尊敬的各位老师，亲爱的同学们，大家下午好！欢迎大家来到南雅初中，2017级新生辩论赛的现场。
今天在这间教室将举行三场辩论赛，首先有请参加第一场辩论赛的两只队伍，他们分别是：七年级 欢迎他们入场。（请坐）坐在我左手边的是：

下面请允许我介绍一下本场比赛的评委李校长，蒋校长，钟校长，教务处主任陈主任、郭主任和语文教研组组长唐书琴老师，大家欢迎。本次比赛设有：团队冠军一名，铁齿铜牙奖二名、最具风度奖二名、机智幽默奖二名、妙语惊人奖二名。
本次比赛计时员为袁老师，第一次举牌表示剩时5秒，第二次举牌必须结束讲话。
辩论赛表面看似是一种高级的智力游戏，但它所引发出来的睿智与才思，尤其是辩手们的个性风采和青春魅力，都远远超过了比赛本身。但是比赛总有胜负，今天在场的两组选手都信心十足，志在必得。究竟鹿死谁手呢？这还要看每一位辩手的智慧和辩才。为使双方的队伍都能以一个最佳的竞技状态和最旺盛的斗志参加比赛，让我们给予他们最热烈的掌声以作鼓励。本场比赛的辩题是话题：是中学生带手机是否有利于学习。正方所持的观点是：带手机不利于学习反方所持的观点是：带手机有利于学习

（1）正方三辩提问反方一、二、四辩各一个问题，反方辩手分别应答。要求被问方必须回答，不能闪躲，提问方的时间每个问题不可超过十五秒，回答方三个问题的回答累计时间是一分三十秒，双方的三辩交替提问，下面由正方开始，（2）反方三辩提问正方一、二、四辩各一个问题，正方辩手分别应答。每次提问时间不得超过15秒，三个问题累计回答时间为1分30秒。（3）有请正方三辩针对质辩环节作出小结，1分30秒。（4）有请反方三辩针对质辩环节作出小结，1分30秒。
4、自由辩论
好，谢谢。经过刚才一番激烈的论战，我们比赛现场的气氛也在逐渐升温，双方辩手词锋交错，接下来，辩论赛将进入最精彩的自由辩论阶段，正反双方的八位辩手都要参加，辩论双方交替发言。双方都拥有四分钟的累计发言时间，在一方时间用完后，另外一方可以继续发言，直至本方的时间用完。由正方开始。
