我特别喜欢看漫画，因为它里面的内容幽默风趣，常常使我捧腹大笑。但当我看到这一幅图时，却陷入了沉思……

漫画书上画着：烈日炎炎的中午，在学校教学楼的门口石凳上，一位父亲左手撑着太阳伞，为孩子遮挡着阳光；右手拿着扇子，给孩子在拼命地扇着风，全然不顾自己满头大汗，旁边的母亲则拿着饭碗一口一口地喂着这个将近十多岁的'孩子吃饭。画面上还附上母亲唠叨的一行字，写着：“宝贝，多吃点，别累着！等会考试加油！”而面临考试的孩子却事不关己一样，边吃着饭，边拿着智能手机在玩着，全然不顾在旁边为自己担忧的父母。

看完图后，我猜想这只是一对普通的父母对子女爱罢了。但望着那位父亲头上如雨下的汗，又望着那孩子不屑一顾的样子时，我不禁疑问：这只是爱吗？没错，这的确看似爱，但是，这不是真正的爱，这是溺爱。溺爱只会把孩子变得懒惰，只知道享福而不会做自己的事；只会把孩子变得不懂得感恩；只会把孩子变成一个“小皇帝”“小公主”！

在我认为，如果家长真关心我们，请让我们学会独立，让我们自己去经历些大风大浪，因为你们伴得了我们一时，可伴不了我们一世啊！我们总有一天要从温室走向社会，总会成为社会的一分子，到那时，做什么事都只能靠自己，不能依赖别人，更不能依赖你们。如今，你们为我们挡住了大大小小的风雨，以后走进社会让我们该如何是好呢？所以，请让我们学会独立吧！独立，真的很重要！

“望子成龙，望女成凤。”这是图片上的爸妈的想法，也是所有父母的心声，但千万别把您们的“希望”变成我们“纵容”的借口，这样只会让我们永远学不会自己走路！

首先我想反映一个很多很多大学生都会遇到的问题。请问各位是不是有个这样子的经验：回到宿舍就打开电脑，登陆QQ，到农村里偷菜，偷完之后，却不知道干什么好？游戏已经玩腻了；电影也看遍了，就在农场与QQ徘徊着，突然间发现已经到了12点了，然后就开始抱怨：我又浪费了一天的时间了。

我们不但颓废，还自欺欺人。每一个晚上，我们都在告诉自己明天一定要把作业完成；每一个星期一，我们都在告诉自己到周末的时候一定要把没有听好的课程补回来。太虚假了。

我们为什么想要点亮心中的色彩就是因为我们每天都在向往丰富多彩的生活，却每天只能停留在游戏与温床之中。

怎样才能告别颓废，点亮心中的色彩？我为大家带来3条偏方。

1.执着、专一。沉迷玩乐的我们为什么觉得颓废了？那是因为付出了得不到收获。男生喜欢玩游戏，但有没有想过在游戏里也能有所收获，例如通过网游合法挣钱。有人说这个难度好高，但是只要我们坚持只玩一个游戏就有希望了。游戏代练公司的员工薪水高达5000一个月。

我们可以把这当成做兼职一样，当别人在送外卖，我们在玩游戏，别人领工资，我们在到ATm里取钱。不过这方法要求很高，要有好的自制能力。

而对于多愁善感的女生来说，她们最喜欢的就是看电影，小说，然后写日记。我有一位朋友在暑假里，无聊或者大有感触的时候就写博文。她就是专心写博客，意外地拿了东莞阳光网举办的博客比赛的全市1等奖。总之，坚持自己的兴趣是不会有错的，而能够在付出的时候能得到收获那才叫做点亮心中的色彩。

但必须声明，知识是所有东西的基础。兴趣可以去追求，但不能放弃学习。

2.勇敢，大胆。大家想一想，毕业后，我们都必须出去不同的单位竞争工作。没有人能够一辈子都顺顺利利，失败是所有人的必经之路。好东西是不会等我们的，好东西都是自己去竞争的。只要不去做违法的事情，不做对不起别人的事情，就不怕别人笑，不怕别人说，在好的事物面前就是不能放弃。

不得不一提一位网络红人“凤姐”。其实，我们每一位都必须要向凤姐学习。正所谓“信凤姐，得自信”。虽然在网上很多人都抨击凤姐，笑她。但有没有人想过，我们凭什么笑凤姐呢？一个到了适婚年龄的女生在网上征婚有问题吗？她征婚严格，不行吗？（每一个女生都会向找一个好对象啦）她自认自己漂亮聪明，不行吗？（难度我们就没有赞扬过自己吗？）。

当别人在自己面前拿奖的'时候或者得到表扬的时候，我们都有着对着同桌说“其实这个很简单，我也会”或者“其实，我可以做得比他更好”的经历。但是为什么上台领奖的哪一个人偏偏总是不是我呢？很简单，我们怕，我们缺乏胆量，并且我们还自认为是地想着“让那些面皮厚的人抢风头吧”。但是好东西一去不复返，从不等人。

无疑，大胆地做一件事能够点亮我们心中的色彩。

3.有比较才知道自己的光彩够不够明亮。如果说跟比自己优秀的人作比较的太难了，那么就跟自己讨厌的人比较吧，让自己讨厌的人妒忌自己。这样子说，我相信所有的人都更有动力。据调查，86.37%的人是不愿意在自己讨厌的人面前认输的。我们都不是圣人，有自己讨厌的人也合情合理。在自己讨厌的人面前争一口气，让他为我鼓掌，不是卑鄙的事情。不过也得注意，我们不能够满足一次的成就，野心要大一点，永远站在他前面。矛盾相方不停地交击，才能产生强烈的火花，点亮我们的色彩。美国把他们爆炸研究的工作人员与装甲防护的研究人员调在一起工作，一矛一盾，相方的合作成就美国军事的地位。把自己讨厌的人看做对手，他进步的时候，我们也要努力；他放松的时候，我们就努力抛开距离。这样子说，总比让我们跟那些优异、拔萃的人作比较要容易。

我是来自XX新闻综合频率的杨XX，很高兴能够参加今天的关于”美化环境、清洁家园、告别陋习“的演讲会，我的演讲题目是：”XX是我家，美化环境靠大家“。

这个题目本是我们广播中关于宣传创卫的一句广告词，不过我更希望它不只是一句广告词，而是我们在XX的每一位朋友时刻铭记在心的责任。

其实XX并不是我家，还没有来的时候，只知道这里是一个工业城市，心中还有点担心：自己会不会不喜欢这里。但来到XX还不到一个月的我却希望把这里当做家的愿望能够实现，因为在踏上这个城市的热土时我就喜欢上了这个城市。满眼望去，一片绿色的世界，还有很多不知明的小花点缀其间；清早的风没有很热，只感觉很怡人；还有长江那不停歇的脚步，会让你感觉应该赶快生活；抬头一看，蓝蓝的天空，当时感觉特别奇怪，就问我们的司机师傅：”这里不是一个工业城市吗？怎么感觉不到一点被污染的迹象，而且还有这么蓝的天？“他就给我说，这里以前是曾经有过不好的`环境，不过那都已经是历史了，现在政府很重视城市的环境建设，当时感觉心中的不安终于被打消了，很欣慰。不经意间还看到路两旁的牌子上没有像其它城市那样全是广告，而是都是创卫的宣传牌。

今天站在这个台子上和大家分享自己的感受，是因为我真的希望能够为我们的双创做一点力所能及的事情。也希望所有的朋友都是这样想的。

可能有很多朋友，以前不是这里的人，最后在这里安家，我想唯一的原因就是你喜欢这个城市，如果一个城市一片狼籍，谁也不会喜欢留在这里，更不用谈这个城市的发展了。因此”双创“不仅对城市的发展很重要，对于我们自己更重要。因为我们都希望我们生活的地方是一个美丽的地方，但营造这样一个美丽的家园，并不是一蹴而就的事情，是要靠我们每一个人的努力。所以我提倡：XX是我家，美化环境靠大家！

虽然我们的城市已经很漂亮，但是想一想你自己有没有做一些自己力所能及的事情呢？有没有曾经有过不好的习惯呢？或许有人认为，”双创“是营造大环境，要绘宏图、创大业，要大手笔、大动作，自己的一点点小小的贡献或小小的陋习又能有什么影响呢？那你有没有听说过”团结就是力量“，有没有听说过”千里之堤，溃于蚁穴“呢？这些道理我想是没有必要来说的，因为我们每一个人都知道的，但是知道不一定能做到，知道不一定会去做，为什么呢？

回想一下自己身边的小事情，比如：在洁净的街道上，突然飘来一片纸屑，一个塑料带，您会主动的把它拣起来吗？当您漫步在公园、广场，会自觉的把吃剩的果皮扔进垃圾箱吗？当您在为孩子讲着爱护环境，人人有责的时候，是否自己也在躬身力行？是不是曾经有过随手把吃冰棍的包装袋扔在路上，有没有随地吐痰？这些都是小事情，如果我们每一个人能够把小事情做好，那么大事情也就完成了。

曾经发生过这样的一件事情，铭刻在我的记忆中，时刻在鞭策着我的言行，前几天，我在回家时，走在大街上，路过一个垃圾箱的时候，看到垃圾箱外边有一个空饮料瓶，我当时没在意，继续往前走，稚嫩的声音如同六月的惊雷划破了长空，在我耳旁惊响：”妈妈，这个饮料瓶要扔到垃圾箱里，老师说我们正在创建卫生城市“——我惊奇地转过身，看到一个天真无邪小女孩把刚才的那个饮料瓶放进了垃圾箱，当看到孩子的小手正拿着瓶子扔进垃圾箱的时候，当孩子的母亲一边露出对孩子赞赏的目光一边向我透出歉意微笑的时候，我的脸红了，我被小女孩的行为深深的打动了，也为自己的行为感到深深的自责！小女孩的行为向我们诠释了一个讲了不知多少遍，却都从来没有认真去实践的言论，那就是爱护环境卫生，从我做起！从现在做起，我们能做的第一件小事就是在走的时候的会场也是干干净净的。

敬爱的老师，亲爱的同学：

光阴似箭，转眼间小学六年的生活就结束了。

站在学校的小路上，望着学校的一花一草一木，触摸着那雪白的墙壁、崭新的课桌，入了我的眼帘。

“怎样办?都不会做呀……抄不抄?不能抄!这不是我的真实成绩，可是我的颜面何存呀……抄吧!”我咬咬牙，将语文书从抽屉里抽出一点，轻轻地、快速地翻到答案，左望望右望望，才将答案快速地抄在试卷上。

过了几天，试卷发下来了，我得了全班最高分，教师微笑着对我说：“继续努力，加油!”同学们纷纷向我投来羡慕的目光，并为我鼓掌，但我并不欢乐，反而十分后悔当时我那可耻的作弊行为。

我一向看着那张得“第一”的试卷，心里面就像两个人在打架，好难受呀，头都要炸开来了。

“怎样办?要不要告诉教师?……不要!如果他们明白了，将会怎样看我，可是，这不是我的真实成绩呀!对其他人也不公平……好吧，走!”

我拿起试卷向办公室走去，向教师说明了事情真相，教师狠狠地批评了我。虽然我眼里的泪珠越滚越大，但我心里并不后悔：最终扔掉了一个重重的包袱!

教师又对我说：“作弊是不对的，可是难能可贵的是你能知错就改，主动承认错误，这说明了你是一个好学生，以后好好学习吧，相信你能取得比这次更好的成绩!”

这时，我再也忍不住了，泪珠像断了线的珠子似的不停的往下掉，一向掉到了我的.心里……还记得当初的我还是一个不懂事的小女孩，一时兴起，独自一人在学校里闲逛，以致找不着班级，最终还是教师与同学将我带了回去。

还记得上美术课的时候，我竟把一只鸟画成了一只鸭，还硬说成是鸟，真的好傻呀!

还记得上体育课时，一位同学不细心摔倒了，大家都围过去问问有没有怎样，要不要上医务室……处处都是团结的景象。好怀念那时的日子啊!

还记得……

当我是一个被石头挤压的幼芽时，是教师用您那温暖的手为我轻轻扒开那些石头，同学们把我扶正了腰肢；当我缺乏养料时，是教师为我细心施肥，同学们为我送来甘露；当我在你们的精心呵护之下，开出鲜艳的花朵时，是你们为我骄傲，为我鼓掌!多谢你们!

三年级的运动会，我参加了接力比赛，当我跑时，我左顾右盼，生怕我落在别人后面。这时，我耳边响起了老师和同学们的加油声。我拼尽了所有的力气向前跑，虽然不是第一名，但我还是十分高兴。

六年级了，大家都考上了自己理想的初中，我也一样。老师们为我们感到高兴、欣慰。在这背后，除了大家的努力，也少不了学校和老师对我们的付出!

今天，我们怀着惜别的心情在这里相聚，为党委副书记、纪委书记、工会主席光荣退休举行隆重的欢送仪式。首先，请允许我代表浙江油田公司党委、行政和全体干部员工，为浙江油田的发展所作出的贡献表示衷心地感谢！

x是拥有四十一年革命工作历程的老同志、老领导，十一年奉献在革命军营，三十年贡献于石油事业。在为油奋斗的三十年中，x先后担任过组织科科长、人教科科长、党委委员、党委副书记、纪委书记、工会主席等要职。多年来始终与企业同呼吸共命运，风雨同舟，勤勤恳恳，任劳任怨，忘我工作，把自己的青春和力量无私地奉献给了石油事业。

x是我们这个领导班子里的表率，长期从事人事劳资工作，他有一个显著的特点，那就是“问不倒”，因为他善于钻研、博闻强记，把政策理论装在脑子里，敬业爱岗、胸怀全局，把上千名干部员工的情况装在心里，这是一个敬业者多年不懈追求才能积淀的功底和厚度。九十代后期，他主持了多次人事劳资制度改革，参与了两次重大重组，充分发挥了自身的职业优势，准确把握政策，精心组织实施，确保顺利推进，为企业的改革和发展作出了突出的贡献。

特别是走上公司领导岗位以后，x桂欣同志展示出了优秀的组织协调能力和用人智慧，善于调动群众力量，敢于起用年轻人才，一步一步把公司党建、纪检监察、工会等工作推上新台阶。在担任公司纪委书记期间，贯彻落实中央、中纪委和集团公司有关部署，围绕中心、服务大局、以身作则、廉洁自律，在建立健全公司惩治和预防腐败体系，加强领导干部及要害岗位人员的教育监督，培育廉洁文化、效能监察和纪检监察队伍自身建设等方面，做了大量扎扎实实、艰苦细致的工作，推动了浙江油田公司党风建设和反腐倡廉工作的不断加强。

x桂欣同志尤其是在大是大非面前，他坚持原则，廉洁勤勉，以诚待人，以情动人，敢于直面各种复杂困难局面，展示出了一个老x员坚定的信念和宽阔的胸怀。在他身上，我们可以看到顾全大局、一心为公的职业操守，熟悉政策、精通业务的职业水准，明辨是非、处事公正的职业素养。

在公司领导班子里他是老大哥，在一起共事的日子里，给大家留下了深刻的印象：他胸怀坦荡、团结同志、谦虚谨慎、稳重淳厚，长年坚持学习，善于观察和接受新鲜事物，具有很强的逻辑分析和思辨能力，能抓住事情的关键所在，求同存异，协调各方，化解问题的主要矛盾。作为分管党群系统的公司领导，x对公司的油气发展也始终给予的.关切，坚持每天查看生产日报，经常关心油区生产状况，对油气生产情况的了解甚至不亚于专业人员。可以说，x是公司里一位有素养、有责任、有能力、有特长的优秀领导干部，为我们树立了好榜样，值得我们所有干部员工尊敬和学习。

人们常说，童年是一幅画，少年是一个梦，青年是一首诗，中年是一篇散文，老年是一部哲学。人到老年，虽然不再拥有童年的笑脸和青春的浪漫，但却对生活有了更多更深厚的感悟和理解，胸怀开始变得像大海一样，装得下四海风云，拥有了大智大慧。

现在，x就要退休、步入哲人的行列了。我们真心祝愿x在退休后，有所学、有所乐，好好享受轻松愉快的生活。

“莫道桑榆晚，为霞尚满天”，我们真心希望一如继往地关心和指导浙江油田公司的工作，继续为浙江油田的发展出谋划策、作出贡献。同时，也真诚欢迎经常回来看看我们这些老同事、老朋友，同谋发展、共叙旧情！

大家好！今天，我站在这里，代表全体初三毕业生向我们的母校道别，向×三中的老师们道别，向朝夕相处的同窗们道别，也向这段不能忘怀的岁月道别！让我们真诚的向老师们说一声：谢谢，向学弟、学妹们道声：努力！ 此时此刻，我的心情无比激动，即有毕业的喜悦，也有掩不住无限的回忆与留恋。三年的学习时光，弹指一挥间，但很多记忆将成为我们生命中最为珍重的收藏：葳蕤的杨树，宽阔的操场，如画的长廊，明亮的教室。我们一定还记得刚入校时你我所立的雄心壮志，一定还记得在教室、图书馆和实验室中你我孜孜不倦学习、研究的身影，一定还记得老师的谆谆教诲和习题获得突破时你我那种发自内心的喜悦，一定还记得在运动场上你我生龙活虎的锻炼场景，太多太多的情景值得我们去回忆。这三年的路，我们走的辛苦而快乐，三年的生活，我们过的充实而美丽，我们流过眼泪，却伴着欢笑，我们踏着荆棘，却嗅得万里花香。

三年的初中生活，使我们从一个不懂事儿童，成为了一名踌躇满志的青少年；从不敢离开父母的怀抱，到不怕坚险，勇于拼搏。三年来，一千零五十多个日日夜夜，母校不懈地用知识武装我。现在，我们不仅学会了语文、数学，而且学会了物理和化学，不仅提笔能写文章，而且知道了分子和原子及各种知识。最重要的一点在于，使我更清楚地知道怎么爱中国、爱社会主义，维护世界和平。这是学校教育的结果，这是老师们心血的结晶。

在这毕业之际，我感谢美丽的母校，给了我知识的琼浆、智慧的力量和做人的道理；感谢敬爱的老师们那谆谆教诲和无私的关爱，您对我们的恩情比山还高，比海还深。

尊敬的各位老师，亲爱的各位同学：

大家早上好！

今天我演讲的题目是“告别陋习，走向文明。”

法国作家左拉说过这样一句话“世界上没有比习惯更专制的了。”一个好的习惯能让生命更辉煌，一个坏的习惯却能毁灭美好的生命，所以我们应告别陋习，走向文明。蝼蚁虽小，但可溃千里长堤，陋习虽小，但可毁人的一生。你们也许认为我这样说很夸张，也许这点错误改不改无所谓，但是恰好是同学们的这些想法，各种陋习在我们的校园中屡禁不绝。

同学们：我国自古以来就是一个文明古国，文明的理念是我们中华民族灿烂文化的核心。我们从小接受文明礼仪的教育，很多同学都可以滔滔不绝，大谈文明礼仪，可是看见校园内随处丢弃的纸屑垃圾，听着某些同学口中吐出的脏话，怎能不叫人痛心疾首呢！难道我们都是“语言的巨人，行动的矮子”吗？明代大学者王守仁说：“知是行的主意，行是知的付出，知是行之始，行是知之成，知和行是一个本体，知而不行，只是未知。所以应‘知行合一’。”我们接受文明礼仪的教育，而自己却吝于履行，甚至反其道而行，违背了我们的传统美德。

告别陋习，走向文明，我们每个人都应该做公民的倡导者，倡导大家共同携手，积极参与。以积极的态度从现在做起；我们每个人都应该做公民道德的践行者，文化素质的提高是一个点滴积累、潜移默化的过程，我们可以通过宣传文明条约来践行职责；我们每个人都应该做公民道德的楷模，坚决抵制一切不文明行为，做一个文明的中学生。

有位记者访问一个获得诺贝尔奖的科学家：“教授，您人生中最重要的东西是在哪学到的呢？”——“在幼儿园，在那里，我学到了令我受益终生的东西。比如说：有好东西与朋友分享、谦让、宽容......”我们每个人完善自己的文明修养也一样，并非一定要有什么了不起的举措，而是从身边小事做起，养成文明的习惯，是文明贯穿我们的`一举一动。

在我们的校园生活中存在着许多陋习，例如：乱丢乱扔垃圾、随地吐痰、在课堂上大声喧哗、不遵守课堂纪律等等行为不仅污染了公共环境，破坏了我们美丽的校园，损害了学校的形象，而且不利于我们健康的成长。

陋习是毒药，染黑你鲜红的心脏；文明是仙草，使你重见光明；陋习是利剑，刺穿你脆弱的心灵；文明是强力胶，将你破碎

的心灵粘合；陋习可以使华丽的外表变得暗淡；文明可以使平凡的人生变得伟大。同学们，让我们携手并肩，以心灵赢得心灵，以人格塑造人格，以行动改造行动，使自己成为真的种子，善的信使，爱的化身，美的极致。让我们从身边的事情做起，从一点一滴做起，从现在做起。告别陋习走向文明。

尊敬的老师、同学们：

大家好!

六年的光阴如流水般逝去，想挽回那六年的时光，可是已经晚了。我多么想对我的母校说：“教师，同学们，我多么得不想离开你们啊!是教师，把丰富的学识交给我，是同学，让我懂得了珍惜!”我从稚嫩的小女孩成长为一个充满学识的女生。

我们的语文教师是女的，乌黑的秀发下头嵌着一双小小的眼睛，那双眼睛里面充满着智慧之光。

记得那是一个乌云密布的早晨，我照例早早的来到学校。“叮铃铃”上课铃响了，语文教师微笑着说：“请同学们翻开练习册。”我细心翼翼的翻开崭新的书本，像保护珠宝似的保护着他们，生怕把它们的“衣服”弄得皱巴巴的。

当教师正在声情并茂的评讲练习册时，“轰隆隆”一阵雷声传来，顿时吸引了同学们的注意，当然我也被着阵阵雷声吸引了，这是、时教师突然向我们提问了：“请哪位穿粉红色外套的小朋友来回答这道题。”我心想：粉红色外套的?我巡视了一周，可是没有看到穿粉红色外套的小女孩。

我顿时反应过来，我不就是那位穿粉红色外套的小女孩吗?怎样办?教师讲哪道题了?我顿时茫然无措。僵硬的站起来，我的同桌小声的对我说：“讲到第一小题了!”我硬生生的挤出几个字：“吵闹的吵是口字旁的吵，闹是门字框的闹。”“唰”的一下我的脸红了，红得像一个熟透了的大苹果。我抬起头，望着教师的眼睛，从她的眼睛里我看到了鼓励的目光，好似在说：“孩子加油，要对自我有信心，相信你能做到最好!”

这目光好似一股暖流流到了我的心田，让我上课进取发言，让我找回我的`自信，让我的成绩从此突飞猛进。

如今，我要和朝夕相处，陪伴我六年的教师分离了，心中有种种的不舍，可是那又怎样，人总是要成长的，我们不能一向在童年的时光里徘徊，而是要进取的去应对未来的挑战，人生的道路上，总是充满离别，在未来的日子里，我永远不会忘记她那温暖的目光，这个目光会一向激励着我，让我成长。

告别母校，告别教师，告别挚友。让我们一齐告别童年吧!只要我们在成长，那么就不会脸红，不会害臊。让挫折与坎坷成为我们人生之路的转折点，我们成长的考验。错误和抉择能够为自我内心增添更多的勇气，让我们敢于挑战。
