在这丰收的季节，我肩负着家乡父老的嘱托与厚望，远赴xxx参加了中国文化馆榜样人物的颁奖典礼。当我从文化部副部长xx今手中接过沉甸甸奖杯的那一刻，我的心情十分激动。我虽然在乡村文化的工作岗位上，做了一些工作，取得了一些成绩，但却得到了如此之高的荣誉，让我受宠若惊。

2010年1月，我被乡党委政府任命为xx乡文化站站长。从那时起，我就把全身心的精力投入到了自己的工作岗位上。也就是从那时起，各级党组织，文化主管部门就给与了我极大的鼓舞和关怀。让我充满了干劲儿，高扬了理想的风帆。我忘不了，现任乡党委书记李xx同志，上任之初，就解决了文化站的办公用房问题，帮助文化站制定了未来文化发展的计划。乡长阴祖波经常帮助研究解决了文化站的具体问题，并确定了文化强乡的整体战略。党群书记吴洪涛，深入文化工作一线，出主意想办法。正是有乡党委政府的正确领导，才为我铺就了一条通向圆梦的道路！在我成长的过程中，省市县文体部门给予了大力支持，文体局长王宪波、副局长郭xx、郑xx，文体股长xx积极为我出主意，想办法。。。县委县政府领导，更是亲临一线，给了我巨大的关怀和鼓舞。

能够荣获这项殊荣，我会倍加珍惜。也会以此为新的起点，继续在乡村文化的舞台上，施展自己的才智，带领xx乡的父老乡亲，深入开展“xx乡十百千”文化工程。即在2015年，塑造10个省级文化品牌、培养100个文化能人和文化带头人，带动1000个乡村文化骨干，影响10000个以上的普通群众参加文化活动。继续打造文化广场项目，丰富文化大院内容，争取数字文化站建设。

其实，本人也没有做出什么感人的大事。本人觉得，每个人都有能力做好这些力所能及的事，只是本人们是否愿意去做而已。本人认为每个人都要把自己定位在一个准确的位置，不要把自己放得太高，也就是孔子讲过的“在其位谋其政”，这是做好每件事的关键。如果连自己有能力承担的事都做不好，那么更不用提其他方面的事了。
