述职报告

沈莺,毕业于扬州大学历史系,本科学历。2000年任教于苏州市一中,至今工作已有6年的时间,现在就任职以来本人的工作情况作一简单汇报。

一、教学工作方面

自参加教育工作以来,一直站在教学第一线。遵守“教学六认真”,认真工作。曾先后担任高

一、初一至初三等各年级的教学工作,现任初二年级历史与社会备课组长。2003年参加苏州市初中青年历史教师评优课比赛,获二等奖。注意学习多媒体技术,于2004年制作课件《乡土乡音》在苏州市历史与社会学科课件评比中获二等奖。在工作之余,还参加干将史学社的活动和《干将》杂志的编辑。

二、班主任工作方面

工作以来,认真做好副班主任及德育岗位的工作,曾担任过年级组长助理,协助处理年级里的各项事宜。现担任初二(9)班的班主任,所带班级在学校组织的各类活动中获奖,班级成绩较优秀。

三、教科研方面

在教学过程中,注意总结和思考,撰写论文。多次在《干将》杂志和《草桥研究》上发表论文。其中《师生双向互动,共同打造美好课堂》获2002“师陶杯”教育科研论文优秀奖。《从汉族发式看中国历史》、《从汉族服饰看中国历史》都获苏州市历史学会、苏州市教研室论文评比二等奖。《孩子,别怕,慢慢来!》一文收入《校园里的守望》一书,由苏大出版社出版。本人还积极参与《新课程下历史与社会课堂教学模式的构建》课题的研究。

四、双语教学方面

在做好上述几方面工作的同时,还积极参加继续教育。为了顺应双语教育的大趋势,于2004年7月参加由江苏省教育厅组织、教育学院举办的中学骨干教师省级培训引智英语学科学习,并于2004年10月被聘为苏州教育国际交流协会和苏州市第一中学联合举办的外教英语班辅导教师,并承担学校安排的双语教学工作。

五、传帮带工作

分别于2003年、2004年、2005年多次指导苏州大学、苏州科技大学和南京师范大学实习生教育、教学工作。

中高蔡军的述职报告

我1996年从苏州大学毕业,进入苏州市一中成为一名物理教师,现担任草桥实验中学物理教研组长、苏州市一中党委初三年级党支部书记。自参加工作以来,我能始终兢兢业业、刻苦奉献,以高度的责任心,严谨的工作作风和良好的思想素养,热爱、关心全体学生,对学生的教育能够动之以情,晓之以理,帮助学生树立正确的人生观、科学的世界观,用自己的行动去履行一个人民教师的职责。10年来,我在教育教学、教育科研、指导青年教师等方面均取得了较为突出的成绩。2000年我考取上海师范大学攻读教育硕士, 2004年我顺利通过论文答辩并被授予硕士学位。2001年,我被评聘为中学一级教师。我能认真履行聘约,年终考核全部合格,并且在2005年年终考核被评为优秀,且受到嘉奖。

多年来,我始终以旺盛的精力、饱满的激情从事着教育教学工作。在担任班主任工作期间,我能狠抓学生的思想工作, 善于与学生交流,促进学生健康成长。配合学校做好各项常规管理,使整个班级工作到位、有序、高效,所带班级多次被评为文明班级。2003年接手初三(7)班班主任,该班原先比较混乱,学生成绩较差,我通过和学生座谈和对学生家庭进行走访,从思想上扭转了混乱局面,班级面貌有了很大改进,中考中也考出了令人满意的成绩。在教学方面,我能准确把握新课程标准的要求,深入研究教材,制定合理的教学目标,把各种教学方法有机地结合起来,充分发挥教师的主导作用,以学生为主体,力求教学由简到繁、由易到难、深入浅出、通俗易懂。我十分注重提高教学技巧,讲究教学艺术,突出强调师生互动,我能努力让学生学得比较轻松,让学生轻松自然地理清物理知识的脉络,取得了很好的教学效果。在辅导学生竞赛方面也取得了较好的成绩。自工作以来,我每年辅导的学生中都有多人次获得省一、二等奖和苏州市一、二、三等奖,为学校争得了荣誉。

工作之余我能积极参加各类进修学习,除了学完研究生课程外,我还非常关注教育教学动向,不断接受继续教育,不断丰富自己的理论水平,从而有利于指导自己的教育教学实践。我不但胜任初高中各年级的物理教学,而且能将教育教学心得整理成文。2002年我参与编写由苏州大学黄辛隐教授主编的《初三年级心理教育》教材,我撰写其中的第七课《学思结合促发展——理清脉络,见物思理》,教材已由南京师范大学出版社出版。2003年,我受中央电化教育馆委托,参与 “利用优质教育资源支援西部教育”系列电视教材的组织和指导工作,我进行了上课和评课,教材面向西部地区播出后,广受好评。2004年,我顺利通过上海师范大学硕士论文答辩,被授予教育硕士学位。另外,我先后撰写多篇论文,其中《从〈德国综合理科〉谈个体探究学习》、《贯彻新课程精神 提高教师和学生的探究能力》先后发表在《物理教学探讨》等杂志上,《批判性思维能力及其在物理教学中的培养》、《研究性学习呼唤研究型教师》等论文获得省市级论文评比二等奖。我送交评审的三篇论文也获得两篇良好、一篇合格的较好成绩。

作为教研组长,我能够积极配合学校,狠抓教学常规管理,带领全组教师深入研究课堂教学方法,以求大面积提高教学效率。我组共14位物理教师,12人年龄在35周岁以下,青年教师能否健康快速地成长事关学校发展大计。因此,我发动组内的中老年骨干教师做好“传、帮、带”工作,我自己通过不断地学习,努力把准教研组教研重点和教研方向,精心指导青年教师,促进教研组和谐健康地发展,促进青年教师更快地成长。几年来物理组各位教师在各级各类的考试、评比中都有较佳成绩,受到了同行和上级领导的好评。我特别注重对我组青年教师的培养,担任教研组长这六年来,我能以身作则,在工作和生活中严格要求自己,我要求青年教师做到的,我自己一定首先做到。我跟我组的青年教师承诺,我的每一节课都对他(她)们公开,欢迎他(她)随时来听课。在我们全组教师的共同努力之下,我组的各项工作都在顺利地开展,我们的青年教师也正在逐步站稳讲台并开始崭露头角。

综上所述,我已在教育教学、教育科研等方面取得了一定的成就,初步具备了中学高级教师任职资格,所以我申报中学高级教师职务。在今后的工作中我要继续努力,鞭策自己不断学习新的教育理论,提高业务水平,更好的发挥自己的作用,为人民的教育事业、为学校的发展作出新的更大的贡献。

Teaching aims:

protection.• It is a famous tourist attraction and will remain a popular sightseeing destination.[Explanation] 学生在这一环接主要通过理解阅读材料的篇章结构,明白介绍一个佛教圣地该重点介绍哪几个方面及该类文章的基本结构。然后通过一系列的课堂活动如回答问题、缺词填空、图片演示等活动,学生对白马寺在这几个方面的信息有了基本的了解。这一部分照理可以不用让学生把重点放在理解文章上,但是目前很多学校在Project 的教学中往往会把其中的文章当做阅读理解来上,那这样的设计可以既满足这一类学校的需求,同时也兼顾到需要学生完成Project的预设任务的学校的需求。建议第二类学校在使用该教案时,可以把分段理解省略(u对应的幻灯片为16-31),直接进入本教案的第三部分。但这对于基础弱的学生来说,没有了对阅读材料的的理解,要完成Project的预设任务就会觉得无从入手。(课本62-63页的文章,本身就是写一份相关报告的示范样本,所以建议不要轻易把分段理解部分删除)。

学校安全管理第一责任人述职报告

安全工作是关系到人民生命财产的大事。学校是培养二十一世纪人才的摇篮,学生是祖国的未来、民族的希望。学校安全工作直接关系着学生的安危、家庭的幸福、社会的稳定。因此,做好学校安全工作,创造一个安全的学习环境是十分重要的,做好学校安全工作也是完成上级交给的各项工作任务的基础,作为学校安全工作的第一责任人,我一直十分重视学校的安全工作。

一、规范管理,完善制度。

学校安全组织机构健全,安全工作责任制度健全,责任明确。学校成立了安全领导小组,由我任组长,方妙辉主任为副组长,各班主任老师任组员,层层负责,责任落实到人。学校还与各年级签订好《学校安全责任状》,做到不定期检查和随时检查相结合,并建立了安全考核奖惩细则及安全工作制度。安全管理做到了网络化,保证了我校安全工作扎扎实实地开展。

二、加强领导,居安思危。

本着对党的教育事业,对学生负责的态度,从维护人民群众的根本利益,维护社会稳定,政治稳定的高度出发,增强抓好学校安全的使命感、责任感。学校领导在安全工作上齐抓共管,严格执行学校安全工作规定,讲安全、抓安全,将事故消灭在萌芽状态之中。我校每月定期召开一次安全工作会议,布置下一月安全工作的重点任务,并指定专人去检查落实安全工作。例如我校基础条件差,学校围墙时有

腐蚀断裂;教学楼部分开关老化;教室的钢窗由于油灰老化,时有玻璃脱落等进行重点维修和及时更换,从而铲除了不安全隐患,避免了不安全事故的发生,确保正常的教学秩序和师生的生命安全。

三、宣教结合,提高素质。

我校始终把安全工作放在首要位置,逢会必讲安全,事事讲安全,对上级安全会议精神和文件都能做到及时传达,结合文件精神制定切实可行措施,认真落实。假前总要对教职工,尤其对学生进行安全教育。学校各项活动也强调安全,事前必先进行安全教育,并指定专人负责。由于加大了安全工作的力度,使得我校安全工作开展得扎实有效。

今后我们将进一步加大安全工作的力度,学校安全涉及面广,学校、家庭、社会必须密切配合、通力协作,我们将动员社会力量,齐抓共管,净化外部环境,搞好学校周边治安秩序,建立切实可行的学校安全防范体系,使学校安全工作进一步经常化、制度化、社会化,开创我校安全工作的新局面。
