每个人都喜欢听好话，嘴上抹蜜的人比起那些不擅长表达的人，好像总是要多那么几个朋友。但是聪明的你们，当你看一个朋友对你是不是真心的时候，一定要好好想想她对你做过些什么，而不是她对你说了些什么。即使是在言语上伤害过你的友人，如果在你最需要帮助的时候帮助过你，为你挺身而出过，都是值得你信赖的朋友，要珍惜。

当你遇到另一种情况，那就是朋友已经伤害了你，你是否应该原谅她。

虽然，从小我们被教育宽容是一种美德。但是，你一定要在心里给自己设定一个底线。如果不触碰，一切都好说，如果触碰了，你就要认真地考虑一下，你们之间的朋友关系到底应该继续还是结束。其实，你不一定要费尽心思去守护一份友情的。你想想，如果大家都说她不好，你非要说她好，就等于你告诉她，就算她做了任何伤害，你都是可以接受的，也是可以被宽容的。

如果在很久之后，你想起她对你的伤害，你还是觉得不能原谅，你也完全不必原谅她。但是，你一定要放下，不要去打听关于她的一切。因为她无论是好上天还是坏到底都跟你没有任何关系了。各走各的路，无需嫉妒，更不必悔恨。

昨晚我失眠了，但不是应为爱情，却是应为友情，我想起过去的，现在的朋友们，一幕幕在我脑海中萦绕，历历在目。

中学时我得了一种病，一种无人能治的病，我也不知道到为什么，我抬着优美的唐诗宋词，毫不夸张的说，我看了25遍，读了25遍，可我还是默写不出来了，这让我很苦恼，

有时候我想干脆背250遍，让自己变成250得了！可我又很懒，因此，每当同学们在用功的背书时，我却爬在书桌上发呆。越来越失落，

可上天好像不喜欢我做250，他派来了一个天使，一天，我正趴着桌子发呆，我同桌就拉着嗓子在我旁边高声背书，一遍，两遍三遍，我发现我记得他的语调，很久后我还能记住，然后，我跟他就做一笔了交易，只要他背书时在我旁边大声读出来，我为他练书法作业，为了不让老师发现，我练我自己的用右手，练他的就用左手。

有一天，我突然发现，同一首古诗，他自己还背不下来时，我已经会背了，我开始有些骄傲了，我就向他炫耀，他也很不服气，在一个早自习，我们就找了一首还没预习的古诗开始赌，赌注是一记耳光，我记得当时我们选的是李白的《赠汪伦》：他开始了

李白乘舟将欲行，

忽闻岸上踏歌声。

桃花潭水深千尺，

不及汪伦送我情

一遍两遍三遍四遍，

但他背第五遍的时候我已能经默写下了，可他还没来得及反应我一给了他两记耳光，这一幕让老师和其他的小伙伴都惊呆了、他的脸顿时就留下五个大x，可他没哭，

后来，我就跟垃圾筒相依为命了好几个月，可有一天，老师和蔼的说；“田勇回来跟原来的同桌坐吧！”我只好厚着脸皮诚惶诚恐地回原来的`座位，之后的日子我们谁都没在提那事儿，然而我们关系比以前更好了......

直到毕业的那天晚上，我从同学羡慕的口中得知，是他向老师要求我回跟他同桌的，当时我感动的不行了，我就问他，他却给我讲了一个故事：传说，在阿拉伯，有两个朋友在沙漠中旅行，某天他们吵架了，一个还给了另外一个一记耳光。被打的觉得受辱，一言不语，在沙子上写下：“今天我的好朋友打了我一巴掌。”然后他们继续往前走。就这样一直走出了沙漠，他们决定停下休息，被打巴掌的那位口渴了，就去河边喝水，结果不小心滑进了水里差点淹死，幸好朋友及时赶到，把他救起来了。被救起后，他拿了一把小剑在石头上刻了：“今天我的好朋友救了我一命。”一旁好奇的朋友问说：为什么我打了你以后，你要写在沙子上，而现在要刻在石头上呢？另一个笑笑地回答说：当被一个朋友伤害时，要写在易忘的地方，风会负责抹去它；相反的如果被帮助，我们要把它刻在心里的深处，那里任何风都不能抹灭它。朋友的相互伤害往往是无心的，帮助却是真心的，忘记那些无心的伤害；铭记那些对你真心帮助，你会发现这世上你有很多真心的朋友。

相信大家都有点好奇台上这个人是谁，对吗?那我简单的做下自我介绍。我是来自成都中医药大学的曾慧，曾是曾国藩的曾，慧是智慧的慧，我名字的含义是希望大家从认识曾慧这一刻起，能拥有一个幸福生活，智慧人生!

那接下来我想请问下在座的各位，你现在是否还记得儿时的玩伴，记得你们曾一起上学放学，一起赶作业的场景;你是否还记得初中的好友，记得你们曾一起打篮球，一起讨论明星八卦的场景;你是否还记得高中的好友，记得你们曾一起挑灯夜战，备战高考的场景?你是否还记得那些只有你们彼此才知道的笑话和典故，你是否还记得那些你们曾暗恋过的人，你是否还记得属于你们各自的绰号(石头，溜溜，包子，班花，土豆。。。。)

相信大家或多或少都会想起那么几个熟悉的面孔，难忘的场景。而我想起了我初中的好朋友小华，我想起了初二那年冬天，我们的手都生了冻疮，我的手烂的很厉害，当时所有手指都烂了，不停地流黄水，而她的也只比我好点点，但她还是主动地帮我拎毛巾，给我洗头，帮我洗衣服;我还记得初三那年中秋节的前一天晚上，由于我考试没考好，心情很低落，她和另外3个室友就一起来安慰我，当时已经熄灯了，为了不打扰其他同学休息，我们就躲到顶楼的楼梯上去聊天，刚开始是她们在安慰我，大家都说了一些平时都不会给别人讲的心里话，后来不知道怎么的就谈到了各自家里的心酸事，我们越讲越伤心，最后大家就抱成一团哭得一塌糊涂，我清楚的记得那一晚的月亮很圆，而我们的泪很涩很重;我还记得我俩曾为了一道数学题争得面红耳赤，还有我们曾一起表演《大话西游》，还有她曾给我写了很多信，其中有句话至今仍让我感动不已，她在信中写道：“这个世界上有很多人都在关注你飞的高不高，却很少有人关心你飞的累不累，你要记住在这个大大的宇宙里的小小的地球上的一个小小的角落里有个小小的我，永远都会默默地关心你、支持你!”

如今，那些信我依然珍藏着，那份情也仍旧在我心中不曾离去，但由于时间和距离，加上各自不同的生活轨迹，我们间的共同话题越来越少了，联系也越来越少了，只有在节假日的时候会送上几条群发的祝福短信，偶尔在qq上碰见，很多时候都只剩下简单的：最近好吗?嗯，还好。你呢?也还好。然后，然后就没有下文了。

讲到这里，相信很多朋友都有和我类似的经历和感觉，我们终究无法逃脱时间和距离的魔咒，那些曾经陪我们哭过笑过的好友、同学都慢慢地渐行渐远，而我们却仿佛无能为力。但虽然离开了，还是感谢;虽然陌生了，却还是想念。

亲爱的朋友们，珍惜身边的每一份友情吧，无论它是不是已经过去，无论它会不会有将来，也许不会天长地久，也许会淡忘，也许会疏远，但却从来都不应该被遗忘!

铃铃铃，我无奈的张开了那困乏的双眼，迎接新的一天。一束束晨光透过玻璃倾泻下来，又是新的一天，天气真好，我开始了考前最活一天的复习。

窗外的小鸟叽叽喳喳的叫着，无忧无虑的在碧蓝的天空山翱翔，而我却在埋头苦干着，努力着，奋斗者。不时有一两个电话和门铃打扰了在沉思中的我，使我不禁分了神，想到了小学最好的朋友：明。

在去年分别时，我们有了一个约定，待到在今面世，都要实现自己的理想，摇着小船是想成功的彼岸。我们要作用远的朋友。我们为了这个承诺，都在坚持着，努力着。也许他在地球的另一边，望着同一片天空，实现着我们的约定。我回过神来望着那蓝蓝的天空，内心的波澜渐渐平息下来，又开始了学习。

晚上吃过晚饭，夜空中的星星在闪烁着，忽明忽暗。台灯下，摆着我与明的照片。欲燃闪烁出了一道光条，有信息了我懂得了友情不会随着大地之神盖亚的阻隔而消失。

我打开了它，当看到那未知的通信地址时，我虽然由于了一下但还是打开了它。看到了开头我无比欣喜，是他真的是他；我激动起来。内容大致说的是祝愿我考试顺利，但当看到最后一句时，一直在眼眶中打转的泪珠悄然落下。我懂得了友情不会随着大地之神盖亚的阻隔而消失上面写着：Happybirthday！

今天是我的生日？我不觉有些诧异，赶忙翻开日历一看，果然，还真是。

那一刻我体会到了友情的真谛，那就是无论相隔千山与万水，总是惦念着对方，想念彼此，这才是真正的朋友，真正的友情。他不会随着时间的女神而消失，更不会随着大地之神盖亚的阻隔而消失。

我是来自xx班的同学xxx，我今天站在这里演讲的主题是《珍惜友情》。

朋友在我们的生活中的作用是很重要的，不仅陪伴着我们，还会在我们需要的时候给我们鼓励。每一个人都有朋友，每一个人也都离不开朋友。同学们可以想象一下，如果自己的生活中缺少了朋友，自己的生活会变成什么样。可能有的同学会觉得自己不需要朋友，也会有极少数的同学没有朋友，但你们扪心自问一下，你们心中真的是不期盼朋友的吗？所以我觉得，我们应该要珍惜朋友。

想想如果自己没有朋友，但是身边的同学又都有朋友，在学校的时候，看着其他的人三五成群，你却是孤单的一个人，心里真的不会羡慕吗？这个时候，就不应该嘴硬了，要遵从自己的内心。所以我觉得，每一个人都应该要交朋友，也要珍惜你们之间的友情。我们经常会跟朋友吵架，既然会吵架，就肯定是有原因的。在吵架之后，不再生气了之后，就要想想自己是不是错的。因为吵架我两个人的事情，一个人只有一张嘴巴，是无论如何也吵不起来的。

我知道，我们现在也难免会因为年轻气盛，在气头上说出一些伤人伤己的话，但若是因为自己的一些话，伤害到了朋友，就应该要道歉。我们要珍惜友情，因为朋友的存在，我们才不再孤单，才能够每天都是笑着的。朋友也给了我们很多的温暖，让我们感受到友情的力量。想想我们在伤心的时候，朋友给我们的安慰，也想想我们对自己没自信的时候，朋友给我们的鼓励。在我上台演讲之前，我的朋友就给了我很大的鼓励，其实我是非常的紧张的，也非常的害怕自己会讲不好。但我的朋友鼓励了我之后，我就觉得自己是可以做到的，我很感谢她，也很珍惜我们之间的友谊。

交朋友，不一定要交对自己有利的，但是对自己有害的朋友是一定不要交的。朋友之间是互帮互助的，是能够一起成长、共同进步的。若是交到了不好的朋友，对自己的影响也是非常的大的。自古以来，有很多因为交友不慎而害了己身的案例。所以在交朋友的时候，我们应该要很慎重。但在跟一个人成为了朋友之后，就应该要珍惜那么之间的友谊。毕竟要遇到一个合得来的人，并且成为朋友，是很不容易的。

记得那是下着小雨的一天。雨，不停地下着，随时变化着，有时大，有时小。我面对这场突如其来的雨，一筹莫展。天渐渐变黑了，雨还没有停的意思，正当我决定冲回家时，一把伞遮住我的头顶之外，我惊奇地回头一看，原来是我的好朋友阚雅心。她好像知道我在想什么，还没等我开口，就甜甜地笑着，说：“来，一起回家吧。”我太高兴了，和她说说笑笑走进了雨中，把刚才的烦恼也抛掉了。我们俩个手拉着手，一路上说说笑笑，打破了校园此刻的寂静。渐渐地我们的手好像越拉越紧了……

不一会儿，我们就要到分叉口了，看来，我只能拼一下了。我正打算冲进雨中，她突然说：“给，这把伞你撑去吧。”我说：“这怎么行呢?那样你不是要淋湿了吗?”她却笑笑：“没关系，我家近，用不了跑几步就到了，你家远，你还是赶紧回家吧，不然，你爸爸妈妈要着急了。” 我感动得不知说什么好，不过我听到我还是说了声“谢谢”。

一路上，我的心沉甸甸的，装满了友谊。

那一刻，让我明白了什么才是真正的友谊——在朋友需要帮助时伸出援助之手，在我需要帮助时，朋友也会让我重新振作。就像巴金所说：友情在我的生活里就像一盏明灯，照彻了我的灵魂，使我的生命之舟变得无比精彩。

在人生的道路上，让我最珍贵，最难以忘怀的就是友谊，它就像一个伤痕永远的烙在了我的心底。

记得那一次……

“别跑，你给我站住。”这时的我正在狂追一个男生，因为刚刚他无缘无故的过来打了我一下，我生气极了，现在因为换我来打他了，我竭力的跑着，突然，我看见前面有一个人坐在地上，双脚伸了出来，而我正好也要向他那里跑，我努力地让自己能马上停下来，可是，来不及了，我已经勾到了他的脚，四脚朝天地摔倒在地上了。“啊!好痛啊!”我边说边站了起来，我看见那个男生在前面得意地笑着，现在我恨不得马上冲上去把他“杀”了，但是我实在是摔得太痛了，已经不能再跑了，我只好放弃，走进了教室。我坐了下来，想用右手抖一下我身上的灰尘，可是我发现我的右手已经一点力气都没有了，肯本就抬不起来了，而且动一下就好痛。眼泪顺着眼眶流了下来，不一会儿，我便趴在桌上大哭了起来。就在我最无助、最伤心的时候，我的好朋友们看到了我在哭，便都跑来安慰我，还把那个同学“抓”到我面前来，叫他向我道歉，此刻，我感到我的手没有刚才那么痛了，可能是因为好朋友们的安慰、同学们的关心把这痛给消除了点吧!此刻我觉得自己的内心好温暖、好温暖……

第二天，我的手被包扎了起来，因为我的手被昨天的那一摔，摔脱臼了。同学们看见我的手被包扎了起来，都纷纷向前来问我有没有事，有没有怎么样，痛不痛之类的话，我感觉我好幸福，因为有这么多关系我、爱护我的同学们，虽然我的手脱臼了，但是我认为这次的脱臼是值得的，因为它让我更深刻的了解到了友谊的珍贵。

在人生的道路上，友谊是珍贵的，友谊是无价的，友谊是令人难以忘怀的，所以，我们应该吧友谊永远的记在心底，让它成为你人生当中的一份珍贵的“财富”!
