第一篇：外语学院2012届论文工作计划

外语学院2012届本科生毕业论文工作计划

第一阶段：选题与定题（2011年9月28日至11月7日）

第二阶段：开题与写作（2011年11月14日至2012年3月16日）

2011年12月8日前填写完毕《本科毕业论文（设计）开题申请表》（应手写），之后进入论文写作阶段。2012年3月16日前学生完成毕业论文写作，提交指导教师进行修改。

学院将对《本科毕业论文（设计）开题申请表》等进行全面检查。

注：1）论文正文用外语撰写，总字数为7000字以上，或不得少于A4打印纸8页。2）论文的第一章为文献综述部分，字数不得少于1000字，所介绍的文献不得少于6种。3）论文应有300字以内的中、外文摘要各一份以及三个中、外文关键词。4）论文须有注释，注释采用脚注。注释序号用阿拉伯数字加圆圈标注，行文标注为上标。注释序号该页连续，全文不连续。5）论文字体为所学语种最常用的规范字体，使用相当于中文小四的字号，行距为1.25倍。每一语种应统一。6）指导记录表、指导教师成绩评定表、评阅教师成绩评定表、答辩成绩评定表、综合成绩评定表均应手写完成。7）论文正文的参考文献数量至少15篇（部）。

★论文封皮的“完成时间”应为完成指导之后。

第三阶段：论文审查、答辩与成绩评定（2012年3月26日～5月25日）

2012年3月26日前学院对所有的论文稿进行检查，并对部分论文实行匿名评审，对存在问题的论文限期修改。4月13日前完成论文的整体指导和评阅工作。4月16日～27日进行论文答辩，完成综合成绩的评定工作。5月25日之前完成问题论文的整改及延期答辩工作。

★指导教师修改过的论文初稿应于答辩前上交学院，统一保存。

★学校将对论文进行相似性检测和匿名评审。

第四阶段：评优与总结（2012年5月21日至6月17日）

2012年6月15日前完成毕业论文的装订存档工作。

-----外语学院2013年共青团工作计划

2013年外语学院共青团在学院党委和校团委的领导下，全面贯彻党的十八大精神，深入学习实践科学发展观，巩固党、团先进性教育成果，整合我外语学院学科优势，拓展创新意识，坚持发展理念，发扬服务精神，开展一系列开拓创新，服务师生的特色活动。特对2013年工作做如下计划：

一、思想教育

在原有思想政治教育工作基础上，百尺竿头、更进一步，形成以理论为指导，精神为基础，能力为实践的符合新时代要求的精神取向，最终实现“自我服务、自我管理 自我教育”的目标。

1.大力开展具有学院特色的思想政治教育工作，开展英语党、团组织生活。3月底，团委将整理以往优秀英文团会资料，开展主题英文团会照片展，为如何正确开展具有班级特色的团会予以指导。将英文团会的特色风采形成模式，在外语学院全团推广。5月下旬，通过开展党章知识竞赛，以全员学子参与的竞赛形式，号召广大学生积极向党组织靠拢，提高政治觉悟，发挥党员的先锋模范作用，坚持学生干部中的党员服务原则，积极发挥党员的先进模范作用。

2.加强与兄弟学校（学院）交流、合作，大力联合其他学校学院开展第二课堂主题教育、学科竞赛活动，进一步打造“外语之声”文化品牌、开展主题语言类竞赛、文艺巡演、革命传统实践等形式多样的活动，进一步深化与各校（各院）师生的友谊，整合各种资源，为

外语学院团员青年提供更宽广的实践平台和实践经历。

3．发挥志愿者精神，树立志愿者典型。本学期，青年志愿者协会将继续坚持每月敬老院活动，组织动员广大团员青年传播“感恩、敬老、爱老、护老”意识，在更广泛的范围宣传志愿者无私奉献精神。开展以专业为依托的爱心英语家教活动，努力将活动进社区、进媒体。发现和树立一批志愿者典型。

二、学风建设

在本学期，我们将开展切实可行的促进学风建设的活动，引导广大同学以良好的精神风貌取得优异的成绩，努力形成刻苦、勤奋、求实的学风。

1.利用团委各种宣传工具全方位、多层次地进行宣传发动，努力营造浓厚的“学风建设”氛围。本学期，以学科部为中心，积极开展如“化学实验进行时”等E+双专业活动，满足同学们对双专业的学习需求。此外，将联合团委其他部门严格执行外语学院课堂考勤工作，不定时抽查各班出勤率，并及时予以反馈。

2.利用外语学院专业优势，开展服务于全校同学的与英语相关的经验交流会，提高同学们学习英语的热情与兴趣，例如，每周二晚七点，英语角工作中心将于文科楼313开展“Starry Night English”星夜英语角活动，搭建语言沟通交流平台，锻炼英语口语能力。此外，开展一系列大学英语四六级经验交流会、专四专八交流会、团组织生活交流会、赴美带薪实习交流会等。

3.大力开展课外科技活动。以为省级比赛为龙头，在原有获得湖

北省挑战杯二等奖的基础上，整合各专业资源，形成新的团队参加全省、全国学术科技竞赛挑战杯（大挑），打造一批动手能力强、专业知识过硬、大赛经验丰富的师生队伍，进一步夯实第二课堂实践平台，形成有队伍、有制度、有资源的课外科技活动新格局。

三、品牌文化活动

通过丰富多彩的品牌文化活动，开展大学生素质拓展计划，满足同学的精神文化要求，不断增强学院的凝聚力，提高全院师生的身体与文化素质。

1.创建省级、校级“外语之声”品牌活动，发挥文科院系同学们的文艺特长，积极组织开展院内丰富多彩的文艺活动。鉴于校级“外语之声”品牌效应，四月中旬，学院团委将陆续开展第六届“外语之声”中外文歌唱大赛、“外语之声”英文话剧表演大赛、“外语之声”英文电影配音大赛。

2.组织动员全院团员青年参加学校体育活动。体育部将扬长避短，集中训练我院具有体育特长的男女生，建立院级排球、足球、篮球队等，参加春季举行的“羽翼杯”羽毛球赛、校级“飞扬杯”软式排球赛、男子足球赛等体育活动。力争女子篮球队在学校比赛中保“三”争“二”。

四．学生生活方面

本学期团委将对学生住宿和学生饮食方面加强调研力度，与校领导接待日密切对接，根据实际问题，建立健全信息沟通与反馈渠道。

1．加强宿舍卫生观念，提升宿舍文化品位，培养团结合作精神

营造温馨的家园氛围，以有利于同学们健康的生活和学习。坚持每月寝室卫生检查，对寝室的住宿和卫生进行综合考评。号召同学们在保证宿舍干净、整洁的前提下，改变单调的生活环境，于4月中旬，开展具有我院特色的双语寝室标语设计大赛，充分发展各宿舍的独特风采，营造积极向上、勤奋努力、互相帮助的文化氛围。此外，团委将组织各部门不定时进行大功率抽查，对违规用电行为进行坚决查处，保障同学们人身财产安全。

2.建立健全师生沟通反馈制度。通过和学校各职能部门负责人的交流，以及每月最后一个星期一校领导接待日，总结提炼学生意见向校领导接待日和学院、学校各职能部门负责人提出，成为学校各职能部门沟通学生的有力平台。

3.举办符合不同年级需要的、贴近同学生活的校园活动。充分利用本院女生数量大，才艺多的优势，举办展现女生风采的活动，开展一系列有关于女生的讲座。另外，4月下旬，女生部将举行“外语之声”第三届我爱记单词班级对抗赛，针对外院特点，将学习与娱乐结合起来，同时充分调动同学们记单词的积极性，增强班级凝聚力和集体荣誉感。在团委自身建设方面，以人文关怀为基础，以制度建设为基本点，全面落实绩效考核与干部考核制度，我们将于4月底对第十届外语学院团委成员进行民主考核与总结，并结合调研部关于团委工作调查问卷，反馈一年中工作中不足和亮点，表彰先进，使团委常规工作

常态化、重点工作责任化、专项工作突出化，从而指导下一届团委以后更好的开展活动、更好的服务同学。

总之，以上为我们外语学院共青团拟定的2013年工作计划，我们将继续坚持“奉献自我 实践成才”的工作理念，坚持“团结 严谨 活泼 创新”的工作原则，在未来一年的工作中，作为全院团员青年与学校之间的桥梁，作为师生间交流的纽带，为建设和谐外院、和谐工大做出应有的贡献。

外语学院学生会女生部2012年工作计划外语学院学生会是一个个性鲜明、团结友爱、奋发向上的和谐集体，而女生部，则是其中独具特色的一个分支。女生部的宗旨是关心女生、了解女生、爱护女生、服务女生。新的学期新的开始，学生会女生部本着认真负责，全心全意服务于学生的工作态度，在院团委的领导下开展各项活动，以期提高活动质量，增强班级团体的凝聚力，让广大师生更为关注女生的生活、学习、心理，培养自立、自强、奋进的新一代大学生。为此，本部特制定以下工作计划：

一、2012年学生会女生部干事招新

1.所需要求：认真负责，工作积极主动，活泼开朗，热情大方，真诚关心每一个同学，建立良好的同学关系，和老师有良好的沟通。

1.活动目的:关于女生保健.心理.情感.职场.礼仪等方面的系统性的宣传以及相关方面的报道,为了使广大女生认识到在生活方面应该注意的各种小细节, 不断完善自我。

2.活动主题:关于女生的心理.情感.职场.保健等方面的报道

3.活动方式：以月报的形式做出，每个月上旬出样报。每月由各班承办一期.在学院宣传栏展出，由学生会组织人员进行评审，优秀作品予以表彰奖励。

4.作品要求：内容积极向上，紧扣主题，形式不限。

六、开设女生信箱及意见收集反馈

为了更好的面向女生，服务女生，作好全院女生的思想工作，将开设女生信箱并定期发放调查问卷，用心倾听来自各方方面的意见，及时了解全院女生的思想动态及生活状态，妥善解决女同学在学习生活等方面遇到的困难和要求，协调女生思想工作，树立女生形象，代表女生利益。

七、日常活动

学院女生部日常活动主要为学院开展的“新生才艺展示”、“外语文化月”等一系列活动提供全面的支持，在做好自己本职工作的同时，与其他部门积极协调，配合，以求活动顺利开展。如在晚会筹办过程中做好演员的化妆工作及相关后勤保障工作，保证良好的舞台效果。积极参与迎新工作，运动会工作，组织同学参加学校举行各项活动，如征文比赛、游园活动等。

女生部全年工作计划大体如上，在这一学年里，女生部一定会做好女生部的本职工作，积极与其他各部配合。从自身出发，加强对本部干事的素质培养，锻炼他们独立工作的能力。同时结合我院实际，举办一些独具特色的活动，调动大家工作热情，丰富同学们的课余生活；同时还将积极认真地完成学院交给的各项任务。全心全意为广大师生服务，共建外语学院学生会的美好明天。

” 外语学院志愿者以是以倡导和推动爱心助人、奉献社会为宗旨，是外语学院对同学们进行思想政治和传统美德教育的重要途径。自从外语学院志愿者成立以来，在外语学院党支部的领导下，充分调动了外语学院志愿者服务的积极性，立足校园，走进社会，开展了一系列丰富多彩的活动。在2012年，依靠健全的组织建设，探索出一条培训、活动模式，取得了突出的成绩。

2012年4月28至5月2日外语学院志愿者服务队联合农夫山泉有限公司，在自贡市檀木林体育馆举行了以“水与生命”为主题的为自贡市大安区新民镇杰克森关爱中心募捐的义卖活动，活动中每卖出一瓶农夫山泉矿泉水就能为关爱中心募集一元善款，外语学院志愿者们不畏烈日暴晒，积极售卖，五天的时间共为关爱中心募集善款1130元。5月27日上午外语学院志愿者们将募集到得善款买成各种学习、体育、生活用品送到了杰克森关爱中心，将各种物资交到了关爱中心负责人手中，给关爱中心的孤儿带去了一份关爱与温暖。在捐赠活动中志愿者们主动与孩子们做游戏、叫他们唱歌跳舞，真正做到了与孩子们互动、沟通。志愿者们的真诚与热情受到了孩子们的热烈欢迎，杰克森关爱中心负责人以及农夫山泉公司都对外语学院志愿者的奉献精神给予了高度的评价，展现外语学子良好的精神风貌。

本次活动不仅增强了大学生志愿者们的社会责任感，也为志愿者们了解社会，接触社会，打下了坚实的基础，让大学生志愿者们学会了回报社会，关爱弱势群体。

经过积极参与前期的充分准备，外语学院志愿者也进行了“小脚印，爱随行”，前往杰克森关爱中心的活动。由于本次活动志愿者活动志愿者报名积极，短短一周内报名参与这次活动的志愿者就多达一百多名，最后我们挑选了四十五名同学参与本次活动，剩下的同学在以后的周末将陆续前往杰克森关爱中心对小朋友们的学习进行学习辅导，本次志愿者活动将是一个长期的帮扶活动。志愿者为孩子们表演了精心准备的歌舞节目以及与孩子们互动玩游戏，我们无不为他（她）们天真温暖的笑脸所感动。由于这些孩子们几乎都是小学生与中学生，所以我们也为他（她）们带来了学习用具，为他（她）们辅导功课。听着他（她）们那一句句谢谢，我们无不为他（她）们的素质与涵养感到尊重。志愿者也询问杰克森关爱中心的院长孩子们的需求，希望能够尽我们最大的努力来帮助这些优秀的孩子。在短暂的三个小时的活动中，志愿者与孩子们建立了深厚的友谊，从依依惜别的眼神中，我们明白我们应该给他（她）们更多的关心。

在今年，我们的志愿者还去了老年大学，和老年大学的老人 们进行了交流和互动。这次的活动活动形式各种各样，有朗诵，外语歌曲，拳术表演，舞蹈，服装秀等。其中双语朗诵诗歌，木 兰剑表演，小提琴演奏，英语歌演唱等都极具特色，展示出年轻 人与老人们的风采，深受大家的喜爱。活动最后大家一起欢快地 跳起锅庄，增进了友谊，促进了交流。活动结束后老人们很开心，也感受到了年轻人的活力与朝气，学习到了各种各样的知识。丰 富了自己的生活。志愿者们感受到了老者们的活到老学到老的 精神，为我们今后的学习生活带来了动力，激励我们努力学习。我们也从中丰富了自己的学习生活，学到了知识，开阔了自己的 视野。

回首过去的工作，我们外语学院志愿者活动取得了喜人的成绩，从中，我们学到了很多的知识也积累了很多的经验，我们也有一些体会：

1.树立品牌意识，加大宣传力度，扩大志愿者的社会影响，争取更多的社会响应；

2．积极争取外语学院党支部的支持是志愿者活动持续开展的保证。我们外语学院志愿者活动自开展以来，得到了学院党委和行政的大力支持和关心，他们多次参与志愿者行动为我们活动的顺利开展提供了坚实的基础；

4．健全机制，永葆志愿者活动的旺盛生命力；

5．加强宣传力度，形成全社会都来关注志愿者行动的良好氛围；

6．逐步总结经验，逐步完善活动机制，积极借鉴先进的工作经验和管理方法，不断推动我们的工作；

在今后的工作中，我校青年志愿者活动将继续坚持服务他人，锻炼自己的宗旨，继续本着脚踏实地，勤奋创新的态度，“以青春扬激情，以奉献促和谐”，谱写青年志愿者行动的新篇章!
