甲方是经中华人民共和国浙江省金华市教育局批准的合法办学机构，经_____________合作授权，提供_____________课程。
学校拥有雄厚的师资，先进的教学设施和现代化的教学手段，具备高层次办学条件。乙方自愿让其子女就读于本校。双方本着平等、诚信的原则，就乙方子女入学事宜达成以下协议，以咨双方遵守。

7.以上协议甲、乙双方共同遵守。未尽事宜，双方协商解决。

为规范乙方选择金华市新世界英语培训部（以下简称甲方）提供的英语培训课程的优惠活动，制定本协议。乙方需在入读前仔细阅读并签名确认方可享受相关优惠。
一、课程优惠活动内容：
即日起，凡乙方报读甲方于____年__月__日开课的______课程，并满足下列条件可享受相应的学费优惠： _____年__月__日前付全款并签署优惠协议，单人报名优惠____元/人，__人及以上团体报名优惠____元/人。
二、享受优惠活动条件：

经过乙方对甲方的考察及甲方对乙方的考核，甲方同意入取________为________级学生。
为了更好的履行各自的权利和义务，甲乙双方本着自愿的原则，达成如下协议：
1、甲方设为中专学制三年，在此期间甲方将按照国家教育部规定的各专业教学大纲内容进行教学、管理、考核、评审。学生毕业时，发国家承认的毕业证。
2、甲方为乙方的学习提供良好的教学环境，生活环境，教学设施，配备优秀的师资队伍。
3、乙方在校学习期间要服从学校整体安排，有任何事情必须向学校提前申请，学校各级管理部门，将按照学生申请事项的管理规定办理。
4、乙方在学校学习期间要严格遵守学校的各项规章制度，如有发现旷课、吸烟、喝酒、打架等违纪行为，学校将给予警告、记过、留校察看、勒令退学、开除学籍等处分，并记入学 生档案，严重者司法部门处理。
5、乙方在校期间，如因违反学校规定而造成的一切事故后果，学校均不承担责任。
6、新生入学一周内如因参军、出国、迁居外省需持国家有关单位证明 可以根据有关规定办理退学，其它时间或其它理由一律不予办理，所缴纳费用一律不退。
7、在学生毕业安置工作中；对于学生成绩优秀者、操行评定优秀者、对学校做出突出贡献者，将给予优先安置；对于违反校规、校纪及受记过以上处分者学校将暂缓安置工作或不予安置。
11、本协议一式二份，甲、乙双方各持一份。本协议从签字之日起生效，有效期_____年，如有违约后果自负。
