五莲二中获2012年希望之星英语风采大赛最佳组织奖

在日前结束2012年中央电视台“希望之星”英语风采大赛中，五莲二中荣获日照市最佳组织奖，这是我县唯一获此殊荣的初中学校。早在2011下旬，根据市教育局《关于举办2012年中央电视台“希望之星”英语风采大赛日照赛区选拔赛的通知》的通知精神，我校进行了广泛的宣传发动。全校共有86名同学自愿报名参赛，于12月份进行了全校海选，最后有53人进入日照赛区复赛。在今年3月25号，“希望之星”英语风采大赛日照复赛（五莲赛区）中，全县6处初中108名选手参赛，共有24名同学晋级市级决赛，其中我校独占19人。4月15号，我校18名选手（贺舒宇因故退出比赛）参加了2012年“希望之星”英语风采大赛日照赛区决赛。本次决赛全市初中组共有77名选手进行了精彩激烈的角逐。最终我校朱正康、吴瑞、王梓赫、张海华、郑爽、许芮等6名同学进入全市20强，获得日照市一等奖。在参加省决赛的20名选手中，因为各方面原因，全市最终有7名同学于4月28号至5月1号代表日照市初中组参加了省决赛。他们出色的表现折服了大赛评委和专家，全部进入了全省前150名，我校朱正康、吴瑞、王梓赫获得了省决赛二等奖。我校李申边、张杰、李丽、葛风华、张黎莉和王安荣等六位老师获市优秀指导教师奖，郭宣兰、王英姿、徐永华、张善慧和徐礼博等五位老师获县优秀教师指导奖。

本次大赛经过层层筛选，众多参赛者中脱颖而出，充分体现了“培养兴趣、增强信心、展示风采、树立榜样”的目的，以及“成长比成绩更重要，体验比名次更珍贵”的大赛宗旨。通过组织、参与这次风采大赛，我们收获的不只是比赛的荣誉，还有参赛的经验、珍贵的友谊和不同寻常的成长经历，既开阔了眼界，也增长了见识，更为学生提供了一个展现自我、张扬个性、全面发展的平台。尤其我校选手无论在各级比赛中各显风采，或从容淡定，或慷慨激昂，或风趣幽默，他们流利运用英语的水平以及良好的心理素质，展现了我校英语教学改革的丰硕成果及二中学生的风采。

一、活动主题

“sdau希望之星”英语风采大赛

二、活动目的

为推进校园文化建设，丰富同学们的校园文化生活，更好地落实学校加强学风建设和文化建设的要求，调动广大同学学习的主动性、积极性和创新性，展现百年学府优秀学子的精神风貌，为英语爱好者搭建一个展现才华的舞台，外国语学院和食品学院共同承办“sdau希望之星”英语风采大赛。

三、活动宣传

在三个校区通过展板、海报、广播站、网络等方式进行广泛宣传和咨询。重点宣传活动的组织形式、内容和本次活动的特点，做到人人知晓，使感兴趣的同学都能参与其中，尽量扩大活动的参与度。

四、活动流程策划

（一）报名阶段：

1.学院推荐

每学院推荐选手3名（原则上要求有1名新生），各院选手名单于11月7日前发送到外国语学院社团管理委员会邮箱waiyuanshetuan@163.com。发送时须注明院系、选手姓名、联系方式，及该院此活动负责人的姓名及联系方式。

2.在三个校区同时进行海选（评选五十名选手进入初赛）

海选时间：11月6-7日

海选地点：本部、东校、南校三个校区

3、教师推荐：英语教师可以推荐优秀的学生参赛，老师需到文理大楼306领取并填写推荐表。

4、个人报名：同学可以自荐，自荐的同学需到文理大楼306填写报名表。

（二）初选

时间：11月9日

地点：校本部外国语学院团体辅导室

环节：自我介绍、现场朗诵，评委提问

说明：各位选手准备30秒的自我介绍，现场提前2分钟抽取朗读材料并做准备，评委根据选手的表现进行提问，每位选手所用时间限于2分钟；最终30名选手将进入培训阶段，名单另行通知。

（三）培训阶段

决赛之前，我们将邀请外语学院资深老师、外教和同学为30名选手进行集中培训，老师们将以他们丰富的教学经验、纯正的发音集中训练选手的舞台技巧、口语发音，使选手掌握演说的技巧，提高选手的表达能力，精确他们的发音，以更高的水平进入决赛，为我们奉献一场视听盛宴。

u 培训阶段一：定题考练

培训内容：由主办方确定一个演讲主题，各选手根据主题作一篇时长为3分钟的演讲稿，并进行练习。培训当日，选手进行现场演讲，由特邀评委老师统一打分并作点评。

时间：11月16日

地点：文理大楼20

4说明：

1.本阶段培训采取淘汰制，根据老师的打分情况淘汰得分较低的10名选手。选手得分由演讲稿质量和演讲水平两部分组成。

2.选手需提前2天将演讲稿以邮件形式发送到主办方的邮箱waiyuanshetuan@163.com,须注明个人信息。

u 培训阶段二：现场考练

培训内容：选手现场抽取演讲话题，并有10分钟准备时间，而后进行3分钟的即兴演讲。特邀评委老师对每位选手的表现进行有针对性的点评，以提高选手的演讲技巧。

时间：11月23日

地点：文理大楼204

说明：本阶段培训采取淘汰制，根据老师打分情况淘汰得分较低的10名选手。

u 培训阶段三：名师讲坛

培训内容：邀请外国语学院有多年教学经验、演讲比赛经历的老师、同学为选手进行关于演讲技巧、协作、口语发音和比赛流程等方面的培训。

时间：11月30日

地点：文理大楼20

4说明：本阶段旨在对各选手进行多方面的培训，不实行淘汰制。参加本阶段培训的10名选手将进入决赛。

（四）决赛

决赛时间：12月7日

决赛地点：本部5n报告厅

比赛内容：决赛分三个环节：初试身手——定题演讲；我心飞扬——才艺展示；沙场点兵——即兴演讲。

l 初试身手——定题演讲（30’）

各位选手根据主办方规定的主题准备一篇演讲稿。

要求：每位选手限时3分钟，可以适当的借助音乐、ppt等形式。

l 我心飞扬——才艺展示（30’）

选手自由发挥，进行才艺展示。可以选用电影配音、英文歌曲演绎、英语短剧等形式。

说明：

1、电影配音形式要求为：自选电影片段（中英文皆可），长度限定于3分钟。选手可以忠于原版台词，也可以稍加改动。选手可单独表演，也可以自己选择搭档（参赛选手除外）。

2、选手也可以自选其他的表演形式，但必须以英语为载体。

l 观众互动环节“我来出题你来猜”（5’）

主持人邀请台下观众参加互动,主持人在台上出题，台下观众回答问题，答对者有奖品赠送。

l 沙场点兵——即兴演讲（30’）

各位选手现场提前15分钟抽取演讲话题并做准备，而后进行即兴演讲。评委根据选手的表现进行提问。

要求：每位选手演讲限时1.5分钟，回答评委提问限时1分钟。

六、评分标准

1、评分要求

主题鲜明，中心突出，内容生动；语言要求：语言准确，发音清晰；有感情与气势；注意肢体语言；允许使用道具，但一次演讲仅限使用一次道具，使用道具过多将被酌情扣分。

2、评分方式

每轮前三名选手统一打分，第四名以后逐一打分，确保打分的公平公正性。

七、奖项设置

本次比赛设一等奖1名，二等奖3名，三等奖6名，优秀奖20名。
