一般来说，公证书翻译为“Notary Certificate”。要注意，切忌将公证书翻译成“Notarial Certification”。

2.公证词翻译应忠实于原文（Conformity）
在结尾方面，中国公证书一般为“特此证明”，翻译为“It is hereby certified”。
而外国公证书结尾一般为一段宣誓这类的语句，如“In Faith and Testimony whereof I have hereunto set may hand and affixed my Seal of Office this10th December 2008”。这段公证词翻译成中文比较费解，一般来说采用意译更符合中国国情，翻译成“我宣誓，上述公证属实„„”。特别注意，英文公证词结尾在描述日期上不使用“on”这个词。
三、涉外公证书的落款
涉外公证书翻译落款须注明：

第四篇：司法局公正处“三农”调研报告
一、公证处服务“三农”的现况
（一）公证作为一项预防性的司法制度，在保护自然人、法人和其他组织合法权益、预防纠纷、减少诉讼方面起着独特的作用。近年来，我国不断重视农村繁荣、农业发展和农民增收，以促进社会稳定、国家富强。公证作为法律服务的一部分，在服务“三农”改革与发展方面起到了积极的作用。自至4年间，勐腊县公证处办理的主要涉农公证大多数为土地承包（租赁）、林地承包、集体土地发包竞标现场监督等几种事项，基本没有新型的涉农公证事项。农林牧副渔业承包公证事项372，收费115588元；农林牧副渔业承包公证事项169件，收费98750元；农林牧副渔业承包公证事项95件，收费75658元；农林牧副渔业承包公证事项39件、农村集体土地发包竞标现场监督1件，收费50340元。
（二）公证在服务“三农”的过程中也存在着一定的问题。一是因为考虑不到公证服务“三农”的社会效益及长远利益，所以未能主动抓住服务“三农”的有利契机，积极投入农村市场，拓展公证服务领域，改变服务模式，还在依然固守等人上门办证的老一套。二是公证法律效力宣传力度不够。
二、公证服务“三农”现状的成因
公证作为一种预防性的司法制度，是国家法律制度的重要组成部分，农村中长期以来形成的对法律权威和法律信仰的淡漠直接导致了对公证意识的缺失，很多农民甚至不知道“公证”是什么，遇到问题想不到公证，对公证的作用不了解，即使想公证，也是“怕麻烦、怕花钱、怕没用”，因此，目前涉农公证的农村土地承包经营权转包和出租的过程中，大多数农民签订了书面合同后，不会想到办理公证。
三、勐腊县公证处服务“三农”的主要做法和经验
（一）建立常规宣传制度，组织公证人员利用节假日走进农村、社区开展公证法律服务。采用法律咨询、发放宣传单、宣传手册之外，举办公证知识讲座、知识竞猜等方式逐步在农村、社区营造浓厚的公证氛围，重点宣传《公证法》及《农村土地承包法》、《土地管理法》、《村民委员会组织法》、《劳动法》、《劳动合同法》等涉农法律法规，让农民了解公证知识，认识公证的作用，知道怎么运用公证来维护自己的合法权益。为拓展公证工作的发展空间打下了良好的基础，为社会主义新农村法治文化建设出一份力。
（二）建立“上门联系、上门受理、上门办证、上门送证”的“上门服务、就地办证”机制，节省农民的劳动时间，使农民不出村便可享受优质的公证服务。
四、公证服务“三农”问题的意见和建议
（一）加强涉农法律法规学习，提高公证员服务“三农”水平。针对农村工作的实际和对公证服务的特殊要求，公证人员必须加强对涉农法律、法规和其他相关政策的学习力度，努力提高公证服务
“三农”质量和水平、最大限度地满足当事人的需求，用优质高效的服务让农民朋友满意。
（二）加强与相关部门的沟通联系，不断拓展涉农公证证源。积极主动与农业局、基层司法所等部门联系，及时了解掌握涉农公证信息情况和群众期望办理的有关公证事项，不断拓展涉农公证证源。
（三）公证人员要进一步对农村情况进行调研，关注农村政策、实际情况的发展、变化新农村建设过程中涉及的社会热点、难点问题，了解现状、分析原因、寻找对策，从中了解农民对公证的需求所在，立足新农村建设发展，找准农村公证工作的突破口。通过对农村集体土地发包竞标现场监督、土地承包经营权流转所涉及的合同公证等公证事项逐步介入，让农民切实了解公证带来的好处。
