尊敬的各位领导，大家好。我叫阿布都日衣木·日合曼，今年25岁，二〇一一年六月毕业于喀什师范学院艺术系本科美术专业。多年来，想要加入事业单位的梦想如影随形。今天，能在这里面试并展现自己，我内心非常的激动。希望大家能记住我。下面，我就自己的基本情况做一简要概述。
因自小出生在教师家庭，受到良好的教育，自我特别好学，上进。上学期间，除了学好自己专业的同时，还自我学习驾驶、电脑设计等知识，并能从事到实践中去，为我日后的工作打下了夯实的基础。此外，我在汉语的学习上一直在不断努力，继续加强口语与书面写作能力，不求最好，只求更好！
由于本人大学期间，积极、务实、勤干，以至于能够顺利入党。，因为刻苦学习，成绩优异，五次被评为优秀三好生，获得国家奖学金一次，励志奖学金两次。同时，一直从事班长一职，从不同方面锻炼了自己的处事能力。能够与朋友和睦相处，和周围的人关系融洽等等。

焦裕禄这个熟悉的名字，自打上小学时课文中就已熟悉的名字，他的先进事迹可谓家喻户晓，人人皆知，他那种对岗位的热爱，对人民群众的深厚感情。通过观看影片《焦裕禄》，使我的心灵得到了洗礼，对世界观、人生观、价值观有了更进一步认识，当影片中出现的亲人送葬、雪夜送站、挽留技术员、送回一桶鱼、雨夜抗洪、治沙栽桐，每一幕都让人流下了感动的眼泪。
焦裕禄从一个条件较好尉氏县调到兰考，受命于危难之时，不攀他人，不讲条件，光明磊落、襟怀坦白，用自己的言行树立了一座共产党员的丰碑，为我们后来人，确立了一个标杆。他那种对岗位的热爱，把工作岗位当做实现人生价值的舞台，以干好工作为目标，加强学习，提高素质；反过来又将学到知识，练就的本领，全部用到工作中。这种精神，对我们现在的有些人，也是一种教育。在他身患重病，却依然坚持工作，在病房里还在学习，这种爱岗敬业，无私无畏，艰苦奋斗的精神永远值得我们学习。
我虽然快要退休了，可我要在岗一分钟，奋斗六十秒。加强学习，探求新知。“吾生也有涯，而知也无涯”，学无止境，温故知新。我们所处的是实现中华民族伟大中兴的时代，是知识大爆炸的信息时代。要适应时代的变化，推进我们的教育事业，就必须加强学习，探求新知识，全面提高自身的理论素养，知识水平，业务本领等能力。我要把它作为一种责任，一种境界，一种修养，一种追求，勤于学习，善于学习，多学一点，学深一点。不断提高自己业务水平，教好书，育好人。工作上要高标准，生活上低要求。学习焦裕禄精神，并大力弘扬焦裕禄精神，忠诚党的教育事业，关心学生，树立科学的态度，提高科学发展水平。敬业、实干、无私奉献，为培养好下一代奉献终生。

合作课堂的基本内涵是：要以追求教学过程中教学各要素的协调、和谐，通过师生心灵的对接、意见的沟通、思维的碰撞，实现学生高效学习、自主发展。其根本内涵就是通过教师、学生、教材和环境之间的和谐、共振关系和师生之间积极主动优化的思维品质来实现包含知识与能力、过程与方法、情感态度价值观“三维”目标的和谐共振。
为了把小组合作课堂真正打造成开发区小学的亮点工程，我深入教研组和课堂，征求不同年龄层次教师的意见，提出了课堂授课的十条评价标准：
1.备课要“透”，要善于把握切入点，突出重点，化解难点，不能眉毛胡子一把抓。
2.教学要“活”，要善于创设问题情景，不能死问、死讲、死拼。3.对象要“全”，要面向全体，关注学习困难学生，不能只盯少数优秀学生。
4.活动要“勤”，要善于激发学生的参与热情，让学生主动参与、当主角，不能让教师唱独角戏。
5.上课要“实”，要善于优化教学设计，深入挖掘合作互动因素，不能只跟着感觉走。6.指导学法要“细”，要善于教给学生科学的学习方法，不能只管教不管学。
7.作业要“精”，要善于优选重组练习资料，不能搞题海战术、做无用功。
8.负担要“轻”，要善于充分利用课堂时间，不能课内损失课外补。
9.反馈要“勤”，要做到及时批改作业，不能只重布置不重反馈检查。
10.考核学生要“严”，要善于自主设计科学优质试卷，不能一味照搬照抄。
为真正把这“十条”要求落到实处，我又带领有关领导和老师在认真分析开发区教学实际，仔细阅读各地合作学习先进经验的基础上，以落实异质分组教学为突破口，狠抓了指导技巧、合理定位、频率适中、时间恰当、关注弱势、培养习惯等六个关键环节，有效地提高了教师、学生参与小组合作课堂的积极性和主动性。而今，小组合作课堂已经成为我们开发区小学的招牌菜，吸引了众多的兄弟学校前来参观学习。
苏霍姆林斯基说过“无限相信书籍的力量，是我的教育信仰的真谛”之一。读书是人类特有的精神生活，也是人类传承文明的主要方式。
作为一名教师，作为一位学校的中层领导，我深深地懂得这句话的含义和分量。在今后的事业长路中，我将一如既往地在书海中吸取营养，滋养自己的底气，丰厚自己的灵气，睿智自己的思想，渊博自己的学识，提升自己的人生价值，实现自己的人生梦想——做一个合格的人民教师，为中华民族的伟大复兴贡献自己的青春年华！

【教学设想】
根据儿童诗特点，本课的教学设计力求创设情境，激发学生的学习兴趣，充分发挥学生的主体作用，让学生自主读书、自主识字，展开丰富的想象，培养孩子的想象能力。重视朗读训练，让学生在自读自悟中受到情感的熏陶。通过多种形式的读书、评价、说话、讨论，让学生参与学习的全过程。
【教学目标】1．指导学生认识“长、它、落、到、河、真、高、兴、当”9个生字。会写“长、兴、虫、当”4个字。2．指导学生朗读课文，背诵课文。3．培养学生的想像能力和热爱大自然的情感。

【教学过程】课前游戏：1．小朋友们，你们喜欢小动物吗？（喜欢）2．说说你喜欢什么小动物？（让学生自由说）3．你能模仿它的动作、声音吗？（生演）4．想玩吗？（想）咱们一起来玩玩吧！（生表演）（低年级孩子对游戏非常感兴趣，用游戏开始，使他们保持高涨的情绪】
（一）导入新课。师：可爱的小动物们，准备上课吧！
1．孩子们，看看黑板有什么想说的吗？（黑板上贴着各种颜色的树叶。）2．这就是秋姑姑送来的叶子，漂亮吗？（漂亮）
3．这么漂亮的树叶，都是小动物们的好朋友，它们常常在一起做游戏，想知道它们是怎样做游戏的，读读《树叶》这首童话诗，你会明白的。谁来把课题读一读。（把黑板上的树叶翻一面）
【黑板上漂亮的树叶，激起孩子们的学习兴趣。这种兴趣，满足了学生对语文学习的心理需求，激起了强烈的探究欲望。】
（二）初读课文。
1．师：先来听听这首童话般的诗，我们再来说说在这首诗中你都见到了谁？（出示课件，师范读课文，读后让生自由说随机贴图）
【配乐朗诵，让学生感受诗的意境美，情自然就由然而生。】
2．师：大家也想读吗？（想）那快读吧！读完后把生字宝宝圈出来同桌互相读一读。（生读课文）师：生字有问题吗？有没有小朋友在读时发现自己同伴哪些字认得有困难的？
【通过学生自主识字，教学中注意以学定教，体现了以生为本的教学理念。尊重学生之间的差异，然后根据学生的实际进行有效的教学这正是新课标所倡导的。】师：想不想检验一下自己是不是和生字宝宝交上朋友了？你们看生字宝宝也急着出来与大家见面呢？（让学生自由说读音的注意点，师注意正音，特别注意让学生之间互相正音。提高他们倾听、评价能力。）
3．开火车读、齐读。
4．你们瞧，树上这么多漂亮的叶子想要哪一片？想好了摘下来，读读后面的字宝宝，读对了，这片叶子就送给你。（玩摘树叶的游戏）（注意培养学生倾听、评价的能力。通过“摘树叶”的游戏，进一步巩固生字，提高生字的复现率，且这些“树叶”卡片与课文内容紧密结合，形式活泼，符合低年级学生的心理需求。）
（三）再读课文。
1．师：多美的树叶，人见人爱。树枝、小虫、鱼儿、小鸟都跟树叶玩了什么游戏呢？请小朋友先读读课文，读完后找一找，画一画，然后再把课文读一读。（让学生养成不动笔墨不读书的习惯，到一定的时候还可以学做批注，养成良好的学习习惯。）
2．师：把你们刚才画的先跟同桌说说，再互相读读。
3．师：小朋友不仅画得认真，读得也很投入，谁来表现表现？（多位生读）喜欢读哪句就读哪句。3．（针对读得好的学生）你读得这么好，能邀请你的好朋友和你一起读吗？
4．师可抓住“它”再进行教学：你从哪知道是树叶呢？（让学生体会“它”的用法。）5．愿意再把课文读一读的同学站起来一块读。6．听着听着，老师也想和大家一块读读。（阅读是个性化行为，应该通过各种形式地读代替老师的讲解，让学生在读中体会快乐，提高学习地积极性。）
（四）感悟朗读
1．师：小朋友，树枝、小虫、鱼儿、小鸟都是树叶的好朋友，（边说边贴图片）它们一定有许多悄悄话想对树叶说，老师来当树叶姐姐，你们都是树叶姐姐的好朋友，把你想说的说出来吧！（师戴上头饰当树叶，生自由想象说。）（创设情境，让孩子们融入到情境中，张开想象的翅膀，从中体会到树叶与树枝、小虫、小鸟、小鱼它们之间和谐的、亲密的关系。培养热爱大自然的情感。）
2．师：谁能说说树叶姐姐这会儿的心情？（很高兴或很开心）你们能把树叶姐姐的心情读出来吗？如果能加上表情读就更好。（让学生从读中体会树叶高兴的心情。）
3．师：在这么美的诗中和树叶姐姐一起分享快乐吧！（看课件提示，背一背课文。）4．师：再一次在音乐中享受着快乐吧！（出示课件动画、配乐）奖励自己，给自己的树叶涂上喜欢的颜色。（通过树叶与树枝、小虫、小鱼、小鸟之间的悄悄话，让学生充分感受到它们之间的和谐，引导学生反复朗读，忘情地读，带上动作、表情读。学生在想象中感受，在感受中领悟，在领悟中实践，达到“情动而辞发”的效果。】
（五）想象说话
1．说话训练：树枝、小虫、小鱼、小鸟都是树叶姐姐的好朋友，我的朋友还有许多许多，还有谁是树叶姐姐的朋友呢？请同学们在四人小组交流交流，把自己想的跟大伙说说。（分四小组说）
2．师：谁来说说自己的想法？小组中有说得很好的请推荐他来说。3．师：你们真聪明，知道的这么多，能说说你是怎么知道的？（充分利用课文中给我们留有的空白点，给学生想象的空间，拓展延伸。）
（六）大课堂。师：大自然中有许许多多的秘密，等着小朋友去发现！
（七）选自己喜欢的做一做。1．捡自己喜欢的树叶拼一拼。2．在词语花篮中写一写。3．按课文内容演一演。
