机械院面试流程：

1、笔试：

笔试考试的科目为《机械原理》和《机械设计》两门课程。2012年的考试内容为：

一、填空题：五个小题，共10分；

二、问答题：两个小题，共10分，1.动压油膜的形成条件，2.弹性滑动和打滑的区别

以及打滑的影响；

三、计算题：三个小题，共30分，1.计算自由度，2.已知活塞受力，求连杆所受力的实际方向，3.齿轮的参数计算。

四、分析题：五个小题，共50分，1.齿轮系的传动比计算（复合轮系），2.轴承的寿命

计算（正装和反装），3.蜗轮蜗杆和斜齿轮和锥齿轮的受力分析，4.忘了，5.轴的装

配图的改错。

2、面试：五个老师，我那组的老师大概涵盖了以下课程：机械设计、机械原理、控制理论、液压、互换性、机械制造、机械制造工艺学等。问的问题无所不包，大部分的还记得，不过不想敲了。

3、英语口语：先自我介绍，然后问些问题，比如爱好、兼职等等。

4、英语听力：应该是从四级试卷或者模拟试卷上来的，二十个选择题，八段小对话（8个

选择），两段长对话（6个选择），两段独白（6个选择）.貌似就这些了。
