面向全体学生的教育,强调在教育中每个人都得到发展,这也使每个学生的权利。作为教师我们不能放弃每个学生。记得有一次,我堂哥对我说,小时候他英语学习成绩特别差,他的作业都是抄别人的,他英语老师就对他说:以后你的作业就不用交了。我堂哥说那位老师让他一辈子都无法忘记,因为他伤害了他的自尊心。新课改强调,在对对待师生关系上要尊重和赞赏;在对待教学关系上,新课程强调帮助和引导;在对待自我上,新课程强调反思。学困生也希望自己能得到老师和同学的鼓励和赞赏,当他站起来回答问题表现出来的低声诉语:老师,我不会。我们感到惭愧和懊悔,我们多想说,你可以的!培优补差,优生带差生是很好的教学方法,我们要运用到实践中去。小组长负责制,也为我们的教学减轻了一些负担。
