每一个孩子都是家长的心头肉；每一个学生的成绩都与老师的荣誉和钱包紧紧挂着钩。孩子，便成了脖子上拴着绳子的小马驹，要想将它训练成既不狂暴粗野又能驰骋疆场的千里马，的确让老师和家长“呕心沥血”，伤透了脑筋。家长会，作为沟通学校和家庭的一座桥梁，不失为一种很好的手段。但是，一想到要开家长会，许多人心里就发毛。老师累，学生累，家长更累。毕

竟，凤毛麟角就那么几个。管好孩子如逆流拉纤，老师和家长的感受殊途同归。听到老师的“召唤”，能心花怒放、手舞足蹈的家长，恐怕打着灯笼都很难找。对于家长来说，孩子学习成绩不好或是淘气，开家长会时常常会感到尴尬，颜面无存；对于孩子来说，每次开家长会时总是心有余悸，胆战心惊。调查显示，70％的学生听说开家长会心情紧张，家长会后18％的学生与家长关系紧张，32％的学生受到严肃批评被限制活动，甚至吃“跳脚米线”。因此，有些平时表现较差的学生便编造各种借口，谎称家长外出或生病等来搪塞老师，不让家长来开家长会。家长会本是一次绝好的学校、家庭、社会三方面相互交流、协调的机会，但它背负了太多父母老师的殷切期望，以至于加重了学生的心理负担，增加了家长的心理压力，面目变得日渐可憎。那么，怎样才能将家长会开得更人性化些、更有成效些呢？

一、把家长会办成一个学生作品展示会请把孩子们一个学期以来的成绩展示出来，把家长会办成一个学生作品展示会。展示可分为三部分：第一展区展示学生的作业本、练习本、日记本等。平时家长只看到自己家孩子的本子，家长会的展示使家长可以看到全班孩子的本子，可以明确自己孩子还存在哪些问题，孩子的综合能力在班级处于什么位置。这对进一步加强家校联系、共同培养学生的良好行为习惯大有裨益。第二展区展示一个学期以来孩子们主办的每一期手报、黑板报的照片以及手工课的作品。可别小看了它！它可以培养孩子多方面的能力，如写字能力、绘画能力、搜集整理资料的能力、审美能力、团结协作能力等。看着浸满孩子们智慧和汗水的成果，家长们自会喜上眉梢。第三展区为孩子们的成功快乐袋。它可记载孩子们一个学期以来获得的点滴成功，以及老师的鼓励和家长的寄语。如能在班级走廊、教室里挂满孩子们一个学期的学习成果，家长们定会看得津津有味。

二、把家长会办成一个学生成果介绍会每一位家长几乎都经历过这样的家长会——它基本就是教师的“一言堂”，也不管家长是否喜欢听，更不理会所说的是否对今后的教育教学工作有用。其实，做法可更新颖些，在家长会中，可尝试由孩子们自己来总结班级各项活动，既培养锻炼了学生，又让受到“重用”的学生的家长颇自豪。如：把班级工作分成几大块，分别由分管的班干部汇报情况——班级日常工作由班长汇报，班级文体活动由体育委员汇报，班级的好人好事由纪律委员汇报，等等。最了解班级日常管理的就是这些学生。由来他们来汇报班级各项活动，肯定很受家长的欢迎和好评。一个学期下来．孩子们背诵了大量的优美古诗和散文，学到了各学科的丰富知识，可将它们编制成题，在家长会上，可让家长随意抽取题目和学生学号，让学生表演。这样，三方互动，更利于理解和沟通。还可让学生做小记者，针对班级的主要工作或存在的问题采访家长，让他们谈谈看法，以便工作更具针对性。

家长不认可你的教学方法，你会怎么办？

学生的成长是家庭、学校、社会等多方综合作用的结果，教师应与家长做好沟通和配合，使家校形成教育合力，共同促进学生的发展。家长不认同我的教学方法，我要积极主动地找到产生此问题的原因，寻求解决的办法，否则将会不利于学生的教育与成长，拓知教育做更好的教师培训。

首先，我会思考，家长不认同我的教学方法，是否因为由于我的教学方法确实存在问题。对此，我要从自身方面找原因，例如：积极更新教学理念，多向有丰富教学经验的老教师请教学习，并不断提高自己的理论知识素养，努力改进自己的教育教学方式，合肥市蜀山区环球金融广场B座7楼。
