第二篇：是否提倡大学生自费出国留学

大家晚上好，很高兴在这里参加辩论赛，请允许我首先谢谢对方一辩感情丰富,慷慨激昂的陈词.但我却发现对方辩友在陈词立意等中有很多问题，首先，我方的观点是，不提倡大学生自费出国留学。观点如下：
很显然，此次辩题重点在于是否自费上，但是大学生自费出国留学存在诸多弊端，所以我方观点是不提倡大学生自费出国留学：
一、对于大部分的中国家庭来说，自费出国留学将给大学生的家庭带来沉重的经济负担。

三、国内高等教育体制正在逐步完善，资源更加丰富，与国外的大学的关系更加紧密，已能满足大部分人的需求，并且留学含金量逐年降低。

2、与国外大学的联系更加紧密（在国内也可学习国外大学的精品课程）。
3、留学含金量低。（可举国外大学教学质量参差不起、签证难度大大降低等例子，“海归”变“海带”）

据立思辰留学360介绍：对中国学生来说，德国留学最大的障碍是语言。由于大部分中国学生学习的是英语，感到德语授课难度大，因此大多数申请德国的学生会选择英语授课。然而德国留学英语授课的课程主要集中在硕士，且每个学校开设的专业不多，这为申请赴德留学增加了难度。
德国留学英语授课的专业数量相对较少，以理工科以及商科专业为主，包括工程学、计算机科学、化学、材料学、分子生物、工程物理学、农林科学、环境科学以及经济学与社会学等;文科专业则包括文化与社会学、对外德语研究、心理学等。由于英文授课的文科专业比理工科、商科少，因此建议想在德国学习文科专业的学生，努力在国内学习德语，提高德语成绩。否则将很难顺利完成在德学业。
从历年的申请情况看，赴德深造的学生，专业集中在理工科，且倾向于德国留学英语授课。而德国公立大学免学费入读的政策更刺激了赴德留学的热潮。
德国英语授课的一般来说就是MBA，授课时间理论上是两年。纯英文授课课程一般情况无须提供德福测试成绩，只需提供雅思或托福成绩即可。尤其是国际课程一定要有雅思或者托福成绩证明的，至少你在国内申请国际课程这是必须的!对语言要求一般是新托福82分以上、雅思6.0以上即可，这里提到的语言成绩是个基本录取要求。虽然说托福100分不一定就能上名校拿奖学金，但是从目前的一些申请经验来看，新托福75分是最低线要求82分才仅仅是被录取的希望，与此同时德国院校还根据当年的申请人数多少、申请人以往学习情况等指标进行综合评定，好的语言成绩只是让你更具竞争力而不是名校的保证书。如果相关专业申请人数不多条件肯定会适当放宽，反之亦然则申请条件也会水涨船高。注意：个别德国大学不同专业对IBT的各部分最低分也有最低要求，因此不要单纯看总分，总分并非代表全部，而有关详细的招收条件还需自己访问相关德国大学的网站做最终确认。
如果学生能够取得GRE成绩，会对部分理科专业的申请有所帮助。但是德国大学普遍对GRE的成绩没有强制要求。还想提醒同学们，如果对直接申请德国硕士没有十足把握，可考虑增加其他有英语授课专业的小语种国家，如荷兰、挪威等，以提高申请成功率。
