Good morning.My name is TANG.I am honored to be here to get the opportunity to become a potential member of 12 Metallurgical Construction Co., Ltd., in color.I was born in Anhui Province.And I passed four years campus life in Anhui Institution Architecture and Industry University study.I participated in lots of school activities and social practice during my four years of campus life.And the experience did a good job to improve the skill of communication and enhance the ability of organization.Also, my sense of team spirit is developed.I’m a person who likes challenges.That’s all.Thank you.Why did you choose your school for your bachelor’s degree?

It is famous for Engineering and Technology mainly;Architecture is the most competitive advantage majoring.It is beneficial to have a search in engineering.In the past four-years campus life, in this school I love engineering and I got another degree on engineering.All professional is provided with architectural features.Why did you choose your major for your bachelor’s degree?

“After high school, I happened to choose marketing, after a certain period of time, I soon found me have deep affection for the project;I believe the project is what I prefer to do.”

I have a goal: “I always like engineering work.I set a goal to go to engineering schools.I like the technical work, prefer engineering, I would like to engage in an answerable job.”

In the four years of university, I learned another profession construction management.I think I can do it.Why did you choose your school for your master’s degree?

Wuhan Textile University is a mainly engineering science institution;multidisciplinary Science, Engineering and Technology, arts, economy, management, etc.coordinating the development of the college and university.I hope to have a higher qualification in Engineering and Technology degree, in order to make better and go farther in Engineering.Why did you choose your major for your master’s degree?

After my bachelor’s degree was complete I felt there was still so much more to learn yet I want to get a master’s degree and “learn more.” I have soon completed the

master’s program and I have really enjoyed the program and my professors.My master’s degree is management science and engineering, science and engineering degree awarded at master’s graduation.What do you hope to do with your major?

I would like to make some contribution to engineering.I have goals to move up in the company but I understand that “the most important thing is to do an excellent job in my current position.When I do that, the future will take care of itself.”What are your strengths(Strongest Points)?

My favorite work is construction work.Even I can’t fell tired when I am interested in something.I am self-confidence, self-discipline, responsibility, pay attention to team spirit, and hard working.Although I don't have enough work experience(only one year), I am not afraid of tired.I can use my heart and sweat to accumulate more and more experience, improve my ability in society, I have confidence and ability to do this job

I have a certificate of construction division.It was awarded in2013.Although we can not prove how important it is, but at least I have to pay.What are your weaknesses(weakness points)?
