各位领导 老师下午好!

今天我和大家分享的题目是《英语课堂的展示》。

在郭校长的带领下,课改在我们校已经实施半年多了,经过前期的摸索,课改组的不懈努力,我们校总结出“预—探—展—清”的教学模式。作为一名英语老师,这样的模式令我们非常欣喜,回想几年前自己教过的学生,只会笔下生辉,平日连基本的bye-bye都羞于启齿,现在我们随意问一个学生,常用的口语都可以轻松驾驭。这些都得益于英语课堂的展示。

展示是英语课堂的中心环节,是收获学习成果的环节,展示的成功与否,决定着一堂课是否高效。

就展示方法而言,我们英语教师认为板书是展示,补充 质疑 讲解是展示,对话也是展示。板书相对简单,但能直接培养学生规范的书写能力,有的老师觉得板书浪费时间,所以板书要精要,找重点句型和词组,板书有价值的问题。英语课堂的对话展示,既能提高学生的口语能力,训练听力,也能培养学生的语感,所以要求全员参与,人人展示,组长分配角色,这样人人都有事做,课堂上睡大觉,看小说,发呆的人没有了,取而代之的是激情的演说,深情的朗读,仿佛自己就是教学情景中的一员。

讲解是英语课堂的重中之重,讲解的是否到位,直接影响着知识的传递。每一组讲解的内容必须经过小组的深入探

究,展示那些重点难点,按照什么方式或思路展示,由谁来展示,全由小组内自行规定,争取每个学生都有展示的机会,通过展示树立自信心,培养 锻炼自己的学习能力,提升自己的心理素质。教师决不可为了表面的课堂活跃,只是长期选用几名好的学生参与展示,而使绝大多数学生失去展示的机会。这样课堂效率会越来越低,更谈不上高效。当然,我们要充分发挥组长,优等生的正面引领,示范作用,以点带面,最终实现全面参与,共同提高。在讲解过程中,教师要追问,对于学生不能讲出的语法以及一些难点,要补充并作适当的讲解,不能为了展示而展示,只图形式不顾实效。有的教师认为学生讲解的太慢,讲不到重点,自己接过来讲,这样剥夺了学生学习的主动性,展示的积极性。

我常常表扬在课堂上敢于补充和质疑的学生,因为一是他们有很好的倾听能力,二是有疏理知识的能力,三是善于交流的能力,往往课堂上有质疑对抗的时候,我就知道又一个知识点得到了升华。

英语是一门语言,通过展示来检验学习效果,展示是知识的提升过程,也是暴露问题的过程,充分发挥课堂上的展示环节,相信英语成绩的美好明天离我们不再遥远。

高中英语课堂学生展示的几种形式

在高效课堂中,课堂展示环节给学生提供了自我表现的平台,学生可以在课堂展示中获得充分的自我满足。而这种成功的喜悦,成果的体验恰恰是学生自主及合作学习最好的助推力。善于灵活运用多种形式的课堂展示,有利于我们教师构建高效,和谐的英语课堂,更有利于激发学生学习的积极性,提高学习成绩,学习能力,甚至能为将来的终身学习打下坚实的基础。针对新课程背景下的高中英语课堂的教学实践,我们摸索总结了以下几种不同的课堂展示方式期待与各位英语教师讨论交流。一 提升小组士气的格言展示

有信心不一定成功,但是没有自信肯定失败。每天正式上课前学生小组格言的集体朗诵是展示学生自信的一种方式。例如Life is a beautiful struggle.(生活是美丽的奋斗)Whatever is worth doing is worth doing well.(值得做的事就值得做好)Where there is a will, there is a way.(有智者事竟成)等等,当全组成员在整齐大声地诵读出他们组的格言时,能够振奋人心,提升小组成员的学习斗志,增强小组甚至整个班级的凝聚力。

二 夯实基础,暴露难点的黑板展示

生词听写展示

伟大的语言学家威尔金斯说过一句话“without grammar,little can be said, without words, nothing can be said ”,单词记忆是英语学习的基石,需要反复记忆并巩固。课堂上有必要抽出一定时间对学生记忆单词的情况检查效果,单词听写这项工作就是英语学习的重要的环节之一。每天英语课堂的前几分钟,都要对学生进行单词听写。具体地做法可以是每天每个小组最少三个学生上黑板分组轮流听写老师要求记的单词,并有英语学科代表批阅各组的听写情况,这样经常在黑板上进行单词pk赛,既提高了学生的团队协作意识,又提高了学生记忆英语单词的积极性,学生过了生词关,就扫清了英语学习的大障碍。2 探究难点的展示。

在每节英语课中,除了基础知识的学习掌握,一般都有重难点的探究案,根据所设置的问题让学生分小组进行合作探究,经过小组研究讨论得出答案,最后每个小组选派一名代表在黑板上把小组讨论的结果展示在黑板上,并在教师的适当引导下由学生来进行评定,这样的展示能突出并帮助同学们最终突破重难点。三 英语话剧式表演的展示

在英语语言教学中,有很多实际的情景场面,还可以根据具体的课文内容,依据学生的性格特点和课文情景中的角色需要把学生分为若干组,在小组中进行英语表演比赛,这种“以赛促学”的方式更能增强学生的合作意识,而且每个学生都分配有不同的角色,在他们扮演这些角色的同时,其实就是在进行一种现实交际的真实模拟。既能增强英语口语能力,从长远看对学生又是一种解放天性的锻炼。因为学生要将某一段英语剧本成功的表演出来,需要投入一定的时间和精力,这正好给他们练习英语口语提供了外力作用,教师可以在学生公开表演之前每次下课前留15分钟左右给各小组排练,增强他们的紧迫感;正式表演时,为了保证比赛的公平性,由组长抽签按顺序表演,在每组表演完成后,其他各组分别打分,组员教师赛后也可进行恳切地点评,完善表演展示效果。

所以说语言学习离不开交流与展示。在英语课堂上,交流与展示一方面为学生提供了大量使用英语的机会,另一方面也一定程度上改变了“哑巴英语”的现状,弥补了中国学生接触和使用英语机会少的不足,扩大了学生的语言输入与输出的量;另一方面,交流与展示也是检验英语学习效果和培养学生在交际中运用英语能力的有效途径之一。在学生进行交流和展示的过程中,教师要善于营造民主和谐的课堂气氛,构建平等的交流机制,允许学生发表不同的观点、意见和见解,提倡独立思考和批判性思维,鼓励创新,在碰撞中会有思想的火花,以此来激发和保持学生交流的欲望,最终让交流和展示成为学生自主学习的不竭动力之源。
