英语四级考试学习计划

俗话说：“不打无准备之仗”，“知己知彼，方能百战百胜”。因此制定一个切合自身实际，可行的计划显得尤为重要。说实话英语并不是我的强项，在高考中吃过英语的亏，当时就是从来没有过的紧张，手一直在颤抖基本上已经没有办法写字了，这归根到底可能还是自身的基础不够扎实导致的。什么是基础不牢的表现，就是你拿到一句话或者一篇文章单词看不懂，句子看不懂，感觉如读天书。我当时在巨微英语四级真题逐句精解一书的帮助下学习的词汇和语法。效果还不错，从如读天书到了津津有味的地步。可想而知，我进步了多少吧！

自从进入大学以后，由于大学的学习和高中的天壤之别，对于英语的学习反而没有高中那么认真了。大学英语四级总分是710分，结合自身实际，我英语四级的目标分数是520分左右，上下浮动不超过5分，当然超过的是多多益善。希望可以通过自己接下来五十多天的计划实施和努力奋斗可以实现预期的目标。

为什么要制定这一计划和目标？第一点，大学英语四级证书是将来拿到学校所颁发的毕业证书和学位证书的基础之一，没有它只能拿到结业证书，换句话说就是大学四年白上了。所以这是一个很现实的问题，必须要拿到英语四级证书，没有商量的余地。第二点，作为学商科类的学生多学一点英语大有裨益，对于以后的发展也都是有好处的。可以说英语四级是我们将来企业应聘的敲门砖，一个拥有英语四级和一个没有英语四级的人相比显然前者的优势更大一些。第三点，是时代的要求，是自己不断进步的要求，这是一种大的趋势或是规律暂时还没有人可以去打破。第四点，就是要证明自己的能力，始终相信自己是最棒的。即便在今年的两会上有些代表建议取消大学的英语四六级考试，但是我觉得完全没有必要，英语学习已经深入人心了，就好像一日三餐，成为了必需品。在今天这个全球化的的国际社会里，不存在大学英语四级考试无用论的说辞。我想有总比没有要好得多的多。

我的学习计划将采取学与练相结合的方式。英语四级的题型有作文，阅读理解，听力，完形填空和翻译：

一、单词

所有这些题型的基础当然就是单词了，因此首先应从单词着手。四级词汇一共是4750个，由于之前已经大致看过一遍，发现并不是很好记忆。后来我就选择用专研真题的方法来学习词汇，巨微英语的阅读真题中对每一个句子中的陌生单词都有详细的解析，什么词性、词义、近反义词、相关词组呀什么的都有，不查字典就能看懂文章。而我发现既然如此，那就把单词放在阅读真题里面来记忆吧！反正纯单词我是背不过的，就这样不久之后，我发现我能读通英语句子了。

二、语法

英语最让我头疼的是语法，大学里不再教授语法知识，而语法对于英语学习很重要。所以需要把高中学过的语法知识重新回过头再过一遍，名词性从句，定语从句，状语从句三大从句。冠词，名词（短语），动词（短语）等熟练掌握，能够运用语法知识正确分析句子结构，造句，翻译之类。这要求也太高了吧？我发现不能纯粹那么去搞，简直太浪费时间了。后来我觉得真题具有权威性，所以我就专研巨微英语四级真题逐句精解里面的语法讲解。它对于长难句用的是句子图解，结构清晰明了地展现了出来；对于简单句用的是句子讲解，讲解的也挺细致。一段时间之后，我发现基本的句子我也能看懂了，慢慢的也会分析语法了。

三、听力 听力是我的薄弱环节，这点主要通过多听来强化。之所以把听力放在第三步就是在掌握了一定的基础之后，读懂听力就不是问题了，这种情况下听懂听力翻译原文就不是问题了。计划每两天一份四级真题听力限时练习，在听的时候尽量不要嫌麻烦将其翻译成汉语。我把巨微英语一书的真题MP3格式、以及赠送的三套听力模拟MP3下载到手机上，以方便自己随时进行听力练习。除此以外，还要多听一些如美国之音，学校发放的听力材料。当然平时在娱乐的同时可以通过看美剧，英语新闻来加强听力。在听的同时能够加强写的能力。相信如此下去，听力将不会阻碍你的四级通关之路。

五、阅读理解，完形填空

之前已经掌握了一定的词汇量和语法了，接下来主要通过做真题练习来得到提高。建议你每两天一份真题。可能此时你会存在这样的问题，句子文章可以读懂，题目却做不对。建议用巨微英语四级真题逐句精解赠送的解题技巧小册子学习一下技巧。也可以对照一下真题解析的答案，它后面有干扰项分析和那道题的大纲考点，可以帮助你更好地把握真题。如此一来，阅读就搞定了。

六、作文和翻译

写作：一方面通过词汇短语的积累，另一方面要掌握格式。加强背诵，比如背诵逐句精讲答案部分的参考模板，之前我还试着每周抄一篇四级真题作文。我觉得这当然还不够，抄仅仅是表层的，没有实质进步。需要加强练习。后来我就改变计划每周一篇作文，主题自己挑选，尽量联系当前热点问题，展开合理的想象。写好后可以请老师、同学或网络帮助自己批改，然后再加以进一步修改，使之完善。翻译的出题是无法预测的，所以我就只能琢磨真题的翻译了，再加上之前基础得到了夯实，所以基本上就不是很担心了，反正分值也不高，我只能尽力而为了。

在以上的计划实施结束时，在考试前两周把重心转向做四级真题和模拟试题模仿考试场景，熟悉考试环境和考试流程安排。以上计划的实施者是我，期间可以寻求老师和同学的相关帮助，计划实施的时间比如背单词和短语安排在早上7:00—7-50和下午16:30-17：30，听力的练习安排在早上8:00—8:30（没两天一次，有早课除外），语法的复习可以安排在中午12:30—13:00（一周一个语法知识点），作文的摘抄和自己写的作文放在每周五晚上。四级真题练习和模拟安排在周二和周四的晚自习时段。阅读和了解热点可以放在平时的娱乐中，比如上网、看电视的时候。以上计划从制定之日起开始执行，到四级考试结束止。计划实施的地点主要包括教室、自习室、图书馆和宿舍，同时可以运用网络这个虚拟空间进行英语的学习。

“路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索。”计划已经制定好了，关键在于实施。希望通过真正地贯彻和落实此计划实现预期目标。切不可三天打鱼，两天晒网，忌三分钟热度，戒躁，静心，尽力，成功就在彼岸。

第二篇：四级英语学习计划

四级课程所需的必备图书包括：

·新东方大学英语四级教材（包括四本分册和10盘磁带）

·大学英语四级考试最新真题（附赠1盘磁带）

准备阶段 至少背完一遍四级词汇，尝试做2－3套真题

第1－8周 听课内容 词汇1课时/每周 听力1课时/每周 阅读1课时/每周 作文1课时/每周

备注 充分做好课前预习和课后复习，记好课堂笔记，题最好做2遍。并且坚持每天半小时到1小时背单词、1小时进行阅读训练，半小时进行写作训练，1小时以上进行听力训练。

第9－12周 听课内容 听力1课时/每周 词汇1课时/每周 阅读2课时/每周

备注 充分做好课前预习和课后复习，记好课堂笔记，题最好做2遍。并且坚持每天半小时背单词、1小时进行课外阅读训练。加大听力训练，按教学要求，笔记内容和教材进行范文写作训练。

13周 复习听课笔记，标记遗漏和重点；

进入大量体会方法、思路和真题练习阶段，进入范文习作的背诵。

第14-15周 请自己限时进行三套最新真题（2004.6，2005.1，2006.6）的模拟考试，并认真的听老师的讲解，进行复习和归纳总结。

第16周 复习词汇和听课笔记标记的遗漏和重点，调整考试状态，准备迎接考试。

一、听力，有三种题型，dialogue(十个对话)，passage(三个短文)，compound dictation(复合式听写，也就是传说中的段子题)，第一种每年必考，后两种逐年交替，其中考passage的次数相对较多。

二、阅读，这是我们应考的重点，阅读题得分的高低直接影响到你是否能过，在这里我针对每种题型谈一谈:

㈠ 事实细节题，据偶的观察，每年必考地方是列举处，即有first，sceond，in addition……的地方，还有举例与打比方的地方，即有as，such，for instance等出现的地方，有几个应考规律，大家记住:

1)选项中照抄或似乎照抄原文的一般不是答案，而同义词替换的是正确答案，2)选项中表达意义较具体，也就是句子较长的一般不是答案而概括性的，抽象的是答案，3)选项中有绝对语气词的比如must，never，merely等不是答案而有不十分肯定语气词的是正确答案，比如could，might，possible等。

㈡ 词义及语义判断题，常考有指代上下问语义功能的名词和一词多义的词组，另外复杂句由于其句子之间的关系复杂，也常成为考查理解能力的一种手段，大家只要记住一个规律即可，那就是选项含义与被考单词在含义上肤浅相近的一般不是答案

㈢ 推理判断题，有如下几个技巧:

1)若要求对某段内容进行推论，那么就只看题干要求作答的那一段，2)选项中采用试探性，不十分绝对语气词的比如tend to，offten等一般是答案，3)符合常识逻辑的一般是答案，比方说为什么中国比较穷，是因为人口众多，为什么美国人很胖，是因为他们吃的肯德基，麦当劳太多了。

㈣ 主旨大意题和观点态度题，这两种相对都比较难，大家的得分都不是很高，所以即使你做的不好也别太介意。这两道题，偶当时是在十分紧迫的情况下，只读了首尾段，然后迅速选择的，其实最后效果还不错，阅读考了二百多分！

三、词汇

对于这种题，当你看到偶的博客以后，回去赶紧扔掉那些什么词汇串联记忆，星火记忆，黑白记忆，什么家谱式记忆，连环记忆……之类的书吧，或者送人，或者保存好，来年卖给不懂事的大一新生们，要不就拿去垫桌角，方方正正的多好啊！偶认为背单词是一种投入和产出极不成比例的做法，极其愚昧和迷信！偶当年是这样做的，考前两天(一定不要太早，否则还会忘掉)，浏览了一下课本后面的四级词组，考试时，只要选项里有出现课本上的单词或词组，那么不要犹豫，选定她！偶还想提醒大家，千万不要在30个词汇题上浪费太多的时间，要知道每个题才0。5分啊，而阅读呢，一个2分，把时间节省出来做阅读吧！偶当时用偶的方法再加上1/4蒙题的概率，最后综合项(包括完形填空)考了一百多分。

四、完形填空题和简短回答题

这两个题也是逐年交替，其中前者出现的机会远远大于后者，如果你遇到的是完形填空题，你应该庆幸，整个四级考试中，数她最简单了，偶当时压根儿就没有看题目一眼，直到考试结束铃响了，偶才开始拿着机读卡瞎蒙，偶当时坐在最后一排，当收卷子的女老师走到偶跟前时，偶还有五道题没有涂卡，偶深情地对她说，天气很热，您也很累了吧，她笑着对偶说，谢谢，还行。在这一瞬间，偶把所有的题都涂完了。大家参加过高考的人都知道，做一个完形填空题花的时间可能超过两道阅读题，但是得分呢？相信大家都心中有数。幸亏四级考试中此题每个才0。5分，即使真正的高手在这个题上也不会超过你五分的，但是花的时间却是你的30倍左右(偶当时做这个题前后大概只用了18秒)。偶一直认为，对于完形填空，命题者的真正意图不是考查你的知识水平，而是考查你是否会合理安排时间！

如果你不幸遇到了简短回答题，说实话，偶也没有好办法，这种题虽说千年难遇一次，但是偶认为这是四级考试中最有水平，最不好应对的题，出题人一定来自天外星球！遇到这种题，如果你有兴趣，那就试一下，如果实在不会做，那么你就认倒霉吧！在大学里有一句话说的好：一生中，谁没有几次踩到大便的时候！

五、写作

偶认为这是最容易应对而且也是最容得分的题！

只需考前花9秒种，即有可能取得9分(满分100分制)以上的好成绩。偶当时只是在开考前熟记了两个比较有难度的经典句型，考试时想办法在在首句和结尾处各用了一个，然后剩余部分，或者自由发挥，或者写几段偶喜欢的英文歌词(注意不是汉语拼音的)，或者写一下李阳疯狂英语里的搞笑句子。

你不要怀疑偶的做法，现在偶给大家分析一下此法可行的原因：判卷时，每个老师桌子上都会有一大叠卷子，远远超过你高考时的复习资料，你想，只要是个人，谁会有耐心仔细看那么多的英语文章，再加上一般判卷发生在大夏天，天气闷热，心情烦躁，每天关在小屋里看偶们这些无聊低级的文章，不许上网，不许QQ，不让开MSN，更不可能写博客，好人也会被折磨疯的。所以他们判卷时，一般只看开头和收尾句，再大体看一下字数够不够，有的正在谈恋爱的老师，心情比较好，还会看有没有错误的单词，为了防止这种情况，我提醒大家，我们的目标不是写一篇惊世骇俗的文章，而是尽量在三十分种内不说一句错话，不写一个错单词。一句话，我们的目标就是——没有蛀牙！再有，写短文时，最好用黑色钢笔，而不要用其他颜色的，特别是圆珠笔，另外，千万要注意书面整齐，据说，判卷老师大都是近世眼，对于黑色他们更为敏感，更习惯。书写也是，越整洁，他看得越清晰，心情就越好，偶们的分也就越高！偶当时做完此题，共用了八分钟，但是偶的写作成绩却是八十分(满分
