高二（4）班班规班纪

1.迟到.早退.逃课.无故旷课.应班务记录，并且根据情况给予处罚。

（1）情节较轻者，罚站一堂课，并且被罚一天的值日。

（2）情节严重者，与家长取得联系。回家反省，检讨，写好检讨书，要求家长签字，交于班主任保管。

2.上课期间，必须精神饱满，认真听讲，作好记录;课后按时完成作

业。

（1）学生如果打瞌睡，可自行站立.清醒（不得影响其他同学学习）。

（2）被任课老师或班主任发现，罚站（具体视情况而定）。

7.要积极配合班干的工作。无视班长或值日班长的提醒，与之发生冲突者，必须做深刻检讨，当全班同学面与其道歉。

8.不得以任何理由将电子产品带入教学区。一经发现，要求该学生当全班同学面自行销毁（手段不限）。

班训:

为了班级体的良好运行，为了大家的学习成绩能共同进步；为实现同学们的共同目标，特制定此班规以便大家相互监督，相互学习，共同进步。

一、班级组成：

1、全班共有33学：男生20女生13；

2、全班分成四组,每组设组长一名；

3、各级干部：班长、学习委员、纪律委员、宣传委员、劳动委员、体育委员、生活委员、团支部书记、组织委员、值日班长、课代表、组长。

二、各级干部职责：

班长：1.全面负责全班同学的学习、生活工作，协调班级与其它部门关系，是班主任的助手。

2.负责登记迟到、旷课、早退、未带校牌、未穿校服、仪表检查不合格的同学名单。3.及时传达学校及班主任对班级活动的要求，组织同学将要求落到实处。并及时反馈给班主任落实的情况。4.帮助值日班长积极主动地开展工作，处理好日常工作。5.负责及时向班主任反馈出现的学习、纪律等各种问题。

6、有事必须写好请假条，经班主任和政教处批准，再到班长处登记，不扣分。（若在家里，必须由家长打电话请假并带家长签名的假条来校）否则以旷课论处。（以上由班长负责登记）

二、作业学习方面：

1.按时按量按质完成各科作业，拖欠一科一次扣1分，少交一次扣2分。抄袭他人作业的每次扣2分。一周违纪累记扣分3分及以上者罚课上表演节目。（由各组长及时汇报给学习委员登记）

2.英语听写满分一次加1分，不合格一次扣1分，并在当天完成重新默写，仍不合格，不听从者再扣2分，无故不交者扣2分，此类违纪扣2分及以上者课上表演英语节目。

3.英语背诵未在规定时间内完成者扣2分，课上表演英语节目。

4.语文听写，默写满分一次加1分，不合格一次扣1分，并在当天重新默写，仍不合格，不听从者扣2分，无故不交者扣2分，此类违纪扣2分者课上表演节目。

5.语文背诵未在规定时间内完成者扣2分，并在课上表演节目。

6.作业完成情况不好，被教师打差档或点名批评者扣3分，并在课上表演节目。（以上2-6由课代表负责记名并报给学习委员处登记）

7.每科作业期中和期末前各统计一次，获A等以上或最高等级一个加2分，自己上报给学习委员。

三、课堂纪律方面：

1.上课迟到应从前门进来，并要求向老师喊“报告”，经老师许可后才可以轻轻地进来，到位置上坐下。违者每次扣1分。

2.上课时有情况要出去者，必须先举手向老师说明，经老师同意后再出去，违者每次扣1分。

3、在教室里吃东西者，每次扣2分。早餐和零食不能带到教室里要在走廊上吃完以后才能进教室

4．未经老师允许私自换位置：扣百分制2分。

5.上课注意力不集中，被老师点名批评：扣2分，点名2次以上翻倍扣。

6.上课睡觉：扣百分制2分，情节严重者加倍扣分

7.在校使用手机等娱乐工具：扣百分制10分，交由政教处处理，并作书面检讨。

8.课堂或集会上讲话影响纪律受点名批评的，每次分别扣2、4分。

9.上课与老师顶撞的，每次扣5分，严重者送政教处处分。

10、课间要文明休息，在教室及走廊追逐打闹或玩球者，每次扣2分。

11、打架斗殴者每人次扣5分，情节恶劣者每人次扣10分；

（以上1-11由各组纪律委员负责监督、记名并报给班长处登记）

12.午休，自习课讲小话、搞小动作等违纪同学：第一次提醒，第二次扣百分制2分，仍不听劝的加倍扣分。并报告班主任。

13.自习课和晚自修间私自出去：扣百分制2分

（以上12－13条由值日班长负责监督、记名并报给班长处登记）

四、仪表方面

1.因不穿校服、不戴校牌在校门口被登记者，一次扣5分。并作书面检讨1000字。

2.佩戴首饰到校，第一次给予提醒，第二次扣百分制5分，并没收首饰代管到期末。

3.对于仪表检查不合格者，第一次扣5分，第二次扣10分，以此类推

五、考试纪律方面：

1.考试作弊扣10分，被学校警告批评及以上者扣30分

2.期中或者期末考试作弊：送政教处处分，品德等评为不合格

六、卫生值日方面：

1.不服从劳动委员安排的，每次扣2分，并罚打扫卫生一次。

2.打扫卫生不干净、不彻底，每次扣1分。卫生委员有权检查，要求其认真完成。

3.值日（大扫除）逃走者扣5分并罚拖教室一周。

4.每个同学都应讲究卫生，不得随地丢果皮纸屑，个人包干区不干净的，发现个人一天累积违反两次扣1分，且负责该日卫生保持的卫生组长扣1分。

5.放学后没有把椅子反扣在桌子上或清理小抽屉垃圾者，违反其中一条罚第二天拖教室。

6.爱护公共财物，不得在上面乱写乱画，乱扔垃圾：情节严重者罚做一周值日违者每次扣2分。

7.没有拿到卫生红旗的，罚扫一周，直至拿到红旗为止。

（以上由同学们互相监督，由卫生委员登记）

七、道德品质方面：

1.不服从老师或班干部管理者，或蓄意顶撞老师者扣5分并写书面检讨并向老师

道歉；若不悔改送政教处教育。

2.抽烟或酗酒：扣百分制10分并做出书面说明，情节严重送政教处处分

3.打架或拉帮结派打群架：扣百分制10-20分并做出书面说明，并送政教处

4.去网吧打游戏，或在学校里打牌、打电子游戏：扣百分制10-20，并写说明书1000字

八．团结友爱，积极参加集体活动：

1.无故不参加集体活动：扣百分制2，并做出书面说明

2.按时参加课间操及眼操，不认真被点名者一次扣1分，二次扣2分。眼保健操，课间操不认真或不做：监督员第一次提醒，若被值周班级扣分者扣5分并写书面检讨。

3.未经请假或允许没有出去做操：扣百分制5分并写出书面检讨

（以上由体育委员负责将人员报给班长登记，此类违纪者罚大扫除一次）

加分细则：

1．凡参加各类校级活动者不论名次均加2分

2．凡投稿校刊者加2分，电子稿投稿则加3分，被录取则追加5分。

3．凡出黑板报者一期加4分，负责该次的宣传委员加5分，获校一、二、三等奖，则每人分别追加3、2、1分。

4．值日小组一周拿到小红旗，组长加4分，组员每人加3分，负责此次卫生的卫生委员加5分。卫生小组成员一周值日都获评优秀表现的另加1分。

5．班委、小组长、课代表每月每人加5分（劳动委员每月加8分）。其中被学生评为优秀班干部、优秀组长、优秀课代表的同学则追加5分，并以资鼓励。

6．学期结束，百分制排名靠前者享受评优评先优先资格，前三享受班级奖学金。

7．学习成绩突出加分：

（1）班级考试成绩总分前十名：总分排名前五，百分制分别加20，18，16，14，12，后五名百分制都加10分并获班级奖学金。

（2）考试成绩单科前三名；百分制分别加5，3，2分并获班级奖学金。

（3）考试总分班级排名前进5个名次；加5分，以此类推，最高加15分考试总分班级排名后退15个名次或后退明显者看视情况扣分。

（4）奖学金制度：一等奖：段里前5名，二等奖：段名次前10名，三等奖：班前5名。奖学金分别为：50元、30元、20元。段里进步名次，从高到低取前三名为进步奖获得者，奖学金为5元。单科前三奖学金分别为

8.上课表现和作业完成情况被老师评为优秀者和学习进步被老师点名表扬者一次加1分。（由个人向学习委员处登记）

9．获奖加分

（1）参加校级或校级以上的活动或学科竞赛（包括文体活动）：百分制加3分

（2）参加并获奖：在原有基础上百分制再加：一等奖10分，二等奖5分，三等奖3分（注：奖学金均来自班费）

九、备注：操行评定得分的计算方法

本班规从公布之日起执行，每周一小评，每月一大评，到期末时总评。每周每人有100分作为基分，按照以下班规加分减分，如出现少于80分者为不合格，80~95为一般合格，95~100为良好，100~110为优秀，110以上为班级标兵，每周每人公布其得分。对不合格都，视其情况进行批评教育、要求其做出深刻书面检讨，并通知其家长来校协商处理。各位班委做好考核工作，出现徇私舞弊、作假等严重情形者加倍扣分。
