国内航班乘机须知

机票： 机票只限机票上所列姓名的旅客本人使用。机票不得转让或涂改，经转让或涂改的机票无效。

儿童票：已满两周岁未满12周岁的儿童按成人全票价的50%购票。未满两周岁的婴儿按成人全票价的10%购票，不单独占一座位。每一成人旅客只能有一个婴儿享受这种票价。

健康：患有重病的旅客购票，须持有医疗单位出具的适于乘机的证明，并事先经承运人或其代理人同意，方可购票乘机。

随身携带物品：每位旅客以5公斤为限。持头等舱客票的旅客，每人可随身携带两件物品；持公务舱或经济舱客票的旅客，每人只能随身携带一件物品。每件随身携带物品的体积均不得超过20×40×55厘米。超过上述重量、件数或体积限制的随身携带物品，应作为托运行李托运。

免费行李额：每位旅客的免费行李额(包括托运和自理行李)：持成人或儿童票的头等舱旅客为40公斤，公务舱旅客为30公斤，经济舱旅客为20公斤。持婴儿票的旅客，无免费行李额。同行旅客的免费行李额可合并计算。构成国际运输的国内航段，每位旅客的免费行李额

承运人在收运行李前或在运输过程中，发现行李中装有不得作为行李或夹入行李内运输的任何物品，可以拒绝收运或随时终止运输。

不准在交运行李内夹带的物品：旅客不得在交运的行李内夹带重要文件和资料，外交信袋。证券、货币、汇票、贵重物品、易碎易腐物品，以及其他需要专人照管的物品。承运人对托运行李内夹带上述物品的遗失或损坏，按一般托运行李承担赔偿责任。

行李赔偿：托运行李全部或部分损坏、丢失，赔偿金额每公斤不超过人民币100元。如行李的价值每公斤低于100元时，按实际价值赔偿。已收逾重行李费退还。旅客丢失行李的重量按实际托运行李的重量计算，无法确定重量时，每一旅客的丢失行李最多只能按该旅客享受的免费行李额赔偿。行李声明价值：托运行李每公斤价值超过人民币100元时，可以办理行李声明价值。承运人应按旅客声明价值中超过限额部分的价值的5‰收取声明价值附加费。金额以元为单位。旅客的丢失行李如已办理行李声明价值，应按声明的价值赔偿，声明价值附加费不退。声明价值最高额为人民币8000元。

安检：在乘机前，旅客及其行李(含交运行李和随身携带物品)必须经过安全检查。

航班延误：由于机务维护、航班调配、商务、机组等原因，造成航班在始发地延误或取消，承运人应当向旅客提供餐食或住宿等服务。由于天气、突发事件、空中交通管制、安检以及旅客等非承运人原因，造成航班在始发地延误或取消，承运人应协助旅客安排餐食和住宿，费用可由旅客自理。航班在经停地延误或取消，无论何种原因，承运人均应负责向经停旅客提供膳宿服务。

电子客票行程单遗失：旅客遗失电子客票行程单，应以书面形式向承运人或其代理人申请挂失，并需提供足够的证明，在申请挂失前，客票如已被冒退，承运人不负责。

旅客保险：旅客可以自行决定向保险公司投保国内航空运输旅客人身意外伤害保险。此项保险金额的给付，不免除或减少承运人应当承担的赔偿限额。

宠物运输：根据民航有关规定，旅客可以带宠物随机出行，但旅客必须在订座或购票时提出，并提供县级以上卫生检疫部门出具的动物检疫证明，经承运人同意后，提前到达机场办理宠物随机托运手续。宠物要用旅客自身携带的铁质容器装好，并能保证宠物排泄物不外漏，以保持货运舱内的卫生清洁。宠物及容器和食物按逾重行李交付托运费。
