英语外贸专用语
FOB是国际贸易中常用贸易术语之一,FOB是Free on Board ,即船上交货(……指定装运港),习惯称为装运港船上交货。
FOB术语只适用于海运和内河运输,也称“离岸价”
FOB 包括:FOBS, FOBT, FOBC, FOBnet
FOBS= FOB stowed理舱,指卖方负担将货物装入船舱并支付包括理舱费在内的装货旨用。FOBT= FOB Trimmed平舱,指卖方负担将货物装入船舱,并支付包括平舱费在内的装货费用。FOBC= FOB Commission离岸价加佣金
FOBnet = FOB净价(不含佣金和折扣价)
CFR是指卖方必须负担货物运至约定目的港所需的成本和运费。
Cost and Freight 即成本加运费(……指定目的港)
CFR只适用于海运和内河航行,如合同当事人不采用越过船舷交货,则应使用CPT术语
CIF是指成本加保险费加运费(……指定目的港,其原文为Cost.Insurance and Freigh(……name port of desti-nation)
按一般国际贸易惯例,卖方投保的保险金额应按CIF价加成10%,因为CIF是属于装运交货的术语,而不是目的港交货的术语,也就是说CIF不是“到岸价”
CIF通常是指FOB+运费+保险费
C&F通常是FOB+运费
需要强调指出是:按CIF术语成交,虽然由卖方安排货物运输和办理货运保险,但卖方并不承担保证把货送到约定目的港的义务,因为CIF是属于装运交货的术语,而不是目的港交货的术语,也就是说CIF不是“到岸价”
DDU英文为 Deliverd Duty Unpaid(……name place of destination)即未完税交货(……指定目的地)它指卖方将准备好的货物,在进口国指定的地点将会,而且须承担货物运至指定地点的一切费用和风险(不包括关税、捐税及进口应支付的其他官方费用),另外须承担办理海关手续的费用和风险,买方须承担因未能及时办理货物进口结关而引起的额外费用和风险,本术语适用于各种运输方式。
DDP是指税后交货(……指定目的港)Delivered Duty Paid
完税后交货(……指定目的地)是指卖方在指定的目的地办理完进口清关手续将在交货运输工具上沿未卸下的货物交与买方,完成交货。卖方必须承担将货物运至指定的目的地的一切风险和费用,包括在需要办理海关手续时在目的地应交纳的任何“税费”(包括办理海关手续的责任和风险,以及交纳手续费、关税、税款和其他费用)
DDP适用于各种运输方式,但当货物在目的港船上或码头交货时,应使用DES或DEQ术语 DDP适用于各种运输方式,但当货物在目的港船上或码头交货时,应使用DES 或DEQ术语 EWX术语卖方承担最小责任,而DDP术语卖方承担最大责任
EWX是指工厂交货
DEQ = Delivered EX Quay是指目的港码头交货
FAS是指船边交货(……指定装运港)
FCA = Free Carrier 货交承运人(……指定地点)适用各种运输方式,包括多式联运
DAF是指边境交货(……指定地点)适用于陆地边界交货的各种运输方式,当在目的港船上或码头交货时,应使用DES或DEQ术语
DES = Delivered EX Ship到岸价(目的地船上交货条件)
