一、概述
备忘录是一种录以备忘的公文。在公文函件中,它的等级是比较低的,主要用来提醒、督促对方,或就某个问题提出自己的意见或看法。在业务上,它一般用来补充正式文件的不足。它的内容可以分为以下几项:
书端(Heading)
收文人的姓名、头衔、地址(Addressee's Name, Title, Address)
称呼(Salutation)事因(Subject)正文(Body)
结束语(Complimentary Close)署名(Signature)
二、备忘录写作注意事项
1、书端部分包括发文机关的名称、地址、发文日期,有的还包括电报挂号、电传号、电话号码等。许多机关有自己特制的信笺,在写书端时,其格式和标点符号的使用与一般信件的相同。
2、称呼从左边顶格写起,对一般机关、团体的负责人一般用 Dear Sir,对政府官员可用Sir。

正确是指信中所谈的事情要准确、具体,不用含糊抽象的词如:本月、明天等。清晰要求的是主题要明确,层次要清楚,让读者看后了然于心。简洁是现代英语发展的一大趋势。书信写作要做到行文简洁流畅,避免迂回冗长的长句,使书信尽可能写得明白清晰。书信交往,同样需要以礼待人。因而在写信过程中,要避免伤害对方感情,措辞上多多使用would, could, may, please等词,要自然得体,彬彬有礼。体谅对方也是写书信时要注意的一个原则。不能以自己为中心,要尊重对方的习俗爱好,即便是拒绝,也要委婉而不失去友谊。书信的写作也要注意格式,避免语法、拼写、标点错误,信中所引用的史料、数据等也应准确无误。

一、千万别罗罗嗦嗦
语言简练。对于求职者来讲,目的明确、语言简练是其简历行之有效的基础。如在教育背景中写相关课程,不要为了拼凑篇幅,把所有的课程一股脑儿地都写上,如体育等。这样不会有效,别人也没耐心看。
二、千万别搞错顺序
包括求职者的姓名、性别、出生年月等,与中文简历大体一致。第二部分为教育背景(EDUCATION),必须注意的是在英文简历中,求职者受教育的时间排列顺序与中文简历中的时间排列顺序正好相反,也就是说,是从求职者的最高教育层次(学历)写起,至于低至何时,则无一定之规,可根据个人实际情况安排。
三、切记把“技能”写清楚
在时间排列顺序上亦遵循由后至前这一规则,即从当前的工作岗位写起,直至求职者的第一个工作岗位为止。求职者要将所服务单位的名称、自身的职位、技能写清楚。把社会工作细节放在工作经历中,这样会填补工作经验少的缺陷。例如,您在做团支书、学生会主席等社会工作时组织过什么活动,联系过什么事,参与过什么都可以一一罗列。而作为大学生,雇主通常并不指望您在暑期工作期间会有什么惊天动地的成就。当然如果您有就更好了。
四、切记列举所获奖励和发表的作品
将自己所获奖项及所发表过的作品列举一二,可以从另一方面证实自己的工作能力和取得的成绩。书写上,奖学金一项一行。另外,大多数外企对英语(或其它语种)及计算机水平都有一定的要求,个人的语言水平、程度可在此单列说明。写作格式

一、应用文写作概述及借(收)条、通知的写作要领
1、开场白:
就业的老师们对已就业学员做过一项跟踪调查,调查发现:1+1学员进入企业的最初的3个月最为关键,这3个月表现怎样,公司同事、上级评价如何,将直接决定了是否在该企业成功就业(如期转正,在企业中逐渐成熟成长,获得认同,被企业重用),甚至今后在该企业是否有较好的个人职业发展。当然,是否成功在就业企业度过头3个月的试用期,有很多主客观的因素,但从反馈的1+1学员成功就业案例看,那些具备较强沟通能力、专业技术能力过硬(熟练)的成功就业学员(包括与就业老师、企业同事、上级),都能克服重重困难,度过3个月的试用期。
PPT2:(引题)通过调查还发现:因缺乏企业常用应用文的写作技能,导致就业走上岗位后,在日常工作中无法正常与同事、上司进行基本的书面交流,从而影响到上司及同事对自己的评价和认可,乃至影响自己未来在公司的发展的问题,在我们部分1+1学员身上不同程度存在。

1、标题:借据(条)的标题可以由两种方式构成:
其一,直接由文种名构成。即在正文上方中间写上“借条”或“借据”字样。
其二,在第一行空两格后写上“今借到”作为标题,而正文的其它内容放在下一行顶格
写其实这是一种省去标题的借据的写法。
以上借条病文中,改加“借条”标题,或空两格后写“今借到”作为标题;
2、正文:正文要写明下列一些内容:
首先,从哪里得到了什么东西,数量多少。要写出所借的钱物的数目及物品的品种、型号、式样、规格等。借出方也需写清楚。从单位借出的钱物要写上所为何用。
其次,写明归还的具体日期或大致时间,有较为复杂的情况,则要写明具体归还的方法。
以上借条病文中:没有写明向谁借钱、借钱金额是小写(应为大写金额)、无明确归还
日期,应该改正。(见范文)

通知病文分析:
通知一般由标题、正文和落款三部分组成。
(1)标题。通常有三种形式,一种是由发文机关名称、事由和文种构成;一种是由事由
和文种构成;一种是由文种“通知”作标题。
上文中标题“会议通知”也改为“关于召开年终总结大会的通知”。
(2)正文。由开头、主体和结尾三部分组成。开头主要交代通知缘由、根据;
主体说明通知事项;结尾提出执行要求。在写正文之前,要在标题之下、正文之上顶格写出
被通知对象的名称,在名称后加冒号,或将名称以“抄送”形式写于最后一页的最下方。
以上病文中,没有被通知对象,应增加“公司各部门:”或“全体员工:”通知对象不同,通知的语气不同。
(3)落款。写出发文机关名称和发文时间。如已在标题中写了机关名称和时间,这里可 以省略不写。

1、标题
“关于财务部配臵资料保险柜的申请”改为“财务部关于购臵资料保险柜的申请”或 者“关于购臵资料保险柜的申请”(见范文)。
“关于财务部配臵资料保险柜的请示”,修改:“关于移到“配臵”前,“配臵”改为 “购臵”。如果申请“配臵”,就不需要“购买”的10000元了。注:关于,介词。由其组成的介词结构,一般用来表示动作所涉及的事物或事物所涉及的范围。
2、主送单位
(1)按行政公文和党的公文要求,申请一般不直接送领导者个人,鉴于有些公司的管 理体制,申请可以直接送领导者个人。如上例“总经理”。
不能越级申请(如范文中武汉办事处向市场部申请)
3、正文
一般为请示原由+请示事项+请示结语,一事一请,一般不要多事合并。
上两例的“原由”:“ 为了加强对财务信息资料的管理”、“ 本公司成立至今已有一年 时间了,随着各个部门的建立,工作量的增加,人员的不断扩充,各类财务资料的收集、整 理及归档工作也逐渐走上正轨。为了进一步完善财务资料管理工作,加强相关财务资料的安 全性、保密性”,第一个为原由不力,第二个为语言罗嗦。
可改为:“随着资料的增加,我部门原有的几个资料保险柜已不够使用,为了规范资料 管理工作,便于资料的收集、归档、查阅,提高工作效率”。(见范文)
申请结语:申请书可以有结语也可没有。结语一般是表示敬意的话,如“此致 敬礼”等。也可写表示感谢和希望的话,如“请组织考验”、“请审查”、“望领导批准”等。
