物主代词
表示所有关系的代词叫做物主代词。
物主代词分为形容词性物主代词和名词性物主代词两种。 物主代词有人称和数的变化。
第三人称单数的物主代词还有性的变化。
1.形容词性物主代词

浅谈人称代词和物主代词教学
人称代词和物主代词始终是英语教学中的一个难点,而这个问题又贯穿初中英语学习的整个阶段,所以它是一个不容忽视的重点。一旦最初学不到位,会始终对此内容感到惶惑,频繁出现错误的使用。
在小学阶段陆续出现过一些人称代词和物主代词,学生对此会有些印象。如Let’s go.中的us,Mr.zhang is our English teacher.中的our,但那些是单独的,个别的出现在句子中,而到了七年级,教材则要求学生全面了解,提升到语法的高度。
一、人称代词
人称代词的教学应该从句子成分教学插手更易为学生接受。先使学生了解什么是主语、宾语、表语,再按照主格作主语、宾格作宾语的语法要求去应用于句子之中。
首先,学生必须记熟所有的人称代词,并分类记忆,使学生对人称代词的主格和宾格有明确的认识:主格和宾格分工不同。比如,一个“我”在英语中的两种形式:I 是主格,作主语,经常放在句子的开头(七年级的学生还是比较在乎单词要放在句子的什么位置,这样讲更直接,学生接受起来更容易些);me 是宾格,作宾语或表语,经常放在 be 动词或实意动词之后。

(一)什么是第三人称?
对于七年级学生来说,这是他们非常头疼的一个问题。他们常常把my father,your mother 看成第一、第二人称,所以不妨给学生一个简单的定义:
不是“我”,也不是“你”,就是“第三人称”。
My father 翻译为“我爸爸”……这样来问学生,“我爸爸”是“我”吗?(不是),“我爸爸”是“你”吗?(不是)……不是“我”,也不是“你”,就是“第三人称”(he)。同理,this desk 不是“我”也不是“你”,就是“第三人称”(单数it)……these trees不是“我”也不是“你”,就是“第三人称”(复数they)
(二)记忆第三人称的人称代词:
要让学生们清晰正确地使用这些单词,就像就学第一人称第二人称一样,持续不断地告诉学生“主格作主语,宾格作宾语”,再加上一些“第三人称的人称代词”的专项训练,他们就驾轻就熟了。
这时,可以把记忆歌诀告诉他们:人称代词分主宾,动词前后两边分。
主格常放动词前,宾格置于它后边。
句子成分来区分,主语主格宾格宾。
