“专接本”学生管理办法(试行)

为加强对自学考试“专接本”(下文简称“专接本”)学生管理,提高“专接本”学生素质,保证“专接本”学生质量,保障“专接本”工作健康有序开展,根据省有关文件精神,结合我校实际,制定本办法。

一、学籍管理

1.本校全日制在籍普通专科学生于二年级第二学期经自愿报名,学校审核同意,通过省自考办自学考试“专接本”管理系统注册后,即取得“专接本”专业学籍,学籍档案由开展“专接本”教育的院系根据继续教育与培训学院的统一要求负责建立,使用省教育考试院统一格式的学籍卡记录学生在学期间的表现和学业成绩。通过考核取得一门课程合格成绩后即取得自学考试考籍,考籍由省教育考试院负责建立。“专接本”学习的修业期为两年,其中第一年与专科三年级重叠。

2.参加“专接本”学习的学生须征得家长同意,并与学校签定《江苏省高等教育自学考试“专接本”学校、学生、家长三方协议书》。

3.参加“专接本”学习的学生,在修业期内必须于每学期开学后的两周内办理报到注册手续,不能按时报到注册的,必须履行请假手续。

4.参加“专接本”学习的学生,在每学年第一学期报到注册期间须按有关规定缴纳本学年的学费、住宿费、教材费等费用。

5.参加“专接本”学习的学生,如中途退出学习,须提出退学申请,征得家长同意,并到学校办理“专接本”退学手续。

6.有下列情形之一者,取消“专接本”专业学籍:(1)在规定的时间内未办理报到注册手续者。(2)未按时缴清学费、住宿费、教材费等费用者。(3)根据我校《学生违纪处理规定》应开除学籍者。(4)严重违反“三方协议”者。

二、学习管理

7.开展“专接本”教育的院系应按照专业考试计划规定的课程考试时间及主考学校的要求,认真制定教学计划,安排每学期的课程表,保证课程教学的学时数,认真组织教学活动,严格规范教学管理。

8.参加“专接本”学习的学生,须遵守学习纪律,按时作息,按时上课,不迟到、不早退、不旷课。

9.参加“专接本”学习的学生,须遵守课堂纪律,尊重任课教师,认真听课,按时认真完成老师布置的作业。

10.参加“专接本”学习的学生,须按学校及自学考试有关规定,认真参加本校、主考学校及省自考办组织的各门课程考试,不得无故缺考,严禁考试作弊。

11.“专接本”课程校考成绩按100分计取,其中考勤占40%、考试占60%。

12.参加“专接本”学习的学生,如有迟到、早退、旷课等现象,按我校《学生违纪处理规定》处理,如某门课程缺课学时数超过该门课程当期学时数三分之一的,取消该门课程当期考试资格;确因特殊原因不能在校上课的,须经学校批准并办理免听课手续(如因工作需要必须上班的,凭用人单位用工证明和家长同意办理),校考成绩正常计算。

13.参加“专接本”学习的学生在校考课程考试中作弊,按我校《学生违纪处理规定》处理,在主考学校组织的考试中作弊,按主考学校有关规定处理,在自学考试统考中作弊,按《国家教育考试违规处理办法》处理。

三、纪律管理

14.根据“专接本”工作有关规定,开展“专接本”教育的院系应将参加“专接本”学习的学生纳入全日制普通专科学生日常教育管理之中,配备班主任,健全班委会、团支部等学生自管组织,党员达到一定数量的应建立党组织,加强对“专接本”学生的教育与管理,组织他们积极参加学校及院系组织的各项活动,严格遵守学校各项规章制度,严格遵守自学考试有关规定,保证“专接本”学生的正常教学、学习、生活秩序。

15.“专接本”班主任全面负责本班各项工作,各院系要按我校《班主任工作考核办法》加强对班主任工作考核。

16.参加“专接本”学习的学生,在修业期内应以全日制在籍普通专科学生的要求严格要求自己,服从学校各项管理,主动接

受学校教育,严格遵守《高等学校学生行为准则》、《淮安信息职业技术学院学生行为规范》以及学校教学管理、学生管理、宿舍管理、生活管理等各项管理制度。

17.参加“专接本”学习的学生,在修业期内如违反学校纪律,按照我校《学生违纪处理规定》进行处理。

18.各班级要安排专人进行课堂出勤考核,班主任要定期检查出勤情况,对旷课严重的学生情况要及时通知家长。

四、毕业管理

(一)专科毕业管理

19.“专接本”学生专科阶段毕业时,专科毕业证书和学生档案统一由办班院系集中保管,并在“专接本”修业期满后,由办班院系按专科毕业条件审核发放。

20.“专接本”学生在修业期内如因就业需要等特殊情况,可提前申请领取专科毕业证书。提前申请须满足以下条件:

(1)专科学制期满;

(2)按我校《学籍管理规定》符合专科毕业条件。

(二)“专接本”毕业管理

21.根据省“专接本”工作有关规定,参加“专接本”学习的学生,在修业期内学完“专接本”专业考试计划规定的全部课程(包括课程的实践环节),通过考试取得合格成绩,思想品德经鉴定符合要求,持有专科毕业证书,由所在院系提出申请,经学校审核合格后于每年的5月底和11月底统一上报,由省考委发给由主考学校附署的自学考试本科毕业证书,符合学士学位授予条件的,由主考学校授予学士学位证书。

22.“专接本”学生的思想品德鉴定在自我鉴定、班级集体评议的基础上,由班主任根据其在修业期内的综合表现做出客观评价,经所在院系审核并与本人见面后,记入“专接本”学生毕业档案。“专接本”学生思想品德鉴定分为优秀、良好、合格、不合格四个等第。受过警告、记过处分的学生,思想品德鉴定不得为优秀等第;受过留校察看处分的学生,思想品德鉴定不得为良好及以上等第。在修业期满前处分未撤销者,思想品德鉴定视为不合格,暂缓申报毕业资格,修业期满后一年内,由本人提出申请,经工作单位或所在社区出具评鉴意见,报原所在院系审核,符合条件者按程序撤销其处分,并在自考办规定的统一申报时间内为其申报毕业资格。

23.根据省“专接本”工作有关规定,“专接本”修业期满因课程成绩不合格未能毕业的,转入自学考试面向社会开考相应专业的考试,在修业期满后两年内承认其已通过的课程成绩和课程的校考成绩,经学校审核符合毕业条件的,统一上报后由省考委发给原“专接本”专业主考学校附署的自学考试本科毕业证书,符合学位授予条件的,可向原“专接本”专业主考学校申请学士学位。24.凡因课程成绩不合格未能毕业的学生,在修业期满离校时应将本人联系方式书面提交所在院系,以便院系即时通知本人参加相关课程的考试。两年内如联系方式发生变化,应书面通知所在院系,如因联系方式改变未书面通知所在院系而耽误考试的,或所在院系已通知到本人但未参加考试的,责任自担。

25.根据省“专接本”工作有关规定,“专接本”学生在专科毕业后两年内获得自学考试“专接本”毕业证书,且未办理过专

科层次毕业生就业报到证者,可凭“专接本”毕业证书,到学院招生就业处申请办理本科层次毕业生就业报到证,报到证上毕业学校为“在籍学生自学考试”。

26.根据省“专接本”工作有关规定,“专接本”修业期满后两年仍未毕业的,可继续参加自学考试面向社会开考相应专业的考试,已通过的课程继续有效,未通过的课程不再计取校考成绩,并须参加面向社会开考同专业主考学校组织的课程实践环节的考核和毕业论文(毕业设计)的指导与答辩,符合毕业条件的,由省考委发给面向社会开考专业主考学校附署的自学考试本科毕业证书,符合学位授予条件的,向面向社会开考专业主考学校申请学士学位。

五、附则

27.“专接本”学生修业期满后,无论毕业与否,均须与学校结清各项费用,办理离校手续。

28.本办法由继续教育与培训学院负责解释。29.本办法自公布之日起施行。

南通农业职业技术学院“专接本”学生管理办法(试行)

为加强参加自学考试“专接本”(简称“专接本”,下同)学生管理,提高“专接本”学生素质,保证“专接本”学生质量,保障“专接本”工作健康有序开展,根据省“专接本”工作有关文件及《南通农业职业技术学院“专接本”工作管理办法(试行)》,制定本办法。

一、学籍管理

1、本校全日制在籍三年制专科学生于二年级第二学期,全日制在籍五年制专科学生于四年级第四学期经自愿报名,学校审核同意,通过省自考办自学考试“专接本”管理系统注册后,即取得“专接本”专业学籍。学籍档案由开展“专接本”教育的系部根据继续教育学院的统一要求负责建立,使用省教育考试院统一格式的学籍卡记录学生在学期间的表现和学业成绩。通过考核取得一门课程合格成绩后即取得自学考试考籍,考籍由省教育考试院负责建立。

“专接本”学习的修业期为两年,其中第一年与三年制专科的三年级或五年制专科的五年级重叠。

2、参加“专接本”学习的学生须征得家长同意,并与学校签定《江苏省高等教育自学考试“专接本”学校、学生、家长三方协议书》。

3、参加“专接本”学习的学生,在修业期内必须于每学期开学后的两周内办理报到注册手续,不能按时报到注册的,必须履行请假手续。

三、纪律管理

12、根据“专接本”工作有关规定,开展“专接本”教育的系部应将参加“专接本”学习的学生纳入全日制普通专科学生日常教育管理之中,配备班主任,健全班委会、团支部、宿管会等学生自管组织,党员达到一定数量的应建立党组织,加强对“专接本”学生的教育与管理,教育他们积极参加学校及系部组织的各项活动,严格遵守学校各项规章制度,严格遵守自学考试有关规定,保证“专接本”专业的正常学习秩序、生活秩序以及正常教学秩序、考试秩序。

13、参加“专接本”学习的学生,在修业期内应充分发挥自己的优势,积极参加所在系部及学校组织的各项活动,努力提高自己的综合素质和能力。

14、参加“专接本”学习的学生,在修业期内应以全日制在籍普通专科学生的要求严格要求自己,服从学校各项管理,主动接受学校教育,严格遵守《高等学校学生行为准则》、《南通农业职业技术学院学生行为规范》以及学校教学管理、学生管理、宿舍管理、生活管理等各项管理制度,充分发挥模范带头作用。

15、参加“专接本”学习的学生,在修业期内如违反学校纪律,按照《南通农业职业技术学院学生违纪处理规定》进行处理。

16、受纪律处分的“专接本”学生,在专科学制期内按在籍专科学生的有关规定执行。在专科学制期结束后,一年内如有明显悔改表现,经本人申请,所在系部审核属实,可按处分批准程序撤销相应处分。

四、毕业管理

17、根据省“专接本”工作有关规定,参加“专接本”学习的学生,在修业期(专科学制期满一年)内学完“专接本”专业考试计划规定的全部课程(包括课程的实践环节),通过考试取得合格成绩,思想品德经鉴定符合要求,持有专科毕业证书,由所在系部提出申请,经学校审核合格后于每年的5月底和12月初统一上报,由省考委和主考学校共同颁发本科毕业证书,符合学士学位授予条件的,由主考学校授予学士学位证书。

18、“专接本”学生的思想品德鉴定在自我鉴定、班级集体评议的基础上,由班主任根据其在修业期内的综合表现作出客观评价,经所在系部审核并与本人见面后,记入“专接本”学生毕业档案。

五、学生工作考核

23、“专接本”学生工作纳入学院及各系学生管理工作,由学工处和系部统一考核和管理,系部是“专接本”班级直接责任部门,班主任是“专接本”班级学生管理第一责任人。

24、“专接本”一年级学生的原班主任(普通专科三年级或五年制高职五年级班主任)和“专接本”班级班主任具有共同负责班级管理的责任,学生在校情况纳入原班级、系部的学生工作考核之中。“专接本”班级学生情况同时作为“专接本”班级班主任工作考核内容,由系部具体负责考核。

25、“专接本”二年级学生班级班主任为班级管理第一责任人,学生工作考核由学工处牵头,系部配合,学工处将所有“专接本”二年级班级作为一个考核系列,学期结束由学工处通报“专接本”二年级各班级学生工作考核情况,各系根据学工处的考核结果发放班主任津贴。

26、每学年学院根据班主任工作考核办法,评选“专接本”班级优秀班主任,与全日制班级优秀班主任同时表彰。

六、附则

27、“专接本”学生修业期满(专科学制满一年)后,无论毕业与否,均须与学校结清各项费用,办理离校手续。

28、本办法由学生工作处、继续教育学院负责解释。

29、本办法自公布之日起施行。

专接本学习心得

回首2014年专接本,已渐渐离我们远去。可是,我想专接本是很多专科生不可回避的话题,我们这一届已经完成了这项“任务”,可是还有很多学弟学妹们要面对这个挑战,所以我就以过来人的身份,谈谈专接本的学习心得。

我想,在决定是否接本前,很多同学的心里都很矛盾,不知道接本与否,他们认为自己在大学里荒废了三年,什么也没有学,接本的希望很渺茫,如果你这样想的话就错了。其实,接本没有我们想象的那么难,只要你想接,就去学就可以,不要考虑自己接上接不上的问题。心态很重要,只要你为之拼搏奋斗了,你就有很大希望。

我想说的是,不管你之前是否为接本做了充分准备,最后2~3个月,你一定要踏踏实实沉下心来复习,因为这个阶段很重要。毕竟学习是个逐渐积累的过程,什么都不是一蹴而就的,下面我就谈谈我的学习心得。

一、英语

对于大多数同学来说,英语是一个致命的弱点,大家都不能轻视,因为专接本的英语难度大于大学英语,介于三级和四级之间,所以我建议同学们都以四级的标准要求自己,根据最近几年的考试真题来确定自己的薄弱点,有重点的反复练习,只要持之以恒,就没问题。

我英语基础就很差,很担心自己因为英语而达不到公共课分数线,所以就报了佳鑫诺的点睛模考班,并且在最后两个月的每天早上,我都拿着词汇书和作文范文去图书馆前面背一个小时,并且每天掐时间做一套英语四级题,就这样坚持了两个月,结果在最终的考试中,英语考了90多分,虽然不能说很高,但是对于英语基础比较差的我,却没有拉分。我也明白了,只要努力并坚持,就一定能学好英语,再也不会“谈英色变”了。

二、数学

因为我是数学专业,所以学起来得心应手一些,毕竟三年一直在接触数学,所以对高数的学习我并不排斥。我只是将课本上的课后题全都做了两边,又根据考试大纲上的重点着重复习,并将老师讲的知识点及例题看了一边,就固定的题型,掌握熟了就没有问题。

因为公共课对于接本很重要,所以我们一定不要掉以轻心。

三、专业课

毕竟学校录取时除了公共课过线还要看总分排名,所以专业课的学习也是非常重要的,一般学校都会设有专业课的班,如果自己基础差不妨报一个,认为没问题的话自己复习,把课后题做了就ok了。专接本不难,难得是保持一个好的心态,只要相信自己并付出努力,信心满满的面对专接本,就一定会有一个令人满意的结果。

专接本学习总结报告

回首去年的这个时候,自己应该是茫然而彷徨的吧。专接本是很多专科生不可回避的话题,但接本前的迷茫让很多人是深有体会的。记得去年的这个时候,同学们就开始面临着选择了。是要接受培训然后参加工作呢,还是要接本继续提升自己的学历呢?记得当时非常苦恼。现在再来看自己曾走过的路,会觉的一切都是让人怀念的,包括那些彷徨与徘徊。那种经历让自己成熟了很多,也学到了很多。

首先我们要确定目标,也就是要确定自己考哪个学校,考什么专业。这个选择的过程是痛苦和繁琐的。如果是考本校本专业就没什么好多想的了,但如果是考外校的话,最好还是问一下自己的同学(在目标学校读书的朋友),打听一下你想考的学校那个专业怎么样,是否适合自己,多问问别人,如果能问到同专业的就最好了,因为只有自己学的专业一样,才能更好的知道哪个学校好一点。我觉的确定学校是很有必要的,因为,当你确定之后,你就有了目标,也就有了动力,也更适合自己努力的方向。当然,确定学校还是要跟自己的水平和实力相当的,如果有把握就考好点的学校,我觉的接本应该上好点的学校比较好,但如果学习不是很好却愿意努力学习一次,这样也是可以考好点的学校的。因为好点的学校不但让你学的东西更多,也会让你确定自己的人生观也不一样,你的精神面貌也会不同的。

然后就是买到相应的教材,有条件的最好还是报名参加辅导班,因为辅导班的老师可以帮你更好更快的理清思路,老师的讲课更有助于你的记忆。科学证明人在记忆时,听觉记忆比视觉记忆是更有效果的,这一点我在实践中也证明是有道理的。上辅导班的时候,你的语文只要上课好好听一下,一般就不用怎么再看书了。但如果你想要获得高分的话还是得多花点时间,如果自己语文功底比较好的话,花的时间可以少一点。而且专接本辅导班的老师都很好很负责的,如果自己情绪上或思想上有波动,他们也会很关心你的,你可以和他们一起探讨,一起进步的。而且参加辅导班认识的人多一点,那样你的思想会开阔一点。

再后面就是用功复习,时间不是很长但还是要很用功,持之以恒的努力比较好,特别是英语。我觉的英语不是一两下就能搞定的,最好还是每天花2小时左右的时间看看它。要坚持每天看,可以是记单词也可以是背诵段落等。总之,英语是你多看看它它也就会喜欢上你的。你也就不用烦它了喽。至于专业课嘛,我觉的花的时间不是很多,因为毕竟自己学了几年了,学的东西就是那些,它考来考去就是那些精华,然后看你怎么发挥了。当然如果你想取的更好的成绩的话,还是要多看书的,一切源于课本又是脱离课本的。

一. 英语

英语是很多考生的一个致命弱点,大家都不能轻视。因为专接本的难度大于大学英语3级,介于三级与四级之间,所以大家尽量以四级考试的标准来要求自己,根据最近几年的考试真题来确定自己的薄弱点,有重点的进行反复联系。相信做好这一点,达到最低控制线应该是没有问题的,关键是要持之以恒,坚持做下去。

强化练习主要方法是考前一个月左右做一定量习题,在原有的基础上保持一定的考试状态。英语这门学科状态一定要好,不管你基础如何,考前都一定要做一定量的习题,否则的话你到考场上会觉得很不适应的。

二. 数学

由于我在高中时上的是职业高中,所以数学基础不是很好。曾经一度对数学非常担心。但我发现,只要将课本上的题掌握好,你做任何模拟卷就都没有问题了。《高等数学》考试的面是比较广的,但主要考的还是我们的基础知识掌握程度,学好高数有一点很重要:勤于练习、贵在坚持!高数是比较拉分的科目,对大家的最后录取起了很大的决定因素,说的再多不如练的多,在掌握新知识点的同时不要忘了温习旧知识点。

三.专业

由于我在平常的学习中对物理比较感兴趣,所以在复习物理的时候并没有多吃力。在机械工程控制原理这块有些不理解。这更让我感觉到,平常上课老师讲的都是我们以后要用到的,千万不要觉的以后在我们的职业生涯中用不到,而去忽略这些课程,这是非常不对的。老师在课上讲的任何知识,对我们来说都是必需的。一定不要草草了事。

四.重视考试真题

任何一种考试的真题都是非常有研究价值的,专接本考试公共科目也不例外。收集近几年的公共科目考试真题,认真的研究,寻找其中的规律和特点。特别是计算机这一门做多少篇都不为过。

五.辅导班的问题

个人观点是只要有条件的话:就去上一下,上了肯定比不没上好。但上了一定要认真地对待,并且一定选正规的辅导班,不能太依赖辅导班,更不能单一的信从其中的重点。考试 有一部分就是基础性的内容。所以无论专业课还是公共课的复习都要脚踏实地地,全面系统,不能留有死角。

六.考前心态和考场战略

虽然现在大家只有一次专接本考试机会,但不管是什么时候都不能紧张。相信只要能够复习的全面,加上正常的心态,考试就一定能取得成功。

关于考场战略:考场是这个考试的核心内容,直接关系你的成败,一定要认真地对待试卷上的每一分,尽可能地多写一点。另外优势科目要尽可能地不丢分,一般科目要尽可能地多拿一点分。

七.几个注意点

1:思想上不能放松。

2:复习一定要有耐心、持之以恒。

3:不能只相信所谓的权威,一切以自己全面复习每个知识点为核心。

4:考试的好坏与在校成绩没有直接联系,关键看你大三的复习情况。

八.考前心态和考场战略

虽然这个考试对我们来说只有一次,但不管是什么时候,都不能紧张。只要能够复习的全面,加上正常的心态,考试就一定能取得成功。关于考场战略,我觉得考场是这个考试的核心内容,直接关系你的成败,一定要认真地对待考试卷上的每一分,尽可能地多写一点。另外优势科目要尽可能地少丢分,一般科目要尽可能地多拿分。

考前准备

1、停止“开夜车”。考试前三天开始,晚上尽量不复习,把复习安排在白天,从而将自己的最佳状态调整到白天,保证与考试时间同步。

2、带齐手续。出门之前,务必检查身份证、准考证、考试座号通知单等必须携带的证件及钢笔、圆珠笔等书写工具是否齐备,以免来回折腾费时费力影响情绪。要学会放松自己

1、不看书。到了考场以后,以心态平和为目标,越看书越紧张,况且在考前几十分钟甚至更短的时间内看书毫无正面效果,如果看的内容又未出现在试卷上,对整个考试都有不利的影响。因此,在进考试教室之前,浏览一下考场环境,看看绿化状况,对于保持清醒的头脑是很有帮助的。

2、调整心态。进入教室后,把眼睛闭上,尽量回忆一些美好的事情,如某次旅游、登山、游泳等轻松、愉快的情形,这样就自然而然地松弛了肌肉,从而缓和了紧张的心理状态。

我觉的要取得好成绩的话,除了比别人更努力之外应该没什么了,因为天上不会掉馅饼哦!而且考试时可以拉开距离的分数一般也会有的,这就要你花更多的时间比别人记的更清楚,知识面比别人更宽了,同时也要更细心了。特别是考试的时候自己能拿的分数千万不要丢了哦,不然的话会很心疼的。再就是复习的时候可能会有心烦的时候,但不用担心,找你的好朋友倾诉一下,让他们给你打打气,督促一下自己好好学习,毕竟学习的机会可能不会很多。如果能碰到一个友好的竞争对手那就最好了,那样的话你们可以共同努力,共同学习的,最后当然会是2个人都一起考上的,不要太小气了,要学会和别人分享,那样可以一起进步的。

不要把未来看的太渺茫,不要把一切看的太遥远,只要你努力了,一切都会是那么的顺其自然的。所以不要再焦虑了,让自己学会取舍,懂得确立目标,朝着目标奋进,你要的一切不会离你太遥远的。相信自己,迷茫只是暂时的,走过之后就会是彩虹。
