幅标语、密集的人群等,可以缓解紧张情绪。由于第1场考语文,所以在开考前要稍微复习一下语文,调整一下思路和状态。记住:此时只看一些古诗词的名句,这是考试必考的题目。
入场后,要自己一个人调整一下,要告诉自己这是一场孤独的战斗,需要一个人面对所有的困难,所以要有一个人独自去战斗的心理准备。
开始答题后,要注意答题顺序。语文不同于其他科目,可以不按试卷顺序答,可以先答“古诗词默写”部分,以防止考试后期的暂时遗忘,如果先做此题,还可以有足够的时间去获取信息,很多时候做着做着就会想起来。做完“古诗词默写”后,就可以从开始按顺序做了。
考完语文后,中午时间也相当重要。因为下一门考试科目是数学,而大多数人考试失利就输在第1天下午的数学考试中。因为语文的考试思维与接下来的其他科目完全不同,必须在中午的这段时间给扭转过来。数学科目连同后面的英语、文综,要求的考试思维特点是客观和精确,这与语文完全不同。
中午这段时间应该分为几段:
吃午饭用大概30分钟;
然后闭目休息20分钟;
接着要复习数学,拿一整套做过的数学题过一遍,包括小题在内,时间把握在1小时左右;
最后要放松心情随便找个人聊聊天。
注意:整个过程要尽量1个人完成,避免家长陪同。
下午考数学,在这里特别要提醒一下,答数学题,就1道题而言,只要你动手写了,就一定要得出一个结果,否则会得不偿失。因为只有有了结果,老师才会认真看你的解题步骤,会酌情给你分;但是如果连结果页没有,判卷老师会认为你根本没有做完,过程也不会看。
一拿到卷子,要立刻把该填的信息都填完。拿到试卷后,后3道题不要看,只看你平时最熟悉的那个知识点的题。开考前3分钟,把选择题都看完。随后按顺序做,做到前3道大题结束,然后停顿大约1分钟。把后3道大题扫一眼,主要是看题形、都有几个小问题、每道题的分值。接下来把所有题的第一问都拿下,如果这个题就1问,就先放开。大致的答题顺序是:解析几何——函数——数列。数列这个题形很特别,如果试卷中数列没有放在后2题,那就先做数列。考试的最后10—15分钟,不要检查,要盯住一个题做完。
数学考完后,必须马上要忘记数学。下一场是文综考试,要认真复习理综。复习文综时要注意几点:先把一些基本定义过一遍;然后拿一整套文综题做做;文综3科中,只需复习政治即可,复习生物时,只需注意文字表达准确而已。
入睡时间与平时一致,不要有大的改变。因为第2天考的是文综,文综不同于其他科目,也要注意其特殊的答题流程。
•1.理综考试
•进考场前,随便拿1套卷子,不用看完,大概看看就行,目的是调整好状态,达到理综的思维和状态。
•尽快写好考试信息,然后只看单选,且不许看多选。
•前面的选择题按顺序做,然后做大题,根据自己水平选择做题顺序。如果你的思维力强,你就先做物理;如果你的语言理解力强,你就先做生物;但是要记住永远不要先做化学。
•2.中午休息
•考完理综后,下一场是英语,所以中午的时间也是相当重要。中午休息时间要看英语,千万不要背单词。吃饭、休息跟第1天一样,然后用1小时左右复习英语。主要看两部分,一是读英语文章,目的是快速进入英语阅读和思维的习惯;二是作文部分,多回想一下那些经典的作文模板。

考试是一门学问,对于寒窗苦读十二年的学子来说,6月7日、8日两天的高考,就像经过长期训练的足球运动员在赛场上的临门一脚一样,如何发挥自己的水平极其重要。那么,如何发挥自己的水平?
1、准备充分 从容淡定心中有数
记住每场考试的进场时间(语文科8:30,数学科2:40,综合科8:40,英语科2:30),准时进入考场,以免因为迟到而造成不必要的慌张;去年开始,高考考场内不挂时钟,考生须准备一块无显示数字的手表(机械表或石英表);学科都设有选作题,并在开考后首先填涂选作题对应的序号,以免漏涂造成遗憾;
2、调节心态 沉着应战果断抉择
