大连海事大学研究生支教团事迹简介
响应团中央扶贫接力计划，2000年第一届至2009年共计十届支教团共计40名优秀的研究生先后远赴青海化隆，循化县，同仁县支教。
第一届2000年，99级研究生潘晓丹：
全国唯一一个在读研究生自愿远赴青海省化隆回族自治县支教，条件艰苦，多次累到在课堂上，深受当地师生的好评。
第五届2004年，海商法研究生杨健：
工作：安排到同仁县财政局，主要负责电脑培训、网络维护、网站制作等工作。根据青海省财政厅的“金财工程”的统一安排，在全省财政系统内普及电脑网络知识，同仁县财政局广大干部职工培训电脑知识培训。
搭建局域网、建立网站，推动当地电子政务进程，节省大量办公开支通过为各个部门搭建局域网、建立网站，电脑、网络维护，一年来为黄南州、同仁县各个部门总结节省办公开支数万元。在教育方面，担任高

第九届2008年，海事大学研究生支教团整体，（1）教学方面：
一年的时间里我们的志愿者在教学方面取得了很好的成绩，期末考试中志愿者冯雯雯所教班级超越了当地最好的英语老师的成绩，名列第一！
另外王结实、于博、冯春焕、李康、傅静所教课程成绩均良好，当地老师、学生和家长对海事大学的志愿者评价很高。（2）捐资助学方面：
第九届支教团在同仁县认真做好本职教学工作的同时也开展了主题为“西部‘1+1’”的捐资助学活动。志愿者建立了大连海事大学西部支教专题网站、博客和相册。一年来，支教团队通过这样的网络平台与微软中国、戴尔中国有限公司大连分公司、中华怀恩慈善会、深圳民政局、北京汉能投资集团、中国寰球工程公司、大连星玛电器、中华怀恩慈善会、东莞义工组织、中央音乐学院、沈阳体育学院、辽阳职业技术学院等公司和社团组织建立了很好的联系，并有数以百计的爱心人士加入到“西部‘1+1’”的计划中。
一年时间，支教团队通过网络争取到了25吨共计旧衣物，并已经在同仁县第三完小、黄南州中学、黄南州民族中学等10所中小学共资助了70名小学生，为他们提供义务教育阶段的学习费用。同时还争取到邮资总计超过30000元的旧衣物，累计捐赠文具7500元，同时还在当地的四个小学设立的专项奖学金。（3）团队协作方面的突出事件：
捐资助学下乡覆盖全县80%的中小学，最远去过的地方需要驱车2个小时的山路，最高海拔去过3500米，克服高原、晕车等反应在23个中小学举办过捐资助学的活动，平时生活上，同在一屋子住，做饭，卫生安排的井井有条，团队凝聚力很强，团队六名成员亲如兄弟姐妹。（4）成果及荣誉：
支教团的全体成员均获得了“青海省同仁县教育系统优秀教师”的称号。李康组织三完小学生参加了全国中小学生环保知识竞赛并获得团体优秀奖，个人获得了优秀指导老师奖。当地电视台两次报道支教团队的活动，大连晚报也两次对活动进行了报道。在团队的共同努力下，大连海事大学研究生支教团在青海省纪念五四运动九十周年表彰大会上获得了“青海省志愿者行动杰出志愿服务集体”的光荣称号，是唯一获得此荣誉的青海省西部研究生支教的团队。李康、王结实、冯雯雯和于博获得了“中国志愿者扶贫借力计划优秀志愿者”的称号。
1999年，中国青年志愿者扶贫接力计划启动。次年，大连海事大学第一届研究生支教团踏上了西部支教漫长而光辉的旅程。时至今日，在校团委的领导组织下，先后有11届研究生支教团（共47名同学）远赴祖国西部——青海省支教。在历届志愿者的支教生涯中，他们在教书育人的同时积极走访调研、帮贫资困，为当地的教育状况作出了海大学子的努力与贡献。
