暑假里，安阳幼师学校组织我们英语教师进行了集中培训，共为期两周的英语培训落下了帷幕，在这紧张、充实而又快乐的半个月里，我感受了很多，也学到了很多，这次培训使我受益匪浅，培训的内容给了我教学上很大的帮助，听了专家教师的理论指导，也观看了一些教学实例，亲身体验了一些活动，让理论联系了实际，使得我更深刻、更透彻的领会了老师所讲的内容。

通过培训，给我们英语教师提供了相当不错的学习机会，专家分别为我们呈现了他们的精彩；也为我们解决了教学中的疑难问题，经过培训，受益匪浅的我，感触很深。在学习中，我觉得在教育教学方面收获很多。有很多值得我学习借鉴的东西。下面谈一谈我学习的一些心得体会：

为我们进行精彩讲座的老师们，他们的热情始终感染着我，特别是听到那位安阳师院的老师会唱那么好听的英文歌曲，精彩的英文歌曲赢得了参与培训教师的阵阵热烈掌声。她的活泼与热情是我们教师应该学习的，平时因为课节多和学生的学习环境的原因很少学习英文歌曲，所以很佩服这位老师能唱那么多英文歌曲，在今后的教学中我一定充分发挥英文歌曲在教学中的积极作用。作为一名英语教师，加强学习，善于学习，提高自身的整体素质是很重要的，而且我们要把学到的知识应用到教学实践中去，一步一个脚印。

讲座的是那几位优秀教师和专家，他们也为我们详细讲解了教学环节方面的内容，让我们认识到自身水平的差距，通过观看优秀的教学片断，我学到了很多好的教学方法，相信下学期我会将之用于教学之中的。在听完如何上好一节英语课的讲座中，我明白教与学这个双边关系中，教师要培养学生的学习兴趣和良好学习习惯。古人云：“温故而知新”。这就要求我们每一位教师要把“短时高频率”作为教学的一个注意事项。英语教师要合理利用有限的时间帮助学生预习新知和巩固复习，不断提高课堂教学的有效性。我们不仅要加强提升自身的专业素养，提升个人魅力。还要不断反思，要想从工作中不断提高自己的教学水平就少不了这个环节；不断的反思、改进。教师职业没有最好，只有更好。在不断的反思与积累中获得属于自己的经验与方法，并且能将这种方法深化为一种理论，这便是做一名教师的最高境界了。

一、重新认识了自我

通过学习使我的思想有了一个新的转变，作为一位英语教师，必须具有渊博的英语知识，熟练的操作技能，良好的思维品质，在英语的探究过程中，教师不再把英语知识的传授作为自己的主要教学任务和目的，也不再把主要精力花费在检查学生对知识掌握的程度上，而是成为学习共同体中的成员，在问题面前教师和孩子们一起寻找答案，在探究英语的道路上教师成为学生的伙伴和知心朋友。

二、对英语课堂教学有了新的认识

通过听专家教师教一些教学技能，我对英语课堂教学也有了一个新的认识，英语课以语言对象，强调以任务入手，放眼看周围世界，培养学生的英语能力，这个就是知识点。在教学总体目标上注意兴趣，体验成功和培养自信；在课程实施上注重创造学习环境和提高学习效率；在教学模式与方法上注重参与实践和创新发展；在语言教学的目标上，注重培养语感和交际能力；在教学评价上，注重运用激励机制和多元评价。英语教师应具备的听、说、读、写、译的教学技能，给英语教师指明的努力的方向，明确了作为一名合格英语教师应具备的基本素质。

三、英语基础知识和基本技能有了一次质的飞跃

在这次基础知识专业的培训中，对我来说无疑又是一个莫大的收获。语音、听力、口语、写作对我的英语水平有了一个很大的促进。尤其是语音课，对指导学生如何正确发音，较清楚地了解如何教学生的英语发音，真是大有收获。通过学习一些英语小游戏（如：20 questions, last letter first, Hangman, Around the world nouns，simon says等），听了老师的指导后，我才知道游戏设计环节中要设计出高层次的活动，让学生在玩中学，学中玩。能通过游戏，学到实质的东西。语言学习只有在有意义和有目的的活动中才会发生。通过外籍教师的精心讲解，让我了解了如何较好的进行英语的听、说、读、写的教学，我们的英语教学法让学生有较沉重的压力，而不会感到学习的快乐，事实上每一项能力的教学都可以教得非常有趣。外教的做法让我很受启发。很多时候我们的学生不愿开口说英语是因为没有安全的语言环境。强调词汇和语法知识使教师经常当众打断学生的发言，让学生觉得很尴尬，长此以往，学生就不愿当众用英语交流了。因而，要提高学生的听说能力，首先要给学生创造一个安全的语言环境。在安全的语言环境，教师注重交流的内容而不是词汇和语法的正确性。利用自我纠错能力，学生在不断的交流中就能提高听说能力了。只有在不断的练习中，学生的口语能力才会不断的提高。

四、对教材的把握有了一个整体的认识

作为一线教师，我知道了怎样的课才算是一堂好课，包括师生互动，学生主体等，但我觉得关键还有对教材的把握，通过培训，使我明白了，我要用教材教学生，而不是教教材，可以创造性地使用教材，围绕课标可删可增，另外要锻炼学生的实践能力，也就是听、说、读、写的能力，也就是说在课堂中，Pairwork和Groupwork部分不但要练，还要让每一个学生都能参与其中，勇于张口，使课堂气氛活跃而有秩序，让学生都能找到自己的定位，真正喜欢上英语课堂。

作为一线英语教师，通过这次培训感到肩上的担子更重了，非常感谢能给我这样一次学习的机会，我会加倍努力，在以后的教育教学中勤于思考，善于分析，尽早成为一名优秀的英语教师！
