一、The first topic is about “say hello” to the visitors.打招呼
When some foreign visitors come to visit our booth, whether they interested in our products or not, we should show a big welcome to them.Usually we use the following sentences to say hello to the visitors in a expo.当有老外访问我们的展台时,不论他们是否对我们的产品很感兴趣,我们都要向他们展示出我们的热烈欢迎。一般在展会上我们使用下面的句子来向老外打招呼。
1、Take the initiative to say “hello”主动打招呼:
Good morning/afternoon/evening.早上好/中午或下午好/傍晚好 Welcome to our booth.欢饮来到我们公司的展台
Nice to meet you./ It’s a great honor to meet you.很高兴见到您
How may I help you?/how can I assist you?/ Anything I can do for you? 有什么可以帮您的吗?
Excuse me for interrupting you.请原谅我打扰您。Would you like to have a look at our products.(升调)Would you like to have more details about our products? If you don’t mind(消停一下)I’d like to give you a brief introduction about our company(顿一下,小升调)and our products.您是否想了解更多的产品信息,如果您不介意,我想向您介绍一下我们的公司以及产品。
2、When some foreigners come here and ask some questions 当客户上前询问时: You should say hello first as follows.您应该先像下面这样问好。
Good morning /good afternoon(早上好 下午好),how can I assist you ?(哪些我可以帮到您)?
I'll be glad to assist you.我乐意为您们介绍。

4、For the passersby who don’t want to have a deep conversation but you also want to send the catalogue, you should say 当客户行色匆匆从展位前走过,无意进来交谈时,但是您还想递彩页,您应该说。 This is our catalogue.这个是我们的彩页。 如果客户收下了,要说Thank you very much 客户说谢谢时,我们要说:You are welcome 不客气
二、This topic is about the “self-introduction” and how to get the customers’ information.自我介绍与获得客户信息。
First, let(t丢掉)me introduce myself./ I’d like to introduce myself.让我介绍一下我自己。
1)I am ****, sales manager in the marketing department.我是***,是公司市场部的业务经理。
2)I am ****, a manager in our company.我是***,公司的经理。

About the business card【关于名片】 Generally speaking,you should give your business card to the customers first ,that is a polite way.And after you got the brief information of your customers you should give an attention on the card.一般来说为了表示礼貌,您应该先给客户名片。然后您得到客户的名片后,应该礼貌性的看一下(不要看都不看就收起来什么的,那样老外会觉得您没有礼貌或者是不重视他们)
There are some useful expressions below.下面是一些有用的表达。
Here is my business card./ May I give you my business card?(小声调)这是我的名片/ 我可以给您我的名片吗?
May I have your business card? / Could(着)you give me your business card? 您可以留下您的名片吗?
If you leave the other ones business card,you should say 如果您们留的是业务员的名片,您们要这样说。Here is our company business card.这个是我们业务的名片
You can contact us using the this card(您们可以通过名片信息联系他们)/ May I give you my business card?(可以有幸与您交换名片吗?)
When you got the visitor’s business card, and you don’t know how to pronounce the name, you can ask your customer directly.1 I am sorry.I can’t pronounce your name.Could you help me pronounce with you again?(升调)抱歉,您可以告诉我怎样读您的名字吗?(一般在得到客户的信息后可以直接称呼对方MR.*** 或者 MS.****,这样客户会觉得您比较的礼貌和亲切)
If the visitor has not a business card, you should try your best to get his contract information.That is the key to start a business relations with the foreigner.如果参观者没有名片,您需要尽最大努力得到他的联系信息,因为那是和国外客户开始贸易的最重要的第一步条件。
Here are some useful expressions,下面是些有用的表达:
1.May I have your number, please.(升调 Z)这样子,那就告诉我您的电话号码好了。
2.Could you tell me your contract information,such as your email or your phone number? 可以告诉我您的联系信息吗?
3.What line of business are you in? 您是做哪行的?What industry are you in?What do you do?【需要确定】
4.Kindly could you sign/register in our visitors' book? 请在来宾簿上签名好吗? *********************************************************************
三、This topic is about how to introduce our company and products.介绍我们的公司与产品

四、This topic is about “say goodbye”跟客户道别。
When you finished the conversation you should show your politeness to the visitors by saying goodbye.Here is some common words to say goodbye to someone.当您和客户交谈完成后,他要走的时候您应该和客户礼貌道别。下面是一些有用的道别语句。
