录用厨师

有个酒店的湖蟹很有名，每天都能卖出许多。这天他们要招聘一名厨师长，有两位厨师同时前来应聘，按常规，两人将各自上岗试工3天，等6天之后才决定聘用谁。

第一位试工的厨师很勤快也很有管理头脑，他除了自己带头外，还经常与其他厨师来一场“绑湖蟹比赛”。比赛时，包括酒店老板在内的所有入都为他娴熟的手脚所折服——他5分钟绑20只湖蟹，其他厨师最多绑12只！让老板更加满意的是，他懂得用比赛来提高大家的做事效率！之前他们5分钟最多只能绑10只。

接下来3天是另一位应聘者，同样的，他也懂得“竞争”的道理，所以每天一开始绑湖蟹他就号召大家来比赛，但是几乎让所有人都没有想到的是，这位厨师的动作并不快，然而他的喊声却很大，于是，这几乎成为了大家的笑料。

尽管如此，那位厨师却并没有觉得羞愧，他反而用更大的声音喊着一定要追上其他厨师，他拼命加快速度追，其他的员工自然也就拼命地不让他追上，直到第6天试工结束，他绑湖蟹的效率依旧落在那些厨师的后面。

很快到了决定聘用谁的时候，第一位厨师认为老板聘用的一定是他，酒店其他员工也都这样认为。但是当老板做出决定的时候，让所有人都怀疑是听错了——他录用了第二位厨师！作为一名厨师长，干活的效率竟然比手下的员工还慢，那怎么服众啊？

酒店老板说出了其中的奥秘：第一位应聘厨师虽然手脚很快，但由于他总是赢而让大家缺乏自信和动力。

而第二位厨师做事的手脚虽然慢，但他的“步步紧迫”逼迫着大家既兴奋又紧张地拼命加快速度，不让他追上，就在这追与进之间，每个人都在无意识中提高了劳动效率。接着老板让所有员工再绑一次湖蟹做试验，这次几乎让所有员工都意外——他们竟然每5分钟可以绑18只湖蟹了。

员工们没有想到的是——刚才在老板办公室里，第二位厨师已经当着老板的面绑过一次湖蟹，他的效率是每5分钟可以绑25只湖蟹。

对于我们学习实践部举行了好多活动，都是经过无数的努力和汗 水之后才获得圆满成功的，比如我们举办的课堂讲课比赛活动。学生课堂讲课演练比赛是数学系系学生系列活动之一也是学院“大学生科技节”与第二课堂活动的重要组成部分，该项活动旨在进一步提高本系同学的教师基本技能，给同学们一个锻炼和展示的舞台，更好的促进专业技能的提高。贯彻“以人为本”、“改革创新”的教学理念最终培养同学们良好的师德师风，练就扎实的基本功，实现本系同学课堂教学能力和就业竞争能。举行这活动我们的写策划书、通知、活动总结、公示、新闻稿等等，还有我们为了让活动井然有序进行，还得和老师学生讨论研究，只为举办的更好.在比赛中，各位参赛选手都能够运用不同的教学方法，把抽象的数学知识讲得生动、形象，课件更是别具特色,讲课具有一定的互动环节，能带动观众的积极性，真可谓各显风采。通过这次比赛进一步提高学生的教师基本技能，更好的促进学生专业技能的提升和对教材的理解。但同时也有一定的欠缺，就是有些参赛选手没控制好时间。在比赛过程中，学生会学习实践部的全体成员认真负责、安排得当，比赛进行得井井有序。主持人也能够把各个环节串联起来，把分散的部分有机地串成一个统一的整体。并且特邀请了我们系有名望、有经验的老师作为本次比赛评委。
