为了同学们在即将来临的英语四级考试中取得更加优异的成绩，为了同学们适应四级考试流程并且轻松地应对考试，理学院学生会英语学习部决定请外国语学院老师来我院进行四级方面的讲座。同时希望同学们在这次讲座中认识到学习方面的不足以及如何去备考四级，更加努力的投入英语的学习中去。

活动对象：10级，11级以及09级英语未过的全体同学

活动时间：周日上午

活动地点：理科楼

活动流程：

1.前期准备：

（1）由戴主任出面请外国语学院老师来我院讲座并预约时间。

（2）申请教室，并且在理科楼以及各宿舍楼栋下贴出通知和海报。

（3）英语学习部委员通知各班英语学习委员时间、地点告知各同学参加。

2．考试具体安排：

（1）讲座开始前两个小时，英语学习部负责布置会场。

（2）考试前半小时，英语学习部负责接老师。

（3）英语学习部负责会场秩序。
