今年，高考英语作文评分共分7档。评分时，先根据文章的内容和语言初步确定是否达到及格线，根据百分制计算，英语作文的及格线是18分。

第一档是极优档，30分。标准为：书写规范；覆盖所有要点，内容充实；词汇丰富，有修辞意识。第二档是优秀，26分至29分。标准为：紧扣主题；覆盖所有要点，内容充实；语法结构多样，词汇丰富，显示出较强的语言运动能力；语言小错不超过4个。第三档是良好，22 分至25分。标准为：紧扣主题，覆盖所有要点，内容较充实，语言有少量错误，但基本不影响意思表达。第四档是一般，18分至21分。标准为：紧扣主题，基本覆盖所有要点，能够表达基本内容；语言错误已影响了部分意思的表达，但多数句子基本正确。第五档是较差，13分至17分。标准为：内容不完成，要点不全，行文不连贯，语言错误较多，多数句子基本正确。第六档是差，6分至12分。标准为：内容混乱或主要内容偏离主题，能够写出少数与内容相关的可读句。第七档是极差，0分至5分。只能写出与内容相关的词语，没有有效信息；抄写其他文章或只写出与作文无关的内容。

极优档：30分 上档（18分—29分）

一、优秀（26--29分）

要点全面，紧扣主题。观点表达充分，能有效地使用连接成分，具备较强的书面表达的能力。语

言小错（拼写、标点等）不超过四个。

二、良好（22分—25分）

要点全面，紧扣主题。观点表达较充分，语法有少量错误，但基本不影响意思表达。三、一般（18分—21分）

要点全面，紧扣主题。观点表达较充分，语言错误已影响了部分意思的表达，但多数句子基本正

确。

下档（6分-17分）

1、较差（13分-17分）

能够写出基本要点。行文不连贯，语言错误较多，半数句子基本正确。

2、差（6分-12分）

能够写出部分要点。能够写出少数与内容相关的可读句。

3、极差档（0-5分）

只能写出与内容相关的词语；没有有效信息；抄写其他文章或只写出与内容无关的词语。

注意事项：

1、评分时，先根据文章的内容和语言初步确定其为 上档或下档。

2、词数少于120，从应得分中间去2分。

3、书写很差，以致影响识读，从应得分中间去2分。

关于大错小错的问题：

1、小错：单词拼写，冠词，大小写，标点符号错误。

一、要充分重视阅读表达在整份试卷中的特殊地位，加大对阅读表达的训练和指导。如果说它不可避免的要误导书面表达的分数的话，我们就使它向着好的方面“误导”

二、书写必须要常抓不懈。我们英语的作文更注重的是形式和内容的完美结合。书写很差，以致影响了识读的。就算抄得是范文，也是很难得高分的。

三、平时要注意学生作文方向的引导。.我们鼓励学生尝试运用高级词汇和精美句式，但我们更应该强调句子的正确性。因为我们要给一篇作文减分，主要的依据就是划出文章中的错误句子。一篇作文，如果一眼就能看出错误句子的话，这样的作文是最好给分的。

四、平时要加大书面表达的批练力度。传统上书面表达在习题的最后，由于时间关系往往有而不练，或练而不批或批而不及时。建议专门拿出一节课的时间限时训练并批改学生的作文，由原来老师的课下批阅改为课上老师监控，同学们参与分小组进行互批，然后由小组长负责收集典型错误交给老师并负责展示小组内出现的精彩句子。既可以做到百花齐放，又避免了学生照背范文的雷同。

五、利用好平时的考试机会，加强评卷的规范性。认真研究高考作文的评分细则，尽量利用好平时的月考和阶段性测试的机会，加强平时阅卷的规范性。大胆地，甚至是夸张的拉开同学们的作文差距。防止学生练书面表达的积极性受挫，形成恶性循环。

六、要加强对作文技巧的指导。要引导学生对相同题材的作文进行归纳，积累。并把平时掌握的知识向高考的能力方面迁移。高考书面表达的写作过程，实际上就是平时学到的基础知识向能力迁移的过程，而决不是现编现造的过程。
