1995年设立了第一个驻外办事处（杭州办事处）。1996年设立了天津办事处，上海办事处。1997年设立了无锡办事处。

1999年设立了广东东莞办事处。企业进行了第三次扩建，厂区面积扩大了五千余平方米。厂房面积3000平方米，生产能力又扩大了五倍。

2000年被中国线缆行业设备用户监督委员会评为质量信得过产品和定点生产单位。

2002年企业更名为：“山西天祥机械有限公司”，建立和聘任全国六大片的区域经理，从此公司销售和服务网络覆盖全国。光杆排线器第三代产品投入批量生产（采用德国标准，外壳为铝型材结构）。
