本次英语命题是八年级备课组命题,以考查基础知识为主,在此基础上考查学生综合运用语言的能力。命题材料贴近学生生活,难度适中。期中听力题,短文首字母填空和书面表达失分较多。我所教两个班级在均分,及格率和优秀率上都比较接近,均分60分左右,八(1)班19个及格、高分9个,八(2)班21个及格、11个高分。

从本次考试所反映的现状来看,今后的教学中应注意:

1、加强听力训练,营造语言环境。课堂上一定要加强对学生的听力训练,坚持用英语组织教学,尽可能利用多种教学资源让学生接触地道的语音、语调,多听英、美人士的录音材料。

2、狠抓基础知识,加强写作训练。书面表达能客观地反映学生英语基础知识掌握情况,并且一直是学生的薄弱环节。

3、继续注重英语阅读教学。阅读理解在我们的各种测试中所占分值越来越大,而且选材也更趋广泛化。因此课堂教学中要侧重“篇章”,强调“含义”,将语篇教学贯穿于课文教学和阅读理解教学中,利用语篇教学扩大学生词汇量,增强语感,丰富文化知识,提高学生分析问题和解决问题的能力。

4、注重兴趣培养,慎防两极分化。从试卷分析中可以看出,两个班级都不同程度地出现了令人担忧的“两极分化”现象。一定要注意激发、培养学生的学习兴趣,关注学生的情感,营造宽松,民主、和谐的教学氛围,保护每个学生的自尊心和学习英语的积极性。只有这样,掉队的学生才会减少,也才可能大面积提高均分。

这次期中考试,学生英语成绩很不理想,两极分化十分明显,部分语法知识的掌握不够牢固,尤其是个别题 反复做过几次也没能把握好,阅读理解能力和书面表达能力比较弱。具体有以下几点:

1.部分学生的基础知识不够扎实,学生遗忘知识快,过去滚瓜烂熟的东西一段时间不用就忘了。

2.学生的应变能力有待提高,不能正确写出单词的正确形式。

3.理解能力不强,阅读理解失分较多,不能理解通篇大意。

4.不能熟练运用学过的句型。

造成这种结果的原因是多方面的,但最重要的有下面几方面:

1.对学生要求不够严格;部分学生偷懒。

2.没能充分调动学生的积极性;提高课堂教学效率。

3.典型题讲解不够,训练不到位。

4.平时检查督促力度不够。

在今后的教学中,1、继续抓好双基知识的训练,打牢基本功。

2、引导学生梳理知识,掌握语法规则,逐步引导学生灵活运用英语知识的能力。

3、培养学生上课时的听课习惯,要求学生全神贯注,要和老师同步思考出现的问题。

4、讲课时,尽量使用简明、准确、形象、生动的语言,坚持用英语教学,让学生用英语来想英语。

5、在平时要通过阅读,培养学生阅读多种文体的能力,如何从文章中获取信息的能力和运用英语解决实际问题的能力。在训练中要注意方法的多样化和灵活性,同时,启发他们学会运用多种不同的方法来表达同样的思想,逐步培养良好的英语语感。

6、设计全面、高校的课外作业,并进一步培养学生良好的书写习惯,做到整洁、规范,正确地书写;每周写一篇作文。

7、在教学过程中,还需加大学习力度,积极研究探索教学方法并及时改变,就一定能提高整体英语水平。

期中考试结束了,学生的总体成绩让我们喜忧参半。先来谈谈这次的试卷:试卷刚拿到,总体的感觉应该是比较容易的,特别是单选、完型、词形变化和汉译英。单选和词形变化中有几题与我们出的考前复习单选和词形卷上几题几乎一样,其余各题也大都面熟。平时考察学生英语综合应用能力的难度较大的完型填空的答案也没有什么特别转弯之处。汉译英中的句子也大部分面熟,其中第一句“这位老人去世10年多了”,就曾一模一样的出现在我们的考前复习卷上。但这次的作文出题让我们大跌眼镜,居然与去年的作文并无二致!考试作文的话题范围总共是三个,每个单元各一个,可是去年出了第一单元‘家乡的变化’这个话题,今年居然还是。这真出乎我们的意料,这和以往几年不同,没有连续两年的期中作文内容是几乎一样的。虽然去年的这张卷子我们也做了,评讲过了,作文的主要错处和如何改正,有哪些常用句型可用以及范文都一一分析过。可是在考试前夜我们还是将作文的重点复习落在了后面两个单元上,这个出题的老师不知用意何在,就是为了让我们出乎意料吗?那么明年呢?所以,尽管看上去是做过的差不多的作文,我心里想,那些平时功底不够,考前靠背范文的学生,如果把重点放在后面两篇范文上,就要糟糕了。考完后,不出我们所料,得分率较高的是单选、词形变化和完形填空。但汉译英的得分率比预计的差了点,很多学生能写出个大概,但总是小处出错,比如那句“这位老人去世10年多了”,不是少翻了over,就是在时间短语前忘了for或since,这样一般的扣下来,能在汉译英上拿满分的学生是少数。作文是“贫富悬殊”很大的一项,平时功底好的学生,像一班的绝大多数,都没有被扣分或仅被扣0.5分,而功底不行的,句型错,时态错的比比皆是。虽然去年的试卷评讲了,可是错处依旧在。听力的情况虽比作文好些,但也是“贫富悬殊”得厉害,一班的这一项得分率是0.97,而二班就只有0.85,其它班级的仅0.75左右。这次得分率最低的两项是阅读理解和动词填空。这次的阅读特别a、b两篇不认真审题的学生很容易落入陷阱,所以凡是细心谨慎的学生,不一定要平时成绩如何好的,这两篇都做的不错;而平时挺聪明,成绩还不错的学生审题稍一马虎,就扣分多了。c部分出题比较“有水平“,答案表面上是看到的,其实在回答过程中几乎每题都要进行或多或少的变化,所以拿满分的学生为数不多了。动词填空真是弱项了,最明显的莫过于这个部分的1、3两小题,两个被动,能全看出来,写正确的学生真不算多。

从这次考试来看,两极分化十分明显,学生对于个别的语法知识的掌握还不够牢固,尤其是个别题目反复做过几次也没能把握好,阅读理解能力和书面表达能力比较弱。具体来说:1.部分学生的词汇和语法基础知识还不够扎实,不能熟练运用学过的词汇和句型。2.学生在动词填空和阅读理解等方面还有待加强训练和指导,他们的解题应变能力有待提高。造成这种结果的原因是多方面的,其中主要原因有:1.我们还没能充分调动学生的积极性,平时对学生的思想状态关心的不够,只是在平时的默写等成绩上对他们有要求。整个年级有一部分学生厌学情绪严重,不想动,不愿思考,漠然对待考试。导致年级低分率较高,有三十几个人的卷子惨不忍睹,影响了整体的平均成绩。2.我们在考前复习时思维定势,在作文复习上有偏差,加上平时对作文训练的处理也不够到位,应该就是导致这次作文两极分化严重的原因;3.我们为了赶课时和复习卷上的练习,中午15分钟的一个时段和几个课上的时间段,亏待了为育苗杯付出努力的学生,而课后能补上的学生不多,所以对于在训练期间教授的语法“被动语态”,有一部分学生处于一知半解,考试时解题受到影响。期中考试已经过了一周了,我们反思:我们因为部分学生的基础差而忽略甚至歧视他们了吗?不,我们从来一视同仁;是我们不努力吗?不,我们真的很努力了,然而班上为什么还会有这样的学生呢?他们的存在又给了我们什么样的提示呢?这次的试卷提醒我们在今后的教学中要怎样改进呢?我们认为:

一、平时要多与学生交流,特别是那些学困生,要让他们信服我们,愿意接受我们在课上和课后的帮助。否则我们花了很大的努力,效果仍会差强人意。平时我们对学生很严厉,如果学生不能够回答出我们在上课反复强调的知识,我们会厉声呵斥他们。如果学生不能按时背好所背的课文,我们会让他们放学后留下来背好,上课不允许讲无关的话,思想不能开小差,看起来这很有道理,作为教师,就应对学生严加管束,但太严了也会有负面影响,比如有位学生因为开小差了,你再三强调的知识他又不知道,如果他来问你这个问题,你会为他解答吗?我们是会的,但他却不会来问,因为他怕我们说他,结果怎样可想而知。

二、我们要为学生想得更细一些。背诵和默写单词和词组是学生最头痛的事,学生们都说他们记不住,我们要想点子帮助他们。也许有人会说背单词是“死”的,没有什么捷径。不,有的,只要老师肯动脑筋,就会帮助学生又快又好地记住单词。你会不会每天听写单词和词组?你会不会让学生按照发音去背单词,甚至花时间去养成他们这种习惯,你会不会自己弄点顺口溜帮助学生记住单词,你会举例子让学生如何运用单词吗?如果我们会,那就帮了学生大忙了。作文的训练也要多研究方法,不能仅靠每单元一次的作文机会和背诵范文。

三、我们不能为了赶进度和完成练习卷的任务,就不顾学生的反应,用很快的速度完成它们。从时间上看是完成了,但实际的效果可能和我们预计的相差很大。从这次的动词填空和汉译英中就可以看出问题了。

四、我们平时要动脑筋,更合理地分配时间,多看周围的世界,多观察事物,多做研究和学习专业。不能只是埋头苦批,批作业,批默写。作业一定要精而有效,默写也是。我们的脑筋活了,专业更精了,教授的东西才会更适应形式,教学的效果也会更好。这一点做起来真不容易,我们要多交流和想办法。

我们会在今后的工作中更紧密的团结协作,不同情况班级的老师还要更多的交流和相互帮助,让每个人的班级都有更好的发展,让我们与我们的学生共同进步。

期中考试已结束,成绩已揭晓,面对这样的成绩,反思自己半学期的教学工作,以便更好地完成后半学期的教学任务。

八年级英语试卷题型多样,灵活,要求高,难度较大。这是失分的主要原因。本次考试试卷试题不错,联系学生实际生活,紧扣课本,突出对学生语言运用能力的考察,但对我们这里的学生来说,有点不太适合,要求太高。如阅读题失分很多,几乎全军覆没,这道题对学生要求很高,首先要求学生能读懂文章,具备一定的阅读水平,再次根据句子意思确定单词的词性,最后还要注意动词的时态变化,就算知道用一般过去时,(其实能考虑这些已经不容易了),但是如果不能正确地拼写过去式,最终还是丢了分。还有76题时态填空,很多学生看到listen!就用现在进行时,显然是错误的思维定势。象这样容易失分的灵活题目较多。由此可见,只能简单的读读背背英语词汇句子,而不能灵活运用所学知识,是很难学好英语的,也不可能考出理想的成绩。

粗心大意,审题不严是失分的原因之一。有些题只要仔细审题,是完全能拿到的,却轻易丢失了,真可惜,都是“粗心”惹的祸。其次基础知识不扎实,基本的单词pleasant, yourselves 等拼写错误,当然这些词也容易拼错。这说明平时的教学中,机械性记忆落实不到位,应强化训练。

听力和阅读是英语学习的重头戏,也是教学的难点。每次考试都是失分较多的题型。要想提高听力和阅读能力必须进行大量的听读训练,课堂上,老师只能提供有限的时间,指导方法和技巧。“师傅引进门,修行在个人。”

面对严峻的现实,总要有改进的措施,有解决问题的办法。首先狠抓基础知识和基本技能。对中下学生降低要求,立足课本,掌握最基本的知识,逐步培养他们的学习兴趣,力争消灭超低分,扩大及格率;对优秀学生严格要求,首先课本中的基础知识必须过关,其次每周必须两篇以上的课外阅读或听力训练。结合英语组的课题,研究探索出一套切实可行的方案,提高学生的听读能力,提高优秀率。教会学生如何有效利用有限的课堂45分钟是很重要的。英语是实践性强的学科,要大胆地练习,敢说、敢读,积极回答老师提出的问题,哪怕回答错误,都是一次听说训练,课堂上积极发言是大有裨益的,它可以使学生集中精力,提高听课效率。对课堂不清楚的地方,下课后一定要及时向老师求助,不要不懂装懂,若无其事,否则漏洞越来越大,造成英语成绩的严重下滑,后悔莫及。

总之,英语的教学工作步履艰难,但是我仍然满怀希望,尽心,尽力,尽责做好本职工作,期待明天会更好。

As we know, health is very important.But how to keep healthy?
