一.指导思想

以《英语课程标准》理念为准绳,以全面实施新基础教育为宗旨,以课题研究为抓手,以提高小学英语教学效益为中心,以提高教师专业化水平为目标,以课堂教学为主阵地,整合优质资源,为我校小学英语课改实验,为推进素质教育提供有效指导和优质服务,从而提高我校英语教学研究整体水平,努力构建有利于学生语言学习能力的发展的务实有效的小学英语课堂教学。二.工作目标

1、本学期重点加强课堂教学模式的研讨,确实提高集体备课的效率。

2、优化教学过程,提高教学质量。

3、积极创建优秀教研组。

4、积极参加市、区骨干教师评选,提高教师英语专业素养。

5、学生积极参加各种竞赛活动,力争在区、市获奖。三.工作重点

(一)建立学习制度,加强教师学习。

1、学习理论,转变观念,要继续深入学习《英语课程标准》,正确领会课标精神。要系统学习一些论著,如:《新基础教育》,提高自己的理论修养。

2、鼓励教师开展教学改革实践,边教边研究。要不断反思自己的实践,总结经验,提高自己的教学水平。以备课、上课和评课为切入口,强化同课异构和同课跟进的教学工程。

3、同时把个人的体会和经验变成文本材料--论文,用于交流和发表。这是提升实践经验的行之有效的方法,只有通过不断总结并撰写文章,才能使自己的感悟和体会理性化,才能真正内化为个人的内涵素质。本学期,要发动好、挑选好优秀论文参加区市级的论文评比。

4、教研组加强教研和学习内容的计划性、针对性,提高活动的实效性,把教研和学习的落脚点放在提高备课、上课的质量上,采取有效措施,提升教师自主进行教学研究的意识和能力。加强集体备课,相互听课、评课,坚持教师自我反思,在新课程理念框架下,形成个体行动理念。同伴互助,教师间相互帮助,互相学习,取长补短,共同进步,营造浓厚的“教研”氛围。提倡个人反思,写好课后反思与重建,不断总结经验和教训,努力探索新的教学方法使教学模式化向教学个性化转变,从而形成个人独特的教学风格。

(二)规范英语教学,全面提高教学质量。

1.认真备课,尤其抓好集体备课和快餐式备课。教案是教师实施教学的蓝本。要备好课,必须钻研课程标准,钻研教材,熟悉教材的内在联系和编写意图,目的要求和重点、难点;必须研究面对的学生,熟悉他们的已有认知和能力,让他们处在智力的最接近发展区;必须发挥组内每位教师的优势,充分利用各种信息,丰富教案;必须善于反思,不断总结课堂实践中的得失,优化自己的教案,使其更切合实际,从而更有效。以集体备课为抓手、以快餐式备课为保障,努力备好每节课,特别是校本研究课。

2.认真上课。课堂教学是所有教学环节的中心环节,小学英语课堂教学中要关

注学生的生活和情感,要关注情感态度和价值观的提升。获得语言知识和发展语言技能并不是基础英语课程的全部内容英语课程还要实现情感态度和价值观的目标,这一目标要求在英语教学中关注学生非语言目标方面的发展;要关注学生的学习过程。课堂教学要体现学生对知识的学习和掌握过程,语言活动过程要呈现逐步深入和上升的推进过程;要关注语言的运用。在上课的过程中结合校本研究的主题,更要关注语境的真实、自然;要关注活动的设计,更要关注活动的有效性。

3.认真批改作业。要切实减轻学生的过重负担,作业要精心挑选,精心批改,要求书写端正清楚,必要时应课上评讲甚至个别面批面评,订正要严格认真,一丝不苟。

4、认真组织考试。考后的评讲和分析必须有重点,有针对性,既要全面分析,又要个别指导,落实到每位学生。

5.认真组织辅导。做好提优补差,不放弃任何一位学生。教师要充满爱心,耐心细致地对待学习有困难的学生,制定切实有效的帮困措施并落到实处,鼓励他们树立信心,教育他们改进方法,促使他们进步。采取种种办法,通过多样途径发展学生的非智力素质,提高教学质量。

(三)加强常规管理,提高教研组的整体素质。

1、案例式集体备课、快餐式课前备课,为常态课质量提供保证

(1)针对课改以来出现的一些问题及老师们的困惑,在传统集体备课模式的基础上,要求对典型课例进行重点备课,本学期主要围绕课文A板块,结合英语组研究课题“小学英语课堂中情景创设预设的研究“展开教学研究,每位教师都要有“备”而来,同时结合课前的快餐式备课,将个人智慧融入集体智慧中,做到内涵延伸,外延拓展,整体把握,让课堂生成有更多的空间,也为常态课的教学质量提供了保证。

(2)实行课堂开放,坚持听课制度,同组成员推门听课,深入班级。加强考核,重点查备、改、辅三个环节,教师听课每月4节。听课过程中着重观察课堂中情景创设的预设的达成度和有效性,并在课后进行交流。

(3)以学科为单位拟定单元教学目标和期中、期末考试目标。学科实行单元过关制,作好质量分析。

(4)培优辅差要采取课堂内外辅导相结合的方式,学期初制定培优辅差计划,教师辅导须到位。

(5)培养学生良好的英语学习习惯,上课做好笔记,课后及时完成作业,认真做好预复习,指导学生掌握正确的预复习方法。

2、规范教学内容,营造氛围。一二年级利用校本课时间教授英语童谣、英语歌曲。全体英语教师要将生动活泼的英语课堂教学作为英语特色的重要内容之一,并开展丰富多彩的英语学科活动,坚持在各级各类英语竞赛中取得佳绩。

3、继续“同课异构”教学研讨活动。

4.积极参加校内外各项竞赛活动并及时报道。每位教师参加区级以上竞赛或论文评比、文章公开发表1次以上。

5.营造英语氛围,构建百小英语文化氛围的营造对于学习外语的人来说至关重要,因此在百小校园中将设置“英语”;在班级中呈现“英语角”“每日一词/一句” 等;同时我们将举办英语广播社团。通过多样化的手段营造英语氛围,促进学生有效学习英语,构建百小英语 文化。

(四).开展多彩的学生活动,促进学生和谐发展。

1、以汉英模块为切口,开展多种学习兴趣活动,激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣,使学生树立自信心,养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略,发展自主学习的能力和合作精神; 使学生掌握一定的英语基础知识和听、说、读、写技能,形成一定的综合语言运用能力。

2、通过开展阅读,对话等竞赛,培养学生的观察、记忆、思维、想象能力和创新精神;帮助学生了解世界和中西方文化的差异,拓展视野,为他们的终生学习和发展打下良好的基础。

3、通过举办百小第二届英语节,调动学生全员参与的积极性,营造英语学习的氛围,使百小学生在活动中学习英语,享受英语学习的乐趣。

三、具体工作安排 9月份:
