校长、各位老师、各位同学大家平安：

今天是全世界都在热烈庆祝的大日子！因为2012年前，在遥远的国都以色列伯利恒的地方，弥赛亚（也就是救世主）降生了！然而我们却发现，所谓的普天同庆，如今却已慢慢沦为嘉年华会式的狂欢，甚至因狂欢过度，每年都有许多人丧命！这已远远背离耶稣降生的意义。因此，在这儿我要和大家一起分享耶稣降生的故事，以及其中所蕴含的意义。

当年，以色列尚在罗马政权统治之下。罗马人为了统计百姓的人数，於是下令所有的人都要回本籍地报名上册（就像现在的户口普查）。於是耶稣的父亲－约瑟，就带着因圣灵感孕而身怀六甲的妻子－马利亚，由定居地－加利利的拿撒勒赶回本籍地－犹大的伯利恒。由於回来报名上册的人太多了，每家旅馆都客满，而马利亚临盆在即。在约瑟的苦苦央求下，一位好心的旅馆老板让他们借住在马房，於是，当晚耶稣就降生在马槽中。

当耶稣降生的那一刻，在伯利恒野地里看守羊群的牧羊人，忽然见到上帝派来的使者站在他们旁边，告诉他们救世主已经降生的好消息。同时出现了一大队的天兵，和那位天使高声的赞美上帝说：「在至高之处荣耀归与上帝，在地上平安归与他所喜悦的人」。这是第一支报佳音的队伍，也就是后来每年的圣诞节，基督徒都会四处报佳音的由来。

从耶稣的降生，我们可以得到两个启示：

1、学习他谦卑的态度。

根据圣经的记载，耶稣是救世主，应当是无上光荣的，但他却选择降生在马槽这麽卑微的地方，正显现出他的谦卑。他曾说：「我来是要服事人，而不是要被人服事」；又说：「我心柔和谦卑，你们当负我的轭」；他更曾为门徒一一洗脚。这些在在显明他的谦卑。我们行事为人，是否也该学习他这谦卑的样式？

2、追求心灵上真正的平安。

人生在世，难免会遭遇困厄灾祸。於是，很多人就用各种方式祈求灾祸不要临到他的身上，也因此产生了各种忌讳：这个不能做，那个不能吃；早上出门要朝东走，晚上回家时要先朝南走……等。只要有一点闪失，就整天害怕担心，这是真正的平安吗？我认为真正的平安是，即使遇到了灾祸，心里也不会惊慌失措。因为你知道有一位比你更有能力的人，他可以为你分愁解忧，他可以为你承担一切的重担，如同婴儿安睡在父母的怀抱中，无惧外面的狂风暴雨。这是多麽令人喜乐的事啊！

如今，我已找到了心灵上真正的平安，不知你们找到了没？

国王的演讲中乔治六世的口吃有很多方面引起的： 童年早期创伤——影片有放到乔治说道自己小时候保姆偏爱他哥哥，在和父皇母后相处时被掐，使父母不爱和要哭的他相处。事后保姆还会故意不给东西吃，使得自己得胃病。而这些事父母在三年后才发现......这对乔治的伤害很大。

当然，这造成了乔治和父母的疏远。得不到父母满满地疼爱，也有一定的关系。被纠正左利手的经历„„这些无一不是造成乔治口吃的原因。

还有一个更重要的原因就是来自爱德华的压力。乔治六世在家中排行老二，可是他却是最勇敢的一个。他的哥哥却注定要成为国王，但是却爱上了一个有夫之妇，对于皇家来说这是羞耻的。在哥哥爱德华八世面前，他总是有没有办法像和logue讲话那么流利。

他也恨自己不能像正常人那样说话，他对自己也很生气，他没有办法去强制实施自己的愿望。因此，他变得易怒，还经常抽烟。

罗格医生的治疗方法：

首先，罗格是一个成功的医生，他很有经验。他要求医生和病人的平等关系，并且要求在自己的诊所进行医治，这对往后的治疗起了很大的作用。

罗格医生用了很多方式。有让国王嘴巴里含着东西练习说话，但是没有成功。之后让他在嘈杂的环境中读文章并录下来，也有用骂人的形式说。用音乐的形式唱出来......此外，还有：

发音疗法：就是要在每句话的开始轻柔地发音，改变口吃者首字发音经常很急很重的特点。说话的速度要降到很慢的程度，一开始时一分钟60-100字，而人们平时说话的速度要达到每分钟200字。

呼吸疗法：提倡腹式呼吸法。由于深呼吸能使肌肉获得适当的运动和协调，能松弛与缓和身体各部和颜面肌肉的紧张状态，逐渐消除伴随运动。深呼吸能影响人的情绪，能使激动的情感得以缓和以致平息。

突破疗法：将口吃患者组织在一起，或单独到人群密集的地方去演讲、唱歌，逐步克服说话的恐惧心理。

激将法：罗格会用一些语言来刺激国王，逼他说话反击。

安慰鼓励法：不断告诉国王他可以的，可以讲一口流利的话。

二,活动目的:通过happy XX活动一方面丰富西溪校园的学生生活,提高学生的生活质量;同时也通过这次游园活动增强西溪学生对校园的感情,促进爱校之情.三,具体活动策划方案

(一)圣诞礼物派送——“对对碰”

活动时间:12.22—23(报名)

12.23晚派送贺卡

12.24下午,生科院操场“对对碰”(晚派送礼物).活动规则:总共设15对相对应的卡片,如“黄蓉与郭靖”等,23日晚把卡片送到参加该活动报名的寝室里,让其选取一张卡片,让其于之写者对对方的祝福,并保管好卡片,24日下午特定时间都到生科院操场集中.如果能寻找到对方,如:抽取“黄蓉”的寝室成员能寻找到抽取“郭靖”的寝室成员,则把两张卡片一起带到服务台去登记,服务人员将把礼物送到双方的寝室(或者现场领取).附:该项活动最好是15个男生寝室与15个女生寝室进行,亦不排除个人参加.宣传时应注明:名额有限,采取先到先得的方式决定.(二)圣诞游园活动

内容:7个小游戏组成,流程如下:

首先欲参加游园的同学去服务台领取游园卡.1.名称:知识问答活动(问题有关浙大以及西溪校区公管会等等)

道具:问题

参加人员安排:集体

游戏规则:抽取题目号码,回答相应的问题.(问题另附)

答对问题的给予卡片上一个过关标签,如未答对在相关部分划×.2.名称:吹气球

道具:气球若干,内置小字条(字条上可以写“表演节目,获得奖品等)

参加人员:5人一组,多次

游戏规则:参加人员按5人一组比赛(气球自行选取),依气球被吹爆速度取前3名,对球内的奖品予以变现.即主持人根据”字条“的内容给该同学对奖.比如:字条里写着”跳绳一百,奖励桔子两颗“,那么该同学只有得按”字条“的内容去做,主持人才可给予相应的奖励.并在过关的同学的游园卡片上盖上一个标签,如未过关则在相关部分划×.3.名称:抢凳子

道具:凳子(若干)

参加人员安排:8人或多人参加(其中一人为喊话员不参加比赛)

游戏规则:游戏开始先把凳子成圆形(按参加人数减一计算,即8人摆7张),然后,参加人员在凳子外 面围成一圈,主持人敲鼓或放音乐时参加人员就沿着圆形顺时针或逆时针跑动(注意不能插队),当鼓声 或音乐停下时参加人员要讯速找到一张凳子座下,因为凳子少一张,所以会有一人没凳子座,这个人就算 是被淘汰了,这时要把凳子减少一张,其余的人继续玩,直到剩下最后一人为止,这人就算赢了.并在过关的同学的游园卡片上盖上一个标签,如未过关则在相关部分划×.4.名称:心心相印,我来比你来猜

参加人员:两人一组,可多组参加

游戏规则:游戏开始表演的一组两人先要面对面(一人为表演动策划,一人为猜测者),然后由主持人会把要表 演的成语或词语写在一张纸上,让表演动作者做给猜测者看,当表演者表演完,猜测者能猜出表演者所做动作 的成语或词语时,就算过关.(注意:动作者可以用语言来解释,但不能说出动作中的字).(题目:左右为难,无孔不入,金鸡独立,狗急跳墙,东张西望,无中生有,眉开眼笑,胸有成竹,鸡飞蛋打,低声下气)

并在过关的同学的游园卡片上盖上一个标签,如未过关则在相关部分划×.5.名称:踩气球

道具:气球若干

参加人员:多人

游戏规则:参加人员左腿或右腿绑上气球(一般为6个到个8之间),当主持人喊”开始“时参加者开始互相追着跑,要千方百计的踩掉别人的气球,直到最后一人脚下有气球为止,这人就算获胜.也可以为游戏 设定时间,时间一到脚下剩余气球最多者获胜.并在过关的同学的游园卡片上盖上一个标签,如未过关则在相关部分划×.6.名称:顶气球比赛

道具:气球一个,绳子一条参加人员:两组对抗(每组一般为3人到7人)游戏规则:游戏开始前先把绳子沿场地的正中间拉开(像网球网一样),然后双方排开用头顶球,哪方先落地为输,双方轮流发球.体现配合能力和竞争能力.(注意只能用头,不能用身体的其它部位)

并在过关的同学的游园卡片上盖上一个标签,如未过关则在相关部分划×.7.名称:结对而行

道具:绳子若干

参加人员:两人一组或多人一组,多组参加

游戏规则:本游戏要求场地较大,游戏开始时先把每一组人员的左腿或右腿绑在一起,多组并排一起站在起 跑线上,主持人喊”开始“时,各队齐出,最先到达终点的队就算获胜.本游戏要求参加者的配合默契.并在过关的同学的游园卡片上盖上一个标签,如未过关则在相关部分划×.最后,对于集齐一定的标签的同学可以到服务台领取相应的奖励(或者可以把奖品送给指定的寝室或者寝室成员),并在兑完奖的卡片做上一定标记,留给参加同学作为纪念.附:每一项游戏的游戏规则要写出来制成展板式的置于活动现场,尽量简明扼要.服务台位置安排以及各项游戏安排之地点将另附表格说明.(三):特别活动:

1,寻宝大行动

道具:”宝物“(字条)

参加人员:集体

游戏规则:先准备好”宝物“(即字条上可以写礼品),然后把宝物分布在各个隐蔽的地方,接着,各寻宝者开始找寻”宝物“,找到”宝物“的寻宝者不得随意打开”宝物",由主持人对奖.2,吹面粉(整蛊游戏)

玩法:先找出两个被玩者(如之前游戏的输者或赢家,告诉他们赢了这个游戏便不用受罚/有奖),面对面站在一张桌子两边.把乒乓球放在匙更上,放在二人中间,要他们蒙着眼向乒乓球吹,若能把球吹到对面便为之赢.待他们蒙好眼后,便迅速把乒乓球换成面粉,一二三,吹...
