《新标准英语》(外研社)(三年级起始用)Module 4 Unit 2 It’s a black dog.一、教学内容

《新标准英语》第一册第四模块以描述事物颜色为主要内容。本节课是第四模块的第二课时,主要学习描述事物颜色。

二、教学目标 1.知识目标

(1)能听、说、认读词汇:cat、cap、dog、now。(2)能听懂、认读和运用重点句子:It’s a 颜色 事物。(3)能把握课文结构,了解文本的基本信息。2.技能目标

(1)能运用所学的词汇cat、cap、dog、now以及句型it’s a +颜色+物品,介绍自己的物品。

(2)培养学生举一反三的拼词能力,提高仿读、仿说的能力。3.情感目标

感受色彩,享受美。4.学习策略目标

五、学情分析

三年级小学生的模仿力、求知欲和表现欲都很强,因此在教学中采用了灵活多样的教学手段,让学生在听一听、说一说、玩一玩、唱一唱、做一做中学习并掌握英语,从而激发学生对英语学习兴趣,培养其良好学习习惯,使学生乐学,且学有所得。

六、教学过程

[设计意图] 以一首学生学过的歌曲导入本课,让学生一起带着动作唱一唱,活跃课堂气氛,使学生愉快地进入学习状态。再通过老师的提问,引导学生积极参与学习活动,激活了学生已有的知识,又为后面的学习活动做了有效的铺垫。Step 2: Presentation and Practice 1.趣味游戏,导入文本

[设计意图] 对于单词cat的处理,采用了猜测的游戏,利用逐步扩展的图片信息激发了学生猜的欲望。学生各抒己见,大胆发言,调动了学习的积极性。强调字母a的发音,让学生初步感知拼读规则。这部分的学习为进一步学习描述物品颜色做好铺垫。2.层层深入的操练 课件展示:(1)a +颜色+cat 通过变换颜色操练(齐说、抽生)(2)cap的学习在上一环节,最后一个cat变成cap,引导学生拼读,再次强调a的发音。通过变换颜色进行操练。(3)dog的学习在一环节,最后一个cap变成dog,引导学生拼读,通过变换颜色进行操练。

(4)利用所学物品,通过变换颜色操练 a +颜色+物品(5)变换物品和颜色,过渡到句子的操练,速度从慢到快。It’s a +颜色+物品

[设计意图] 通过呈现不同物品,不同颜色,使学生积极思维,保持注意力。学生在层层递进的操练中学会了怎样描述物品的颜色,接着让学生在同桌间进行练习,操练遵循从易到难,循序渐进的原则。

Step 3 :Consolidation and Extension 1.magic games 操作方式:在课前准备好两个盒子,一个装色卡,一个装透明色的不同物品图片。教师先示范,请两个学生上台操作,其余学生描述。对答得又对又快那一组进行奖励。2.记忆游戏

操作方式:课件展示9件不同颜色的物品,让学生记忆,然后全部消失。对取得胜利的小组予以奖励。

尊敬的各位同仁:

大家好!今天我要说课的内容是PEP人教版小学英语三年级上册第四单元We Love Animals 的A部分 Let’s Learn与Let’s do,下面我将从以下几个方面进行说明:

首先来说一说教材内容。

本节课的核心内容是六个小动物rabbit, dog, cat, panda, monkey, duck。本教材以一幅活泼可爱的小动物音乐会的图片展示出来,图片中六个小动物各拿乐器,边走边演。这样的设计,一方面让学生乐于接受,另一方面又体现了各学科之间的融和,把艺术知识融入英语教学之中,使学生在学习英语的同时接受艺术的熏陶,同时让学生在和小动物相处的过程中,激发出热爱动物、热爱自然、保护环境的思想意识。围绕这一核心内容,课本相应地设计了一个“TPR(全身心反应)”活动——让学生模仿各种小动物的动作。这个活动节奏明快、动感强,学生乐于完成,所以说是一种很有效的巩固生词的方法。

再来说一说学生的情况。

本单元内容安排在教材的第四单元,经过前三个单元的学习,学生已积累了一定的语言知识,对于简单的日常用语都已经会说,而且已经会唱几首英语歌谣,所以说有进一步学习更多知识的愿望,这时学习同学们喜爱的动物的单词就很容易提起兴趣,且便于掌握。

接下来说一说教学目标。

首先是知识方面的目标:一是要使学生能听、说、认读本课时主要单词rabbit, dog, cat, panda, monkey, duck。二是要引导学生能听懂简单的指示语,并按照指令做出相应的动作,如:act like a dog等。

其次是能力方面的目标:即要培养学生观察、记忆的能力,从而提高他们听、做、说、读、写的能力,同时增进身体各部分的协调能力,及语言综合表达能力,这也正是新课标所提出的要求。

最后是情感方面的目标:本节课的目的主要在于培养学生乐于模仿、敢于开口、积极参与、主动请求的情感态度,使孩子们在完成学习任务的过程中感受成功,从而引发和培养他们学习英语的内在动机,最终使他们形成英语学习的积极态度。同时激发同学们热爱动物,保护自然环境的思想意识,并让孩子们在表演中培养合作意识和竞争意识。第四个方面要说一说这堂课的教学资源。

为实现教学目标,我充分发挥光盘播放的作用,选择性地利用光盘中的“小动物音乐会”的情景以及“Let’s do”“Let’s chant”等三个部分来不断调动孩子们的注意力,刺激他们的学习兴趣。除此之外,在单词教学中我还设计了多种方式进行巩固,让学生与学生之间,学生与老师之间能够充分配合。

第五个方面是教学重、难点的分析。

本节课的重点在于让同学们能听、说、认读六个有关动物的词汇——rabbit, dog, cat, panda, monkey, duck。难点主要有以下两个方面:一是 dog与duck的发音对比,(需要同学们仔细观察老师的口型,跟读模仿,个别矫正。)二是让学生能将这六个有关动物的词汇运用到简单的英语句子中进行表达。

而本课突破重点和难点的关键是结合低年级学生喜欢游戏的特点,通过let’s do的快速反应,把单调的知识溶进生动的活动之中,让孩子们在听、做、动的过程中,潜移默化地掌握知识,并灵活地运用所学句型进行表达。

接下来我要说一说这节课所运用到的教学设计、学法指导和教学手段。

首先,在教法设计上,为了顺利完成以上教学目标,更好地突出重点,突破难点,按照学生的认识规律,我采用了讲读、直观演示、愉快教学相结合的方法,层层递进,以保持孩子们强烈的好奇心和求知欲,进而促使他们由兴趣发展到产生要学好它的志趣。

其次,在学法指导方面,鉴于本课词汇的特点及学生现有知识水平,我选择引导同学们通过听、看、读、想、说来逐步引导学生学会表达动物名称,从而发展学生的语言思维和运用能力。同时,在整堂课的过程中贯穿多表扬、勤鼓励的理念,使不同层次的学生都有学习积极性,在知识上均有所提高。

第三是在教学手段的选用方面,我知道,教学不是简单的知识传授。为了不使学生感到枯燥无味,我采用形象直观的教学手段,使学生变苦学为乐学。在教学过程中启发、诱导学生思维,培养不同层次的学生大胆用英语交际的能力。

最后来说一说我这节课的教学流程。

第一步是Warm up(热身),走进教室,我首先让学生进行日常口语训练:教师先示范运用Good morning!/ Nice to meet you./Hello!I’m Miss Yang.What’s your name? / How are you? 等一些日常用语与学生进行交流,把学生带进学习英语的氛围中。

接着我播放歌曲Hello,让同学们在吟唱中复习旧知识,同时活跃课堂气氛,调动学生 的学习兴趣。然后我一边出示铅笔一边说:I have a pencil.引导学生也出示铅笔,说:Me too.接着播放这部分的录音,同学们边说边做,复习这一部分内容。这样,既提高了对知识的再现率,又为学习新知识埋下伏笔,使课堂教学以轻松活泼的形式开始。

我的第二步是Presentation(新课展示)。首先,我用一句导语,Today is Zoom’s birthday.Look, Zoom is so happy.Many friends will come to Zoom’s birthday party.Who are they? Now, let’s go and have a look.来引出本课的主线,然后采用“总—分—总”模式展开,先利用光盘中Let’s learn部分“小动物音乐会”的场景,让同学们整体感知要学习的六个单词,然后再跟老师一起学习这六个单词,并同步板书单词,及时利用多种方式进行巩固(在此过程中,我选择采用指名读,开火车读,分组竞赛读,齐读等多种方式)。然后运用句型“I have a „”让同学们操练单词,让他们在句中学词,以句带词,词不离句,这样,就能达到在旧语言中学习新词的目的,从而突破重点。另外,要强调dog和duck发音,这得要求同学们认真听,仔细模仿,以突破难点。最后再利用板书进行快认快读的竞赛活动,调动同学们各方面官能的参与,从而促进各个教学目标的实现。在这堂课的整个过程中贯穿竞赛的理念,对表现好的学生和小组进行鼓励。

我的第三个步骤是Consolidation(巩固)。众所周知,“TPR”活动深受孩子们的喜爱,节奏和动作能刺激大脑皮层,激活记忆,使学生在对各指令的反应中自然习得语言。因此我充分利用光盘中“Let’s do”部分的TPR活动来巩固生词,增强趣味性。本部分是先让同学们观看大屏幕,解读图意,跟做动作,然后听录音,跟读歌谣,这样边听边读边做,让学生全身心参与到活动中来。

除此之外,将课前热身歌曲Hello中的人名换成动物的名字,让学生进行操练,在歌曲中巩固所学单词,在乐中学,在乐中加强,提高了学习效率,也活跃了课堂气氛,有助于维持学生的兴趣和注意力。

最后一个步骤是Summary and homework(小结和作业布置)。首先让学生小结这节课学了什么知识,然后对表现出色的学生进行表彰,最后是布置作业以及提出下节课预习内容。

功能::谈论正做一件事时另一件事情同时发生.教学程序:

一.热身复习

教师在课前可以收集一些本班学生和老师在学校各项活动中的一写照片或者是录象资料,在开课时想学生进行展示。然后教师可以针对某个场景向学生进行提问。例如:“whatishe/shedoing?”,主要目的是引导学生回顾怎样描述正在发生的事情。

二、任务呈现与课文导入

教师告诉学生:“今天我们要来做一个“猜一猜”的游戏。我会邀请一名同学到前面表演正做一件事时另一件事情同时发生了。其他同学根据他的表演来猜一猜到底发生了什么事情,并且英语描述出来。现在我们先来学习课本。”

三、课文教学、请学生看SB第二单元活动1中的图,鼓励学生按照活动1中的例句进行描述。提示学生可以使用“be+v-ing”的句型结构进行描述。如果学生单独完成有困难,可以让学生进行讨论。教师进行现场指导。

2、然后请个别学生进行描述,等学生描述完,教师再播放录音。要求学生仔细听听自己的理解是否与录音中的一致。再次播放录音,要求学生进行跟读。强调“but”的使用,重点要求学生能识别单词star,dinner以及书写dinner。

四、任务完成、完成SB第二单元活动4。先请学生看活动4中的图片,让学生用现在进行时进行描述。然后提示学生画出自己想进行的活动,然后在与同桌进行交流。交流的形式可以参照活动4中的例句。

2、完成游戏“猜一猜”。请一名同学到前面表演正做一件事时另一件事情同时发生了。其他同学根据他的表演来猜一猜到底发生了什么事情,并且英语描述出来。例如:一名同学表演吃饭的情景,然后去开。其他同学根据他的表演可以说出:Xiaomingiseating,butthedoorbellisringing.教师对学生的表演要进行及时鼓励和评价。

五、课文学习

播放SB第二单元活动3诗歌的录音。引导学生根据插图来理解韵诗的大意。再次播放录音,请学生边听边跟读,也可以请学生进行现场表演。然后鼓励学生集体朗诵。

2、教师带领学生完成AB第二单元练习2,引导学生感受韵诗中押韵的单词。当然也可以请学生来谈论一下自己的梦。

六、课后作业、请学生完成AB第二单元练习1、2、3。如果课堂上有时间,教师可以先引导学生就这几个练习做一些口头上的表达,以便学生进行可后完成。

2、AB第二单元练习4和5可以作为课后阅读材料放手让学生自己进行阅读和练习。
