一、学情分析
任教五个班，学生们经过一个学期的学习，有了一定的兴趣和方法，但学生个人与个人，班级与班级之间有差别，也会出现两极分化的现象：多数学生学习积极性高，上课能积极思考积极回答问题，课下认真复习背诵，具备一定的创新意识，实践能力。考试成绩较好;一部分学生态度消极，不喜欢不愿意学历史，上课不积极，下课不复习懒得背诵，造成分析理解能力差，考试成绩不够理想。而本册教材内容比上册多，难度大,对于个别学生来说会跟不上教学进度要引起足够重视。抓中间促两头全面发展的做法在初一还是非常有必要的，切记。

教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和学生学习的积极性。因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，多方参阅各种资料，力求深入理解教材，准确把握重难点。在制定教学目标时，认真钻研教材，大到思想感情、课文内涵，小到每句话、每个字都弄清楚，了解教材的结构，重点与难点，把握知识的逻辑，才能运用自如。
三、重视朗读、培养语感。
我每天都利用早读课时间让学生大声朗读课文，以提高他们的语感。我校学生多数是农村的学生，他们听说的能力相对较弱，普通话说得也不标准，注音就更不标准了。他们语言表达能力较差，这样也制约了他们的阅读及写作能力，所以我对两班中这样的学生规定每天早上必须大声朗读课文20分钟，而且要说普通话。经过这学期，他们虽然还不是很好，但也了明显的进步。
四、注意师德修养
作为一名新时代的人民教师，我非常注意自己的师德修养。平时积极参加各种学习，并经常注意翻阅报纸和杂志，努力掌握最新的教育动态和教育信息，学以致用，时刻调整自己的方向，使自己能随时跟上时代的发展，合乎素质教育的要求。在为人师表方面，严格遵守“中学教师职业道德规范”，谨言慎行，不忘以德育人，时刻注意树立良好的教师形象。向优秀教师看齐，爱岗敬业，诲人不倦。廉洁从教，无私奉献，从不计较个人得失，把自己的全部精力投身于教育教学工作中。
总之，本学期，做了一些工作，也取得了一些成绩，但成绩只能代表过去，工作中也存在着一些不足，如：学生学习两极分化严重，行为习惯还不够规范等，在今后的工作中，我一定要发扬优点，改正不足，争取让每一位学生在学习上都有所长进，让每一位学生都成为唯一。
