本次我于11月5 日在昆明参加了北京百师联盟教育科技中心组织的为期一天的2018年备考教学研讨会，会议议程如下：11月5日上午车飒老师的《落实课标精神，优化备考策略》和下午刘老师的《依据课标，聚焦课堂，有效复习》。接下来，我主要围绕这两位老师的讲座，对2018年云南省中考英语试题分析和备考的复习方法做逐一解读：
一、我省中考命题思路与原则
〈一〉总体思路：“以考改促课改”即牵住中考改革这一龙头，从根本上引领初中课堂教学的发展方向“中考必须体现课改。”
〈二〉命题依据：云南省初中毕业生英语学业考试将以中华人民共和国教育部制订的《全日制义务教育普通高级中学英语课程标准（实验稿）》（简称《英语课程标准》）为主要依据。
〈三〉命题思想：
在稳中求变，扎实推进的前下，适当加大中考命题的改革力度，特别是将中考改革和课堂教学改革、研究性学习有机的结合起来，形成考改促课改，课改推考改的良好局面。
〈四〉命题原则及基本要求：
1.坚持能力立意：要注意考查学生对基础语言知识和基本语言技能的掌握情况，也要注意考查学生在具体情境中运用所学语言分析问题、解决问题的能力，杜绝设置偏、怪题（语境设置丰富，反对干巴巴的考查知识点）。
2.命题应以《英语课程标准》所规定的五级目标要求为主要依据，以考查学生综合语言运用能力为目标，不应拘泥于具体版本教材的内容。
3.注意联系实际：命题所选择的语言素材和所创设的语言情境应符合学生的认知规律和身心发展水平，尽量贴近时代和学生生活实际，与学生的已有经验和身心的发展水平相适应，引导学生关注人类与世界共同的命运。
4.强化研究性学习，并在以后放到愈加重要的位置：研究性学习反映在笔试考试中多为探究性试题。要设计一定数量的探究性、开放性的题目。在英语学科，主要体现在写作上，从而引导、培养学生的语言表达习惯和能力。
5.试题应体现教育性，坚持正面的，积极的价值取向，注意情感、态度价值观的教育。

整卷难度约为0.60~0.70，由易到难分为：容易题（强调知识与基本技能）中等题（强调应用能力）难题（强调开放与探究能力）三个档次。各档试题比例划分：容易50% ；中等30% ；难题20%。
〈六〉测试形式：与2017年一样，采取两卷测试的办法，其中i卷为选择，ii卷为非选择。
二、2018年中考英语试题总体评价
特点：
1.“紧扣课标，平稳过渡”，坚持了英语测试改革的总体方向—“突出语篇，强调应用，注重实际”。试卷既充分体现了课标和考试科目说明的要求，又较好地体现了素质教育的内涵。试卷的难、中、易比例合适；试卷长度合适，中等程度的考生能在规定的时间内完成全卷。卷面上不会出现偏、怪题，大部分试题都针对考生必备的英语能力设置的，符合课改发展的要求。
2.保持稳定：根据教育测试理论和中考实际，试卷的理想难度保持在0.6—0.7之间。在命题的整个过程必须考虑试题的难
易度，具体表现为：①贯彻执行《课程标准》为依据的命题指导思想，保持试题稳定。②知识考查的综合性：对语法、词汇的考查融入到语境中，有效地考查词语运用能力。语言是活的，所有的语言离开背景都是死的；词汇离开语境都无意义。③重视试题的教育价值。
三、2018年中考考试说明
在保持与2017年中考基本不变的前提下，2018年的试题更强调语篇的理解，继续坚持2017年的测试方向。
第一部分 听力部分：从实际应用能力出发，考查学生听的能力，内容的选材要贴近学生生活，情景真实。
第二部分.英语知识运用能力：
①突出语境理解的作用，注重基础知识在语境中理解与运用的考查。考查内容为：词类：article.n.pron.adj.adv.conj.prep.num.v；句型：简单句，复合句，感叹句，复合句中宾语从句为每年云南省中考单项选择的必考题；情景交际用语：主要围绕问候、感谢、道歉、电话用语、请求及回答、邀请及回答、赞同与不赞同、赞美、建议等话题
②.完型填空：在语篇中考查，语言知识的灵活运用是非常具有挑战性的试题，通过中考命题的导向，引导教学对语言知识
运用能力的培养，选材将知识、教育、趣味融为一体，考查的主要对象仍为n.pron.adj.adv.conj.prep.num.v（主要考点）。
第三部分 阅读理解：注重考查学生的技能：领悟文章大意，概括话题能力；文章主旨归纳能力，文章结构、写法的能力。
第四部分 写作部分：
①用所给单词的正确形式填空：考查学生对句式的理解和语法基础知识，考查内容为：名词（名词单复数和所有格）、动词（时态、语态、非谓语动词）、数词（基数词、序数词）、形容词、副词、代词（人称代词主格、宾格、形容词性/名词性物主代词、反身代词）。
②.书面表达考查能力：
第一，运用英语语法、词汇组句成文，正确表达的能力。
第二，审题准确，组织语言材料，安排前后顺序，正确表达方法。
第三，能恰当使用过渡词，使文段上下承接有序，自然通顺。
第四，掌握书面表达中各种文体、格式，并做到规范书写。四 中考复习备考策略
1、复习时，抓基础，重落实，针对性要强。
系统归纳，分清脉络，依纲扣本，注重双基，夯实基础(词汇、语法、句型)，帮助学生学会复习，学会考试。通过归纳，总结，帮助学生建立清晰的知识网络结构，为解决专项问题打基础。因此，复习时，要求学生要准备好笔记本，红蓝黑色水笔。要求学生每天听写单词，每天熟记或背诵对话和短文。每周挑选重点话题进行写作练习。每周进行
一、两次听力练习。每复习完一个年级的教材内容，及时检测一次。
2、针对性复习，向不同层次学生搜集积累他们平时出现的错题，对症下药，逐题突破。要求学生熟练地掌握中考中每一题型的命题意图，对听力部分，单项选择，完形填空、阅读理解，书面表达各种题型进行训练。
3、加强学生的语感。高度重视学生的早读，老师们要反复强调每日早读的重要，要求学生大声齐读。学生的早读材料可以是初中三年的英语教材中的词汇，课本对话，短文或听力材料等。
4、培优补差。利用多些时间关心这些学生，上课多关注他们，多表扬，多鼓励，利用课后耐心辅导，利用时间检查他们的练习。
5、复习时间统筹及复习重点 三轮复习法：
第一轮复习阶段从2月初---3月底，针对学生已有的基础知识，以课本为主，分单元、分册、分类复习，根据复习内容，布置适量的难度适中的课堂练习和课后练习。
第二轮复习阶段从4月初到5月中旬，为专项知识复习。这个阶段主要是词汇、语法和题型相结合，讲练评相结合。
第三轮复习阶段从5月中旬到6月中旬，以模拟测试为主，模拟训练是考前大练兵，是中考前的热身训练阶段。在大约考前一个月内，运用各县、市交流卷、中考说明既各方中考信息综合设计一些模拟题，模拟考试时间、考场要求、答题方式等，对学生进行应考（特别是答题卡的涂写、书写的要求等）、应试技巧的训练，培养学生的临场发挥能力和应变能力。

附件3 学业考试违纪作弊考生及工作人员处理办法
第一章 考生违纪作弊情节认定及处理办法
第一条 考生不遵守考场纪律，不服从考试工作人员的安排与要求，有下列行为之一的，应当认定为考试违纪。考试违纪，取消该科目的考试成绩。
（一）携带规定以外的物品进入考场或者未放在指定位置的；
（二）未经批准在规定的座位以外参加考试的；
（三）考试开始信号发出前答题或者考试结束信号发出后继续答题的；
（四）在考试过程中旁窥、交头接耳、互打暗号或者手势的，体育测试中故意犯规者；
（五）在考场或者教育考试机构禁止的范围内，喧哗、吸烟或者实施其它影响考场秩序的行为的；
（六）未经考试工作人员同意在考试过程中擅自离开考场的；
（七）将试卷、答卷（含答题卡、答题纸等，下同）、草稿纸等考试用纸带出考场的；
（八）用规定以外的笔或者纸答题或者在试卷规定以外的地方书写姓名、考号或者以其它方式在答卷上标记信息的；
（九）其它违反考场规则但尚未构成作弊的行为。
第二条 考生违背考试公平、公正原则，以不正当手段获得或者试图获得试题答案、考试成绩，有下列行为之一的，应当认定为考试作弊。考试作弊，其当次报名参加考试的各科成绩无效。
（一）携带与考试内容相关的文字材料或者存储有与考试内容相关资料的电子设备参加考试的；
（二）抄袭或者协助他人抄袭试题答案或者与考试内容相关的资料的；
（三）抢夺、窃取他人试卷、答卷或者强迫他人为自己抄袭提供方便的；
（四）在考试过程中使用通讯设备的；
（五）由他人冒名代替参加考试的；
（六）故意销毁试卷、答卷或者考试材料的；
（七）在答卷上填写与本人身份不符的姓名、考号等信息的；
（八）传、接物品或者交换试卷、答卷、草稿纸的；
（九）其它作弊行为。
第三条 考生不服从考试工作人员的管理，扰乱考场及考试工作场所秩序，有下所列行为之一的，应当终止其继续参加本科目考试，其当次报名参加考试的各科成绩无效；考生及其它人员的行为违反《治安管理处罚条例》的，由公安机关进行处理；构成犯罪的，由司法机关依法追究刑事责任。
（一）故意扰乱考点、考场、评卷场所等考试工作场所秩序经教育无效者；
（二）拒绝、妨碍考试工作人员履行管理职责经教育无效者；
（三）威胁、侮辱、诽谤、诬陷考试工作人员或其它考生；
（四）其它扰乱考试管理秩序的行为。
第四条 教育考试机构、考试工作人员在考试过程中或者在考试结束后发现下列行为之一的，应当认定相关的考生实施了考试作弊行为，其当次报名参加考试的各科成绩无效。
（一）通过伪造证件、证明、档案及其它材料获得考试资格和考试成绩的；
（二）评卷过程中被发现同一科目同一考场有两份以上（含两份）答卷答案雷同的；
（三）考场纪律混乱、考试秩序失控，出现大面积考试作弊现象的；
（四）考试工作人员协助实施作弊行为，事后查实的；
（五）其它应认定为作弊的行为。
第五条 代替他人或由他人代替参加学业考试，由市学业考试管理机构取消其考籍。是在校生的，由所在学校按有关规定严肃处理；其它人员，由考试管理机构建议其所在单位给予行政处分，直至开除或解聘。
第二章 考试工作人员违纪作弊情节及处理办法
第六条 学业考试工作人员应当认真履行工作职责，在考试管理、组织及评卷等工作过程中，有下列行为之一的，应当停止其参加本次、当年及下一的学业考试工作，并由考试管理机构或者建议其所在单位视情节轻重分别给予相应的行政处分：
（一）应回避考试工作却隐瞒不报的；
（二）擅自变更考试时间、地点或者考试安排的；
（三）提示、暗示或协助考生答题的；
（四）在监场过程中有擅离职守、为考生通风报信、睡觉、看书、谈话、携带通讯工具等行为之一的；
（五）擅自将试题、答卷或者有关内容带出考场或者传递给他人的；
（六）在评卷、统分中严重失职，造成明显的错评、漏评或者积分误差的；
（七）在评卷中擅自更改评分细则或者不按评分细则进行评卷的；
（八）因未认真履行职责，造成所负责考场出现雷同卷的；
（九）擅自泄露评卷、统分等应予保密的情况的；
（十）其它违反监考、评卷等管理规定的行为。
第七条 考试工作人员有下列作弊行为之一的，应当停止其参加学业考试工作，由学业考试管理机构或者其所在单位视情节轻重分别给予相应的行政处分，并调离考试工作岗位；情节严重，构成犯罪的，由司法机关依法追究刑事责任：
（一）为不具备参加学业考试条件的人员提供假证明、证件、档案，使其取得考试资格或者考试工作人员资格的；
（二）因玩忽职守，致使考生未能如期参加考试的或者使考试工作遭受重大损失的；
（三）利用监考或者从事考试工作之便，为考生作弊提供条件的；
（四）伪造、变造考生档案（含电子档案）的；
（五）在场外组织答卷、为考生提供答案的；
（六）指使、纵容或者伙同他人作弊的；
（七）偷换、涂改考生答卷、考试成绩或者考场原始记录材料的；
（八）擅自更改或者编造、虚报考试数据、信息的；
（九）利用考试工作便利，索贿、受贿、以权徇私的；
（十）诬陷、打击报复考生的。
第八条 因管理混乱、考试工作人员玩忽职守，造成考点或者考场纪律混乱，作弊现象严重；或者同一考点同一时间的考试有五分之一（含五分之一）以上考场存在雷同卷的，由教育行政部门取消该考点当年及下一承办学业考试的资格。
对出现大规模作弊情况的考场、考点的相关责任人、负责人及所属考区的负责人，有关部门应当分别给予相应的行政处分；情节严重，构成犯罪的，由司法机关依法追究刑事责任。
第九条 违反保密规定，造成学业考试的试题、答案及评分参考（包括副题及其答案及评分参考，下同）丢失、泄密，密封时丢失考生答题纸和答题卡或者使考生答卷在保密期限内发生重大事故的，由有关部门视情节轻重，分别给予责任人和有关负责人行政处分；构成犯罪的，由司法机关依法追究刑事责任。
盗窃、损毁、传播在保密期限内的学业考试试题、答案及评分参考、考生答卷、考试成绩的，由有关部门依法追究有关人员的责任；构成犯罪的，由司法机关依法追究刑事责任。
第十条 在职人员及其它人员有下列行为之一的，由学业考试管理机构建议其所在单位给予行政处分或者由有关部门处理；构成犯罪的，由司法机关依法追究刑事责任：
（一）指使、纵容、授意考试工作人员放松考试纪律，致使考场秩序混乱、作弊严重的；
（二）代替他人参加学业考试的；
（三）参与或者组织他人进行考试作弊的；
（四）利用职权，包庇、掩盖作弊行为或者胁迫他人作弊的；
（五）以打击、报复、诬陷、威胁等手段侵犯考试工作人员、考生人身权利的；
（六）向考试工作人员行贿的；
（七）故意损坏考试设施的；
（八）扰乱、妨害考场、评卷点及有关考试工作场所秩序后果严重的。
第三章 违规行为认定与处理程序
第十一条 考试工作人员在考试过程中发现考生实施本办法第一条、第二条所列考试违纪、作弊行为的，应当及时予以纠正并如实记录；对考生用于作弊的材料、工具等，应予暂扣。
考生违规记录作为认定考生违规事实的依据，应当由两名以上（含两名）监考员或者考场巡视员、检查员签字确认。考试工作人员应当向违纪考生告知违规记录的内容，对暂扣的考生物品应填写收据。
第十二条 学业考试管理机构发现本办法第三条、第四条所列行为的，应当由两名以上（含两名）工作人员进行事实调查，收集、保存相应的证据材料，并在调查事实和证据的基础上，对所涉及考生的违规行为进行认定。
第十三条 考点汇总考生违规记录，汇总情况经考点主考签字认定后，报送县级学业考试管理机构，由市级学业考试管理机构依据本办法的规定进行处理。
第十四条 教育行政部门和其它有关部门在考点、考场出现大面积作弊情况或者需要对教育考试机构实施监督的情况下，应当直接介入调查和处理。
第十五条 学业考试管理机构在对考试违规的个人或者单位做出处理决定前，应当复核违规事实和相关证据，告知被处理人或者单位做出处理决定的理由和依据；被处理人或者单位对所认定的违规事实认定存在异议的，应当给予其陈述和申辩的机会。被处理人受到停考、取消考籍处理的，可以要求举行听证。
第十六条 被处理人因受到停考、取消考籍处理要求举行听证的，参照执行《国家教育考试违规处理办法》（中华人民共和国主席令第18号）。

学业考试考生守则
1.考生凭准考证按规定时间到指定考场参加考试。
2.每科开考30分钟（英语考试开考前15分钟）后不得入场；考试终了信号发出后方可离开考场。
3.考生入场，除考试必须的文具如2B铅笔、书写用0.5mm黑色签字笔、直尺、圆规、三角板、橡皮外，其他任何物品不准带入考场。
4.考生要对号入座，将准考证等证件放在课桌左上角。只能在答题纸、答题卡规定的地方填写或涂黑自己的姓名、考试号、座位序号、考试科目、卷型等，不得在答题纸、答题卡其它地方做任何标记。
5.开考信号发出后才能开始答题。
6.考生在答题卡和答题纸规定地方作答，否则，一律无效。卷一要求用2B铅笔按要求填涂，卷二要求用0.5mm黑色签字笔答卷。考生要注意保护答题卡和答题纸，不得污损、折皱、粘连。
7.考试期间因病或上厕所需暂离考场的，应先举手请示，经监考员批准后，由备用监考人员陪同前往。
8.考生在考场内须保持安静，不准吸烟，不准喧哗。
9.考试中，不准交头接耳、左顾右盼、打手势、做暗号，不准夹带、偷看、抄袭或有意让他人抄袭，不准传抄答案或交换答题纸、答题卡。如遇试卷字迹不清、卷面缺损、污染等问题，可举手询问。10.考试终了信号发出后，考生须立即停止答卷，将答题纸、答题卡按监考员要求放好，待监考员将答题纸、答题卡、草稿纸等收齐后，起立、依次退出考场，不准在考场、考区逗留、喧哗。不准将试题、答题纸、草稿纸带出考场。
