外企其实并非都是那么重视口头的英文表达能力，如果非要准备，也很简单，就是准备一个自己的小故事，比如在过去的公司里面如何通过teamwork完成某个项目的过程介绍，诸如此类。。

还有就是准备一些和自己爱好相关的内容，以备考官临时提问。

总之，一定要体现自己适应外企的process，能够teamwork，而且对书面的商务用词比较熟练，也就可以了。不用过于严谨，因为太拘束了可能反而让考官觉得你在背书。
