陈海英:刘老师的课亲切,活泼,有激情。课堂活动多,师生互动自然,收到很好的效果。刘老师的整堂可得授课过程和对课堂的整堂调控可见年轻教师的雄厚专业知识和能力。

李洁晶:刘老师上的是一堂引入课。通过从网上下载的录像,引出课题“水”,非常好。然后再到水的特征,水的循环,都挺好。但是最后一个讨论好像为时过早。这堂课的重点水的特征和水的循环可以再进行操练。

孙汉创:刘老师的课条理比较清楚,但是重点的内容还应加以巩固,操练。课题:Water 评课:

刘玥:陈老师的课是新课导入,通过一张卡通,与学生张开对话,自然引出本单元主题-----Water。师生互动多,学生积极而且反映良好。在电脑出故障不能使用课件的情况下,陈老师不慌不忙,沉着应付。可见平时常态课的英语教学扎扎实实。

2:文章内容较多,篇幅较长,建议分课时来上。

蒋老师这堂课执教的内容是仁爱版七年级英语下册Lesson 89.从执 教老师的说课中可以得知本堂课的性质是一堂复习课。学生在之前的学习中已经识记了一般现在时的结构以及“可数名词、不可数名词”的概念。本堂课的总体目标是通过创设各种情景,引导学生在交际中运用,使其理解以及尽可能掌握已学知识。

教学目标与教学内容方面,蒋老师通过对课标、教材以及学情的认真分析确定了本堂课的三维目标。教学目标完整、准确且无科学性错误。在课前,老师将上堂课的知识要点(即本堂课所要运用的句型)通过板书的形式写在黑板上。这样做不仅弥补了上节课可能由于时间问题导致的学生对所学知识层次感认识模糊的不足,同时也为本堂课节约了时间。在对学生语言能力的培养方面,老师坚持传授知识与能力培养相结合,通过创设不同的情景,让学生在真实的语境中去运用目标语言。尤其是从学生英语对话的衔接度、流畅度以及语速方面可以看出老师平时对学生口语能力的训练是严格而且有效的。情感目标方面:“通过了解同学的生活方式来增进友谊,树立健康观念。”是一个很好的设置。不过,老师在引导学生评价他人生活“好/不好”方面挖掘还有不足。事实上,除开对某些特定食物以及行为的基本是非观念,我们倡导的“健康观”的内涵更多是指向“适合每个个体的生活方式。”作为教育者,理应引导学生了解这一点,及时纠正学生认识上的偏差。在跨文化意识方面,某些学生“中国式”英语的表达反应出老师在平时的教学中对中西方文化差异的知识点涉及不足。

吴老师这堂课执教的内容是全日制普通高级中学教科书高一年级 Module 1 Dying to be thin.从执教老师的说课中可以得知本堂课的性质是一堂阅读新课。该堂课的重点是通过对学生阅读能力的训练进一步提高其表达能力,提升“健康观”。学生通过初中阶段的学习,已经树立了基本的健康观念。而本堂课的目标正是通过引导学生阅读活动,具体分析三篇与“减肥”有关的E-mail,从学生对文章中心思想的归纳得出对“健康”的正确认识。

教学目标与教学内容方面,吴老师通过对课标、教材以及学情的认真分析确定了本课的三维目标。教学目标完整、准确且科学性强。在读前,老师用PPT展示图片(即4个身材匀称,笑容灿烂的明星)并询问学生这些明星是否Looking Good.学生豪不犹豫的给出了肯定的回答,但其实他们已经暴露了大众“以瘦为美”的审美偏差。当然此时老师并没有指明这种偏差。而是继续深入,从“人为什么会变胖?”和“如何减肥”方面启发学生进行讨论。此时,学生已经能大致了解到本堂课的主题。但并没有发现老师已经在为后面揭示正确的审美观及健康观做了铺垫。单是一个导入,已经能够看出老师设计的缜密心思。到了读中,老师启发学生猜测题意,知道学法。第一封E-mail从指导读法,到引导归纳填表,再到帮助学生复述。期间通过结构式PPT图片设计拉出知识层次,帮助学生大胆开口表达,树立信心。第二篇E-mail采用精读教学,着重细节阅读,从更细的方面进行归纳总结,提升对学生能力的要求。第三篇E-mail采用问答法,通过老师提问推动阅读。此时学生回答已经不再有任何帮助,他们必须通过阅读前两篇E-mail学到的方法组织自己的语言进行回答。能力要求再次拔高,学生进行口头作文的训练。三篇阅读完成后,老师用练习进行巩固,题型直指高考,实用性强。最后,老师的教学由书本回归生活,再次展示一组与“读前”的“身材匀称,笑容灿烂”的明星完全不同的“身材肥胖,但笑容依然灿烂”的明星。首尾呼应,揭示“Feeling Good”比 “Looking Good”更重要的主题。学生的审美观和健康观在此时得到了升华。由此这堂课达到高潮,可谓非常精彩。

教学结构与教学方法方面,老师主要采用“链条式”的教学结构,层次分明,环环相扣,有始有终。以问答法和任务型教学法穿插教学。注重智能培养。不过,这样单一“链条式”的教学必须以学生精准的回答为前提。听课中我们不难发现,吴老师执教的这个班级中,语言能力较强的同学往往能近乎完美的命中目标答案,即使语言能力较弱的男同学,命中率也相当的高,这些都成为了老师顺利推动课堂进程的条件。所以,如果在更大的班级,或是学生语言能力水平差异较明显的班级。当学生说出的答案并非正确答案或靠近正确答案时。这种“链条式”结构如何发展下去就成了一个问题。在这一方面,执教老师并没有给出一个满意的回答。事实上,当有学生说出其他不一致的答案时,老师也只是一味强调标准答案,忽略不计。有时候还自己进行抢答。

It is true that we have experienced plunders by other nations, we have experienced wars. But based on such ruins, there still stand our nation China, unyielding and unconquerable.

An American tourist said:“ China has a long history of 5,000 years, but the US just has a history of 200 years. 5,000 years ago, China took the first lead in the world, but now it is the US that is leading. ”My heart was deeply touched by these words. Yes it is true that we are still a developing nation, but it does not mean we can despise ourselves. We have such a long standing history, we have such abundant resources, we have such intelligent and diligent people, we have enough to be proud of. I think we have enough reasons to say proudly: we are sure to take the first lead in the world in the future again, for the problem is big, but our ambition is even bigger; our challenge is great, but our will is even greater.

在推行新课标,崇尚新理念的今天,创新性学习已成为许多老师经常用的一种教学方式。的确,创新性学习有许多优点:可以充分调动大部分学生的学习兴趣,主动思考问题,解决问题等等。但是这样却很容易造成一个班上两极分化的问题,永远是学习好的一部分学生抢着回答,而差生保持沉默,如果学生不知道交流合作的话,永远达不到我们教学所预期的效果。案例:

在我接的一个班里,从前一年他们英语老师那儿了解到:班上有个叫Star的男生,性格非常地内向。英语学习一直以来都比较困难,成绩长期处于班级中下水平。他上课从不举手,有时被老师请到发言时,也是站在座位上一声不吭。时间久了,老师和同学们仿佛渐渐淡忘了他的存在,一堂课除了“开小火车”的练习,几乎听不到Star的声音。

面对这样一种状况,我一开始就给他一种关注,让他感觉到老师的关心和帮助。第一次英语课上,我在教“Look at me ,this is my head, this is my ear…”时,领读了几遍后让个别学生来读,并且有意叫到了Star,他开始不说话,我又给他读了好几遍,可他显然有点不耐烦,干脆说了一句:“我读不上来。”就不愿再跟读了。当时我真的有点尴尬,可转念一想,马上有了主意,于是我把全班分为两大组来竞赛,男孩一组,女孩一组。规则是:两人合作,其中一人随意指自己身体的一个部位,另一个人快速用this is your ….表达出来,如果表达正确,他的搭档就要重复一遍,如果不对,则要改正过来,可以拿上书。最后给说的单词多的组每人加一颗星,结果这一招还真灵验,每个小组都干劲十足了,互相分配任务,Star也非常积极地给他的同伴配合,我待同学们基本上都读了一遍后,看教育的时机已到,便说:“老师开始学英语时有很多句子也不会读的,但我坚持一遍又一遍地跟读,直到第十遍才终于学会。”接下来,我又叫了Star,请他读出“Look at me ,this is my head, this is my ear……”等句子,在我的鼓励下,他终于拾起了自信,鼓起勇气大声读出来了,虽然读得不太好,但我还是给予他“Excellent!”的最高表扬,并对其他同学说“Clap your hands!” 现象分析:

这是一个英语课堂中反复操练的环节,对于没接触过英语音标的学生来说,这个环节是必不可少的,然而却也是非常枯燥的。无论我们怎么优化这一过程,把他变成一场游戏或一场竞赛,仍避免不了反复地读、说与纠音。教学中,存在着学生接受能力的差异是很正常的,但我决不能让学生存在不想学的心理。对策:

在我的课堂中,我在设计合作活动时,更多地为像Star这样的孩子安排双人合作、小组合作等不同的形式进行活动。由于经常性地被老师请到在课堂中进行合作的活动,Star格外珍惜这样的机会。他在每次课前都能做到主动预习或复习,希望能够有更好的表现。我发现,渐渐的Star上课时的注意力比以前集中了,还常常主动跑到办公室,帮老师干些拎录音机、端本子之类的事。与同学的相处变得更加融洽,学习也主动和认真多了,一学期下来,Star竟然破天荒地得了一个“A”。课后反思:

在英语课堂教学中,教师需要更加关注这样的一些特殊学生,有意识地与这些学生进行合作表演。有时也可以有意识地与他们通过分工合作的方式,一起完成力所能及的小任务,让学生感受到老师对自己的信任。比如,课文表演的示范、一次采访活动等等,都能够让学生获得温暖与被重视的感觉,当然,“小组合作学习”只是一种新的教学手段,有了它,可以使我们的课堂更加精彩,促进、加快学生对新知的理解、掌握,帮助一部分学习差的学生尽可能多的融入课堂,从而掊养他们的学习兴趣。但它绝不是一把“万能钥匙”,我们不能不顾教材的特点和学生的实际,一味让学生去合作、交流,那就是滥用。滥用的后果只会导致学生思维的依赖性、等待性。我们还应该努力培养学生独立思考问题的能力,让他们成为会合作、会交流、有个性、有主见、会学习的新世纪的创新人才。

因此,在课堂教学中,教师应有意识地围绕教学内容,创设便于小组交流的情境,引导学生主动地、创造性地开展言语交际活动。小组活动时,教师应观察各小组的进展情况,启发和引导学生之间的互动,并适时地为学生间的言语活动提供语言、句式等方面的帮助。另外,教师还要有意识地组织小组学习成果的交流,如小组会话比赛、听力竞赛、单词接龙竞赛、段落记忆竞赛、快速阅读理解竞赛等,以增强小组成员间的合作意识和竞争能力。总之,教师一定要把握好一个度,只有在正确的教育和引导下,学生才能够真正学会在交流合作中成长。
