向孔繁森等优秀的共产党员学习

——思想汇报

敬爱的党组织: 中国共产党自成立以来,历经风风雨雨。数不清的仁人志士用鲜血驱散了旧中国天空中的阴霾,为中国人民站起来指明了方向;数不清的中共党员用自己宝贵的生命架起新中国建设的桥梁,为社会主义建设添砖加瓦。可能许多人会问:“是什么指导他们这样为了人民奋不顾身?”以前我也不太明白,但现在我认识到是一种谨记心中的信仰——中国共产党是代表最广大人民的根本利益,是中国人民和中华民族的先锋队。这不是一句大白话,而是每个党员心中不息的火焰。

“青山处处埋忠骨,一腔热血洒高原。”每读到这句诗都会让我不禁想起孔繁森。我成为预备党员已经有好几个月了,在这几个月里,我一直告诫自己要多向优秀的党员同志们学习,向伟大的党更加靠拢。我查阅了多位优秀的共产党人的事迹报告和相关资料。今天,我向敬爱的党组织汇报我关于学习了孔繁森同志事迹后的体会和领悟。

孔繁森同志,1944年出生,山东聊城人。他18岁参军,1966年加入中国共产党。1969年复员后,他先当工人,后被提拔为国家干部。1979年,国家要从内地抽调一批干部到西藏工作,时任地委宣传部副部长的孔繁森主动报名,请人写了“是七尺男儿生能舍己,作千秋鬼雄死不还乡”的条幅。刚到西藏,他又写下“青山处处埋忠骨,一腔热血洒高原”,以此铭志。孔繁森同志是优秀共产党员,焦裕禄式的好干部、时代先锋、领导干部的楷模、我们学习的好榜样。

他两次入藏,尽管两次职位不同,但他在工作期间尽职尽责与藏族群众结下了深厚的友谊,为西藏地区的发展做出了巨大贡献。近几日在网上看了一些关于孔繁森的纪录片,我看到他到任仅4个月的时间,他就跑遍了全市8个县区所有的公办学校和一半以上的村办小学,为发展少数民族的教育事业奔波操劳;我看到他为了结束尼木县续迈等3个乡群众易患大骨节病的历史,他几次爬到海拔近5000米的山顶水源处采集水样,帮助群众解决饮水问题;同样我也看到拉萨市墨竹工卡等县发生强烈地震,孔繁森在羊日岗乡的地震废墟上,还领养了3名藏族孤儿,把“代表最广大人民的利益”切实落到了实处。

1994年11月29日,孔繁森在去新疆塔城考察边贸途中,因车祸殉职,年仅50岁。在孔繁森的葬礼上,悬挂着一幅挽联,形象地概括了孔繁森的一生,也道出了藏族人民对他的怀念:

上联:一尘不染两袖清风,视名利安危淡似狮泉河水。

下联:二离桑梓独恋雪域,置民族团结重如冈底斯山。

歌曲《走进西藏》、《公仆赞》、《等你回家》就是对他的赞颂。

在孔繁森的勤奋工作下,西藏阿里经济有了较快的发展。1994年,全地区国民生产总值超过1.8亿元,比上年增长37.5%;国民收入超过1.1亿元,比上年增长6.7%。他为了制定把阿里地区的经济带上新台阶的规划,准备在最有潜力的边贸、旅游等方面下功夫。为此,他带领有关部门,亲自到新疆塔城进行边贸考察。1994年11月29日,完成任务返回阿里途中,不幸发生车祸以身殉职,时年50岁。他牺牲后,江泽民总书记于1995年4月29日亲笔题词“向孔繁森同志学习”,时任国务院总理的李鹏也题词“学习孔繁森同志热爱人民、无私奉献的精神”。2009年9月14日,他被评为100位新中国成立以来感动中国人物之一。而《孔繁森》一文也已被苏教版语文书收录为课文。孔繁森作为建国以来重大典型,被誉为“九十年代的雷锋”、“新时期的焦裕禄”、“领导干部的楷模”、“民族团结的典范”。他用真挚的爱民之情,赤诚的为民之心,强烈的富民之愿,用生命回答了人为什么活着?怎样活着更有价值?这两个根本问题。恰恰就是对这两个问题正确解答,具有最朴素的普世价值和人文情怀,闪烁着不朽的文明之光、人性之光和理想之光。今天我们从普世价值的角度认识和传播孔繁森精神, 大力倡导爱人、帮人、关心人的人生价值观,对构建和谐社会,促进世界和平与进步大有裨益。

这一切,让我受益匪浅。

我们在缅怀那些给予我们心灵深深震撼的优秀党员同时,也不要忘记对一些没有意识到自己信仰的人的引以为戒。七届二中全会时,毛主席就指出要防止敌人的“糖衣炮弹”,建国后一些人在经历住战争时期枪林弹雨的前提下却败在了“糖衣炮弹”的脚下。刘青山,在血腥的白色恐怖笼罩下,在艰苦的八年抗日战争和三年多的人民解放战争中,曾奋不顾身地为党的事业和人民群众的解放,进行过英勇的斗争;但却在新中国成立后在自己的职位上投机倒把、贪污受贿,成为被判处死刑的高官之一。这不得不使我们感受到如果缺失了信仰、模糊关于党的性质的认识,将会导致一个多么严重的后果。

所以,我们要多向孔繁森、焦裕禄、雷锋等优秀的共产党员学习!

优秀党员的优秀事迹是我们立足的根本,而作为一个党员的信仰是根本的根本。同时我们也应意识到一些党员在失去信仰后对党、对人民造成的不良影响,并应从中吸取教训。作为一名预备党员,在清楚认识到党的性质的同时我也认识到自己应该切实坚定信仰,从身边做起,从小事做起,积极实现自己的价值,维护党以及党员的优良形象。

今天是10月20日,离黄群、宋月才、姜开斌等四位同志壮烈牺牲已经过去了整整两个月。在今天,我们团内所有的党员聚集在一起学习三位优秀共产党员的先进事迹,他们为保护国家重点实验平台,不惧台风和巨浪,在自己的岗位上坚持到最后一刻,用实际行动诠释了共产党员对党忠诚、恪尽职守、不怕牺牲的优秀品格。

他们的精神值得学习,他们的行动值得表彰,他们用他们的一生去诠释如何去做一名合格的共产党员。他们是我们需要学习的榜样。

学习他们的先进事迹,我懂得了,要成为一名习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的忠实践行者,不仅要多方面学习,还有结合实际,用属于适合自己职业的方式,最大化的发挥党员的先锋作用,为社会主义事业的发展贡献属于自己的力量。
