1、教师导学:

确定思考题,教师引导学生逐渐将思考题集中到以下几方面,大屏幕出示问题组:
a.文中哪些写的是眼前事,哪些是回忆过去的事,回忆的事情呈怎样引出的?

a.文章开篇用衣襟上的粉红色夹竹桃,引出前一天去医院探望爸爸时的情形;通过忆述探病时爸爸的一番话,特别是嘱咐她不要迟到,引出六年前因赖床不起受爸爸惩罚以及自己以后上学从不迟到的情形;这时,礼堂的钟声响了,想到爸爸不会来了,她思潮起伏,想到爸爸的病和因病而不能料理花儿,于是又忆起爸爸爱花的情形;还没有想完,韩主任已经讲话了,我们也唱起了骊歌,由此想到很多人盼望自己长大,进而回忆起爸爸要她闯练,让她到东郊民巷正金银行汇款给在日本的陈叔叔的经过;最后毕业典礼回来,看着满院零落的花儿,听到老高的话,她清醒地意识到爸爸的花真的落了,自己已经长大了。

a.对爸爸逼“我”去上学的回忆表明了爸爸怎样的态度和情感?对“我”的成长有什么影响?
b.毕业典礼后“我”回家时见到了怎样的情景?这情景预示着什么呢?

一、学情分析
任教五个班,学生们经过一个学期的学习,有了一定的兴趣和方法,但学生个人与个人,班级与班级之间有差别,也会出现两极分化的现象:多数学生学习积极性高,上课能积极思考积极回答问题,课下认真复习背诵,具备一定的创新意识,实践能力。考试成绩较好;一部分学生态度消极,不喜欢不愿意学历史,上课不积极,下课不复习懒得背诵,造成分析理解能力差,考试成绩不够理想。而本册教材内容比上册多,难度大,对于个别学生来说会跟不上教学进度要引起足够重视。抓中间促两头全面发展的做法在初一还是非常有必要的,切记。

2009-2010学年我有幸担任六年级1.、2班的语文教育教学工作,几个月以来兢兢业业地工作,勤勤勉勉地教学。虽说不上是尽善尽美,但自问也是无愧于心。回想这一年的教学过程,颇有一些心得,现将本学期的语文教学工作总结如下:
一、培养良好的语文学习习惯。

教学中,备课是一个必不可少,十分重要的环节,备课不充分或者备得不好,会严重影响课堂气氛和学生学习的积极性。因此,每天我都花费大量的时间在备课上,认认真真钻研教材和教法,多方参阅各种资料,力求深入理解教材,准确把握重难点。在制定教学目标时,认真钻研教材,大到思想感情、课文内涵,小到每句话、每个字都弄清楚,了解教材的结构,重点与难点,把握知识的逻辑,才能运用自如。
三、重视朗读、培养语感。
我每天都利用早读课时间让学生大声朗读课文,以提高他们的语感。我校学生多数是农村的学生,他们听说的能力相对较弱,普通话说得也不标准,注音就更不标准了。他们语言表达能力较差,这样也制约了他们的阅读及写作能力,所以我对两班中这样的学生规定每天早上必须大声朗读课文20分钟,而且要说普通话。经过这学期,他们虽然还不是很好,但也了明显的进步。
四、注意师德修养
作为一名新时代的人民教师,我非常注意自己的师德修养。平时积极参加各种学习,并经常注意翻阅报纸和杂志,努力掌握最新的教育动态和教育信息,学以致用,时刻调整自己的方向,使自己能随时跟上时代的发展,合乎素质教育的要求。在为人师表方面,严格遵守“中学教师职业道德规范”,谨言慎行,不忘以德育人,时刻注意树立良好的教师形象。向优秀教师看齐,爱岗敬业,诲人不倦。廉洁从教,无私奉献,从不计较个人得失,把自己的全部精力投身于教育教学工作中。
总之,本学期,做了一些工作,也取得了一些成绩,但成绩只能代表过去,工作中也存在着一些不足,如:学生学习两极分化严重,行为习惯还不够规范等,在今后的工作中,我一定要发扬优点,改正不足,争取让每一位学生在学习上都有所长进,让每一位学生都成为唯一。
