Ladies and Gentlemen , Good afternoon!I‟m very glad to stand here and give you a short speech.today my topic is “youth”.I hope you will like it , and found the importance in your youth so that more cherish it.First I want to ask you some questions:
1、Do you know what is youth?
2、How do you master your youth?
Youth
Youth is not a time of life, it is a state of mind;it is not rosy cheeks , red lips and supple knees, it is a matter of the emotions : it is the freshness;it is the freshness of the deep springs of life.Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity of the appetite , for adventure over the love of ease.This often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20.Nobody grows old merely by a number of years.We grow old by deserting our ideals.Years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul.Worry , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust.Whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being „s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what‟s next and the joy of the game of living.In the center of your heart and my heart there‟s a wireless station : so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young.When the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but as long as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you may die young at 80.Thank you!
青春
青春不是指岁月，而是指心态。粉嫩的脸，红润的唇，矫健的膝并不是青春。青春表现在意志的坚强与懦弱。想象的丰富与苍白、情感的充沛与贫乏等方面。青春是生命深处清泉的喷涌。
青春是追求。只有当勇气盖过怯弱、进取压倒苟安之时，青春才存在。果如此，则60见之长者比20岁之少年更具青春活力。仅仅岁月的流逝并不能使他们衰老。而一旦抛弃理想和信念，则垂垂老也。
岁月只能使皮肤起皱。而一旦丧失生活的激情，则连灵魂枯老，使人生枯如死水，毫无活力。60岁长者也好，16岁少年也罢，每个人的内心深处都渴望奇迹，都如孩子一般眨着期待的双眼，期待着下一次，期待着生活的情趣，你我灵魂深处都有一座无线电中转站------只有你我年轻，则总能听到希望的呼唤，总能发出喜悦的欢呼，总能传达勇气的讯号，总能表现出青春的活力………
一旦青春的天线倒下，你的灵魂即为玩世不恭之雪、悲观厌世之冰覆盖；即使你年方20.其实你已垂垂老也。而只要你青春的天线高高耸起，就可以随时接收到乐观的电波-----即使你年过八旬，行将就木，而你却仍然拥有青春，你仍然年轻。

2-How to say future?
Man’s life is a process of growing up, actually I’m standing here is a growth.If a person’s life must constituted by various choices, then I grow up along with these choices.Once I hope I canstudy in a college in future, however that’s passed, as you know I come here, now I wonder what the future holds for(= what will happen to)me.When I come to this school, I told to myself: this my near future, all starts here.Following I will learn to become a man, a integrated man, who has a fine body, can take on important task, has independent thought, an open mind, intensive thought, has the ability to judge right and wrong, has a perfect job.Once my teacher said :” you are not sewing, you are stylist;never forget which you should lay out to people is your thought, not craft.” I will put my personality with my interest and ability into my study, during these process I will combine learning with doing.If I can achieve this “future”, I think that I really grow up.And I deeply believe kindred, good-fellowship and love will perfection and happy in the future.How to say future? Maybe it’s a nice wish.Lets make up our minds, stick to it and surely well enjoy our life.I love English
--英语演讲稿 As everyone knows,English is very important today.It has been used everywhere in the world.It has become the most common language on Internet and for international trade.If we can speak English well,we will have more chance to succeed.Because more and more people have taken notice of it,the number of the people who go to learn English has increased at a high speed.But for myself,I learn English not only because of its importance and its
usefulness,but also because of my love for it.When I learn English, I can feel a different way of thinking which gives me more room to touch the world.When I read English novels,I can feel the pleasure from the book which is different from reading the translation.When I speak English, I can feel the confident from my words.When I write English,I can see the beauty which is not the same as our Chinese...I love English,it gives me a colorful dream.I hope I can travel around the world one day.With my good English, I can make friends with many people from different contries.I can see many places of great intrests.I dream that I can go to London,because it is the birth place of English.I also want to use my good English to introduce our great places to the English spoken people,I hope that they can love our country like us.I know, Rome was not built in a day.I believe that after continuous hard study, one day I can speak English very well.If you want to be loved, you should learn to love and be lovable.So I believe as I love English everyday , it will love me too.I am sure that I will realize my dream one day!

我很高兴可以在这个课堂上做一次演讲。这一次，我想谈谈英语。我的话题是我爱英语。正如每个人所知，英语在今天十分重要。它已经被应用到世界的各个角落。它已经成为商业上最为通用的一门语言并广泛的用于国际贸易。如果我们能说好英语，我们就有更多的机会成功。因为越来越多的人注意到这一点，学英语的人数正在已很高的速度增长。
但是对我而言，我学英语不仅仅因为它的重要性以及它的实用性，更是因为我喜爱英语。当我学英语时，我可以体会到一种不同的思维方式，它可以给我更多接触世界的空间。当我读英语小说时，我能感受到不同于阅读翻译文的快乐。当我说英语时，我可以感到自信。当我写英语时，我能够感到不同于汉语的那种美„„
我爱英语，它给了我一个色彩斑斓的梦。我希望有朝一日我可以畅游世界，用我流利的英语，我可以和世界各地的人交友。我能看到许多的名胜。我希望我能够到伦敦去，因为那里是英语的故乡。
我也希望用我流利的英语来将我们的名胜介绍给说英语的朋友，我希望他们可以像我们一样的爱我们的国家。
我知道，罗马不是一天筑成的。（成功需要日积月累。）我相信在持续不断的努力学习下，总有一天我可以拥有一口流利的英语。
如果你想被爱，你就应该学着去爱他人。所以我相信我对英语的爱定将换来它对我的爱。我相信总有一天我会实现我的梦！

Boys and girls, good afternoon, I’m very happy to stand here and make a speech.Theme of the speech is about art and entertainment, so I want to talk about Beijing opera and scissor-cut.Now let’s appreciate a length of opera.中间停顿二十秒放京剧.How graceful it is.We remove the sound(我们除去声音不说)，the type of facial makeup in opera has connotation.Types of facial makeup in opera are sorted several kinds, one kind stands for special meaning.In addition, the dress also is artful.Opera is admitted by not only Chinese people but also all the people in the world that it is a palace of art.In the past, when the wealthy had activities, opera was the essential recreational program.Next, let’s talk about scissor-cut.As we all know, scissor-cut has a history about 3000 years.With the deep history, it develops better and better.Though opera and scissor-cut are artistic culture, they can be accepted by the common people.People look them as hobbies and interests, so they can achieve the recreational aim, and this is why they can be hand down and they are stronger and stronger.

Good afternoon, everyone,it is my honor to speak here,and I am very glad to share my topic with you.Then i would talk about something about my idol-kobe bryant.I think everyone know about him.f you play basketball , you must have heard of his name.If you watch NBA games , you cannot ignore what he did in every match.If you really like basketball , you cannot remain indifferent to him.What you are supposed to do is to love him.He is Kobe Bryant , one of the greatest basketball players in the history.When I was a high school student,I love watching basketball game,at that time,Kobe became my favorite player.now,let me introduce some stories about him.Kobe Bryant was born in August 23,1978,he is an American All-shooting guard in the National Basketball Association(NBA）who plays for the Los Angeles Lakers.He began his career at the age of 18when he became the youngest player in league history to be drafted out of high school.And in 15 years, he has became the best player of the league.As the most fabulous shooting guard after Michael Jordan.He once scored 81 points at a single game in 2006.In 2008, he got the MVP(the most valuable player)award,and lead Lakers back to the top.It is know to all that Kobe couldn’t seized this success if he hadn’t worked like crazy for years perfecting his skills.There are no shot cuts to the hard work.Success is a by product of that.Kobe said “ No matter what ,just do not give up.always believe that your dream can come true and just keep working for what you want to believe.Thank you for listening, that’s all.

第五篇：三分钟演讲
起因是去年初被男友甩了，然后开始每学期拿奖学金（持续三学期了）。因为做任何事都是有一个契机的，譬如周围有人得了胆结石，我开始注重饮水质量；暗恋的人喜欢健身，你就开始每天跑步等。我现在每天白天学习任务完成后，10点到楼下自习室看书到12点有时甚至一点，不为什么应试，只是习惯了，享受那种掌握知识的感觉。做一个学霸，首先应当意识到知识的重要性，其次就是养成固定的学习时间和习惯。但是最重要的就是，祝愿你遇到那个契机
不要说什么「勤奋」、「刻苦」、「坚持」、「努力」，如果你做不到后面的第二点，那你就必须要明确你的功利心。
大学后能看到身边许多学霸每天早出晚归，几乎看不到他们在寝室里，很早就去图书馆看书、背GRE。他们的目标很明确——出国。所以各种刷GPA，各种考托福、GRE。因为这是出国的必须桥梁。他们大多数人每天背那么多单词，并不一定是真的热爱美国文化、热爱英语，每天在实验室呆那么久也并非是真的有多热爱实验——他们明白，只有这样，他们才能完成自己的出国梦，所以他们必须坚持。
你坚持不下去，是因为你没有一个固定的目标。但你有一个固定的目标驱使着，你便不得不去努力地做。
辛苦吗？当然辛苦。难吗？当然难。累吗？当然累。
如果你想当学霸，确定第一条，你一定要有一颗功利心。否则，你很容易半途而废。我不是矫情，也不是煽情，我是说真的。
单纯的功利心会迫使你上路，但如果完完全全是功利心，你很容易走不下去。
我相信许多人背GRE考托福都是为了出国。但我也同时相信，当大家都在抄实验报告的时候，而某些学霸坚持要自己写，可最后最多也就比我们高出五分时……他们的出发点，绝不仅仅是为了多出的那五分。
我曾经有幸跟那位张同学同组做过电工实验，他很细心，很认真，指导书上圈圈画画做了许多笔记。这门课大家都是混混的，最后评分几乎都是80多分，根本没什么差距——如果真是功利心的话，他应该把这份心思花在别的地方。
可他仍是很用心。
与其说他是对哪门课用心，还不如说他是对学习这件事很用心。凡事需要用到的、课程安排了的，他都会很用心。
如果不是有深刻的爱恋的话，我想不出还有别的什么原因。
我记得初中的时候有个老师跟我们讲过「兴趣是最好的老师」。如果你喜欢一件事，你才会乐于去做一件事。
所以，如果你想要成为学霸，至少，对学习有那么一点的爱。这一点爱，便足以支撑你到未来。没有爱，你会走得很辛苦。
