在孩子的全面发展中，德育教育必须为先。对于小学生，性格发展还未健全，在激烈竞争的环境中遇到升学的压力，他们未必会进行情绪管理。而老师和家长要做的就是以孩子的德育为重，多发展个人兴趣爱好，建立自信心，培养良好的学习习惯。严子轶是学而美小学部的学生，他英语成绩名列前茅，曾获“希望之星”一等奖，参加过三届泡泡英语风采大赛，更是学校活动的主持人。在与记者见面之前，他刚主持完学校英语活动周的开幕仪式，也参加了英语智力比赛、词语接龙、英语知识大点兵等趣味英语活动。严子轶是一个典型的“活动能手”，他在各种比赛、活动以及培养特长中发展自己的道德智商，同样也培养了自己的学习习惯。今年的“希望之星”英语比赛严子轶闯入了深圳区的复赛，他每天都在准备复赛的演讲稿，他总结出演讲的一个套路，就是背诵大意然后找出关键词去进行记忆，是对演讲稿最好的诠释。进而，他也逐渐习惯用这样的方法去学习课本知识，背诵英语课文。才四年级的他已经显得礼貌干练，说话用词都很成熟“我觉得不管上什么课，在哪里上课老师都很重要。好的老师可以让我成为品质优良的人。”

他说“mandy是对我英语帮助最大的老师，她不仅教会我英语还教会我怎么成为品质优良的人。”虽然，你会不敢相信这是从一个四年级孩子嘴里说出来的“客套话”，但是它千真万确，王倩老师幽默风趣的教学法让他对英语的信息倍增，还让他觉得这26个英文字母很有趣。“不死板”的课程让他放开了心扉接受英语，玩转在26个字母中。

二部曲：奠定基础，超前学习

艾琳就读于荔园小学，一见面，就觉得这个孩子认真、好学，不善言辞的她总能在脸上看到羞涩的表情。“学而美K12的原版课程的阅读量大，词汇量也大，有助于扩大知识面。”据记着了解，他们学校每个月会进行一次月考，在全年级选取50名同学组织“小升初”的重点培优班，艾琳的学习成绩很优异，同时参加了数学和英语的培优班。而课外，她还报读了新概念的课程，平时也会自主练习七、八年级的听力，每周做一套“小升初”数学和英语的卷子。之所以要选择新概念的课外学习，主要还是想在超前学习的基础上巩固原有知识。王倩老师说：“很多学生在准备‘小升初’的考试时，一味向前走，并没有注意前后知识的整合。不稳固的基础知识，很容易让后面学习的新知识溃于蚁穴。”因此，她建议备考“小升初”的同学们可以先巩固小学学科知识再在有能力的情况下超前学习，学习是一个积累的过程，一个阶段的完备是另一个阶段知识学习的基奠，巩固基础才能稳步提分。

三部曲：从零开始，稳步提分 赵峙淳，是实验中学初二的学生，跟着王倩老师上“一对一”的课程。他的英语是初中开始从零学起的，由于小学英语基础比较差，一进入初中就明显感觉到差距。而他的进步，是从刚刚及格到年级第一，质的飞跃发生在了赵峙淳的身上。

这学期的期中考试，赵峙淳考得了年级第一，笑容洋溢在他脸上，是一种信念的荣耀光芒。刚来到王倩老师“一对一”班级的时候，他就喜欢上新东方课。对于他的薄弱基础，老师是从最基础的音标、单词、句子开始教的。课堂的针对性强，集中教学而王倩老师的讲课进程也比较快，因为也考验了赵峙淳的消化、吸收能力。但他确实学到了英语的学习方法，掌握了如何去学习和应用这么语言。在课堂上，他还可以获得自主解决问题的机会，掌控着学习的主动性让他更乐于学习英语，让兴趣成为最好的老师。赵峙淳还报考了初中托福的考试，“我就是觉得可以检测一下自己的英语能力，先试一下水的深浅。”他也逐渐开始挑战自己的英语水平，最难得的是他建立起了学习英语的自信心。

时光流逝，转瞬，十三个年头从我的生命中快步而去。时光的车轮又在我心头碾下一条深深的印记。我不禁问自己：回眸过去的十数载，我成长了吗？我学会了什么？

书，似乎是儿时最好的伙伴。那时的我还是茧中的幼蛹，想拼命挣脱束缚，飞向更广阔的天空，但无数个不知名的声音在告诉我：要想挣脱它，就要汲取知识，快快成长。看着满屋的小人书，那其中似乎有天使在吸引着我，每当我走近它们，我就迫不及待得抓起一本书，马上翻开，仔细阅读，拼着不认识的字，乐得直拍巴掌。每当临睡时，我总缠着妈妈给个我讲个故事，在婉转动听的故事声中安然入睡，那仿佛是最美妙的摇篮曲。那似乎是对书最浅淡的回忆了，就像犹太人在书上撒上蜂蜜，告诉孩子们书都是甜的似的。

过了许多年，我还是茧中的蛹，还在不停地渴望着去汲取知识。只不过，手中的书，眼中的字，嘴中的读书声都上了一个台阶。原来的小人书，上面有拼音注释的读本，渐渐地变成了中外名著——《三国演义》，《红楼梦》，《钢铁是怎样炼成的》„„我从书中读懂了许多，我也变得多愁善感起来。我曾为后主刘禅的无能而感到惋惜；我也曾为封建社会的传统思想而感到心酸；我还曾为保尔·柯察金一生的坎坷而深感不公„„我从书中学会了珍惜朋友间的情谊；学会了尊重老师的劳动成果；学会了理解与宽容他人。虽然我的目光还很稚嫩，但我已能分辨好坏；虽然我的理解还不太透彻，但我已能分析主旨；虽然我还未能进入最深的书海，但我已能主动阅读，独立思考。我要汲取更多的知识，直到飞向蓝天！

又过了很多年，虽然我还没有化蛹为蝶，但我已经学会了很多知识。语文老师教我如何理解课文；数学老师教我数与型的转换；英语老师教我如何学习外语；科学老师教我解题的技巧„„在这些过程中，书也陪伴我走过了十三个年头，不离不弃。虽然我还未能化蛹为蝶，但我相信蓝天终将属于我！我知道，未经历风雨怎能见彩虹？我的茧依然是重重的包袱，可它，记载着我奋斗的旅程！

我成长了！收起过往的种种，我可以自豪地说：“书，我成长的伴侣！”
