随着MBA报名人数的逐年增加，MBA复试一般改为差额复试，考生复试的成绩如何直接影响到其是否被录取。MBA复试一般分为专业课复试与英语复试，而英语复试主要是口语测试。由于从2005年起研究生入学考试英语笔试部分取消了听力，因此，研究生复试中除了传统的口语测试外，很多学校增加了听力部分。这里跨考教育特别邀请了中央财经大学多年的博士生、硕士生与MBA英语复试考官冯玉红和温剑波老师，为大家介绍一下研究生英语复试的备考。一般性备考：总结常见热门话题

无论参加哪种形式的口语考试，说一口流利、准确的英语都是通过考试的关键所在。因此，语言的基本功与长期的口语素材积累至关重要。一般性备考可以分为下面几个部分：

1。.应试材料的准备：为了准备口语考试，可以准备一些材料，如《英语中级口语教程》、《

四、六级英语口语应试》等。当然如果确定参加哪种英语口试，又了解其口语考试的形式与内容，选择针对其考试的口语材料更为有效，如雅思口语、托福口语等。

2.制定复习计划：根据备考时间与所要参加的口试类型制定复习计划。可以每天准备一个话题，话题的内容最好是热门话题或常考话题。常见口语话题总结如下：Laid-offworker'sproblem、Reformsofhousingpolicy、Goingabroad、Globalization、Informationage、Environmentalprotectionandeconomicdevelopment、Onlinelearning、2008Olympic,Beijing、Economiccrisis。热点话题在报纸、杂志上大多可以找到，也是很多考试写作部分常出的题目，因此也可以参照考研或四、六级作文范文。但切忌全篇背诵所找到的材料，最好只借用其中某些素材，然后用自己的语言重新整理。

3.熟悉考场情况与考试流程

(1)与小组组员的交流(二对二考试模式)

小组成员可先模拟一下考试过程。让自己进入状态，而后可谈一些其他话题，放松一下。

(2)进入考场

入室前要敲门，虽是小节，但关系到你给考官的第一印象。

衣着得体，落落大方。

向考官问候：Goodmorning/afternoon。

如果可以，微笑，但绝不可勉强。

(3)自我介绍

要求简洁、有新意，能够让考官记住你。最重要的是，发音要准，不要太快，以别人听懂为目的。但注意一定要听考官的指示语，听到考官说：Canyouintroduceyourselfbriefly/saysomethingaboutyourself后再开始。其实现在许多口语考试为了避免考生背诵准备好的自我介绍，都去除了这个部分，而是由一些简单问题来代替，如：

(4)回答考官问题

此处不再赘述，但有一点要注意，千万不要只回答“YES”或“NO”，而是要加上你的reason或者是example.(5)看图说话

不要过分局限于图中的内容，而应充分开阔思路，尤其注意的是在讲述完图中内容后做

适当的评价，对图中的事物或观点提出自己的看法或客观公正的评论。

(6)讨论

此处是发挥你的才智的关键一节，discussion在考试中占了很大一部分时间，所以要尽可能是自己多说，但要保证说到点子上。

(7)最后问题

最后，考官还会问你一个问题，这是你进一步展示自己的大好机会，如果前面不太理想，也可借此补救一下。

(8)结束

考官明确说出：Thisistheendofthetest,thankyou。说明考试正式结束。站起来，拿好自己的东西，如准考证，与考官说再见：Thankyou,goodbye.或Thankyouforyourinterviewgoodbye.然后离开。注意考试结束后不要问老师关于得分的问题，应该马上礼貌的离开。

面试技巧 面试前的准备:

面试前要先预想主考官会问的问题，并准备谨慎而有条理地回答。事先有准备的人，表情和肢体语言比较笃定从容，且具备较好的回应能力。大学毕业生由于缺乏面试经验，可事先找朋友练习面试技巧。面试时最好提前10分钟到达地点，先去洗手间放松一下，整理一下思路，还可最后检查一下自己的仪容，整理因挤公车而弄乱的发型，女士还可趁机补补妆。

面试时的礼仪:

面试务必要准时，一进公司就是面试的开始，对人要客气有礼，秘书或接待人员都可能影响到你是否能得到这份工作。面试前应关掉手机和传呼机，若当着主考官的面关掉，更可显出你的诚恳。注意自己坐姿，节制不该有的小动作。与主考官保持视线的接触，但不要紧盯着对方的眼睛，眼神切勿乱瞟乱看。

面试时的应对:

仔细聆听对方的问题，审慎回答，不要太简略，切忌只回答“是的”、“好”、“对的”、“没问题”等无法使内容更生动的字句，要完整并举实例说明，但要避免冗长。

若对应征公司不了解，不妨坦诚相告，以免说错而得不偿失。

当对方问你“你能为公司做什么时”，若无法马上回答，可先请问对方这份工作上最重要的内容是什么，你好就这些部分来回答。

当对方问及你的专长时，别忘了针对专业特性来回答。对自己的能力和专长不需刻意强调，但也不必大过谦让。

主考提及你是否有问题时，一定要把握机会发问，以表现自己对这份工作的强烈兴趣，但要就工作内容、人事规章等范围发问，不要离题太远。

面试结束后:

无论告辞时说些什么，要表现出信心坚定，给主试者一个深刻的印象。离开前应谢谢主试者给你面谈的机会。若面试时间较长，在面试结束时，可以赞扬主试者在面试过程中使你获益的特殊观点，还可寄封谢卡，以加深对你的印象。

自信是MBA的基本素质和特征。有些考生不自信是因为太追求完美，怕面试时出现偏题、怪题使自己失分。这完全没有必要。考生不是和面试官交锋，而是和其他考生交锋，只要在面试官心中建立对其他考生的比较优势就行了。另外，学会放松自己很重要。放松不但能更好地回答问题，而且有助于塑造淡定的气质，提高面试官对你的印象分。技巧三：果决、干练。

由于MBA面试的题目涉及很宽，有些问题回答不好是很自然的事。所以，不要试图成功回答所有的提问，面试官也不指望你能全部回答好这些问题。对于一些不太好回答的问题，重要的不是看你回答问题的内容，而是你的反应，分析问题、解决问题的方式、方法。

对不太容易回答的问题，可以有几秒钟的思考，但思考时间不可太长。你要根据提问，给出一个明确的是或否的回答，然后论证自己的观点。很多问题没有标准答案，说理清晰、表达流畅、观点明确、分析透彻就能得高分。

技巧四：真实、坦诚。

MBA培养方向是职业管理者，而对职业管理者的道德要求是很高的。

因此，在MBA面试中，考查考生背景的真实性及考生为人是真诚还是虚假是十分重要的一个环节。

注意事项

1.没有理解实践的深奥理论不要多谈

面试时要坦诚相见，说自己理解的事，勿说自以为深奥的事。每个人都因为想表现出高水平，往往说一些自己觉得有难度的话，以显示自己，而这恰恰是自己最不清楚最为薄弱的地方，在考官的追问下，露出破绽。因此诚实地交流以前所做过的事，将能够应付各种局面。要知道，自己理解实践的领域，在别人看来才更加专业。当考官就一些较空泛的或管理知识上的问题问你的看法时，你的回答应该要考虑到下一个问题很可能会是要你举例说明，你要是不懂装懂在前面吹了一通，便可能会在下一问中被问倒。所以说不要空谈缺乏实践理解的理论，自找麻烦。

2.保持平和的心态

面试如此重要，因此感到紧张是很正常的。不要给自己定位100分，期望太高，往往容易加强自我倾向；定位80分，较为适中。很多人在面试的刚开始自述简历时就觉得紧张，应尽量控制住讲话的语速和节奏，一两分钟以后，随着讲话的进行，就完全放松了。

要知道面试官们想做的只是选拔出适合培养的、可造就的人才，又不是想和你过不去。了解了这一点，能做到这一点就足够了。也可以事先进行实境模拟面试，这也是克服心理障碍的好办法。可以找一个朋友模拟面试考官，然后你从敲门进去到退出都演练几遍。

3.要有自己的理念和读MBA的合理动机

对于涉及这类问题，有的考生就说到：中国企业不能总是打着民族品牌在自己家门口固守，而应该在世界市场上与国外公司展开竞争，我愿意在中国企业国际化的过程中尽自己的一份力。这样给考官留下可造就，值得培养的印象。是比较成功的例子。

4.塑造自己的职业形象

我们要证明的是我们有成为职业经理人的素质：第一点就是我们的举止和谈吐应象一位专业人士，而不是毛手毛脚或没有朝气的。从进门的问好到自我介绍，直至离开时道别都应合乎礼仪。应该正装出席。

5.应表现具有解决问题的基本思路

回答一个问题不应只为给面试官一个答案，而应告诉面试官一个你解决问题的思路，这说明你是有能力的、有想法的、碰到同类问题和相关事务是可以应付的。

调动记忆中一切与临场问题有关的情节，没有经历的事就可以举一反三。
